Apparemment propre, spacieux, machine à laver à 15 minutes à pieds du parc aquatique. Residence récente donc pas beaucoup de commerces ou restaurants mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé pour autant. Nous reviendrons certainement lors d’un prochain voyage.

Sur la photo lors de ma réservation les chambres était à thème pour les enfants , mais pas dans l’appartement que nous avons eu.

Overall, our stay at Maya Bay Residences was nice. The location is convenient if you are planning to visit SplashMania, as it is very close by. The room was also acceptable overall, and we had a pleasant stay despite some issues.

The location is a little far from most other attractions and places, with SplashMania being the main nearby attraction. The room was not very clean—just acceptable. The toilets were also not in the condition you would expect or want to use, and the carpet in the living room was a little dirty. Another issue happened after check-out. The management contacted me and said that the bedsheet was torn and asked about it. We did not do anything to the bedsheet and did not notice any damage during our stay, so I was surprised to be contacted about it after checking out. Also, the management asked me to pay a deposit when I checked in, although I don’t remember seeing any deposit requirement mentioned in the booking information. The deposit had to be paid by bank transfer or card, and paying cash was not an option. Luckily, I had a credit card available to make the payment. Overall, the stay was okay, but the cleanliness, condition of the toilets, unexpected deposit requirement, and the issue regarding the bedsheet are areas that could be improved.

The unit did not meet my expectations in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. The air conditioning was not cooling properly in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The bidet spray in the bathroom was leaking and causing water to flood the bathroom floor. The carpet and sofa were also very dirty, which was particularly disappointing as cleanliness is very important to me. Because of these issues, I had to cancel one night of my stay. Unfortunately, until now, Booking.com has neither refunded the amount for the cancelled night nor resolved the issue, despite my attempts to follow up. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.

L'appartement, piscine,salle de sport la sécurité au top il y'a des lave linge en bas de la tour € sinon rien a dire.

L'emplacement et loin de tout, les grabs ce fond rare il connaissait pas le secteur car c'est en plein construction néanmoins il y a quelque restaurant et market en bas de la tour mais ca reste du dépannage.

The property was relatively clean.

The main ensuite had had a terrible smell that was not going away no matter how much we try to freshen it up. The biday spray (hose) attached to the toilet was also leaking badly. The countertop stove was not working. So we couldn’t heat up food. And the kitchen light was also not working.

The place is near the attraction of Splash Mania. The room was comfortable and spacious.

We only got 1 access card and it was a bit troublesome for my parents when we wanted to do different activities on the same day. Suggest to provide minimally 2 access cards.

sy suka menginap disini.. masuk je rumah sy rase sangat tenang dan best.. rumah cantik bersih.. staff sangat laju respond.. cuma nak mencari rumah , sy amik masa sikit.. sebab kena masuk keluar pintu nak cari lift..😅

dalam rumah xde cermin bersiap , sy kena bersiap dalam bilik air kerana dalam bilik air saja ade cermin.. pemulangan duit deposit makan masa 5 hari.. pada sy itu agak lama..

Une vrai galère pour s'enregistrer beaucoup d'indien qui sont très communautaire et regarde bizarrement en bas l'emplacement il ya que splashmania et un safari à faire

We hebben een toegangskaart gekregen voor twee personen, heel raar als de nene naar buiten of zwembad de andere persoon moet thuis opgesloten zitten, omdat zonder kaartje kan je niet terug binnen. We hebben paar keer gevraagd, maar hebben ze ons niet geholpen tot eind van onze vakantie.

The parking at level 2 is dark and unable to see the lot number. We end up parking our car outside.

The place makes me and family feel at home Initially, we were thinking of going out to shopping malls, but the place was soo comfy that we ended up just staying in. The facilities was wonderful too. The staff were very kind too.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The unit was clean, well-furnished, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was very convenient, with restaurants and speedmart nearby. Facilities on the 8th floor are great too.. The pool and playground are really satisfying. The staff is really helpful throughout my stay. Tq Vini for assisting us. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to return in the future. Overall, it was a super pleasant stay and good value for money.

This is my second time staying here. It’s the best place, very clean, comfortable, and most importantly, it feels just like home with the perfect vibes.

Cogimos este apartamento para estar cerca del aeropuerto. Si que es moderno y se ve nuevo. Para lo que estuvimos no estaba mal.

Está apartado de todo. No hay nada alrededor. El personal horrible!!! Para acceder al bloque de pisos y a las instalaciones,etc., siempre hay que llevar una tarjeta sino no te deja moverte. Está mal gestionado porque si somos dos parejas que solo haya 1 tarjeta.. hace todo más complicado, nosotros nos quedamos bloqueados en el ascensor, subiendo y bajando porque mis amigos no tenían la tarjeta y, alguien empezó a chillarme des del telefonillo y, claro ahí no hablan mucho el inglés y nosotros entendía nada. Fue angustiante estar ahí bloqueada en el ascensor con un señor chillando… finalmente el segurata me ayudó a entenderme con el que me chillaba. Y de remate, no nos enviaron nada para hacer el check in. Llegamos a las 16h, y hasta las 18h en el lobby esperando a que me enviaran las indicaciones. Encima nos reclamaban depósito, una transferencia que no podía hacer des de una banco español, y en efectivo solo teníamos para el taxi… nadie nos avisó claro, entonces no podíamos hacer nada. Bajo un chico después de estar esperando horas, y nos hablaba fatal. No se hacía entender y tampoco se esforzaba para comprender. Muy, muy mal la experiencia

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! Everything was perfect and I truly enjoyed my trip. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with complete facilities that made my stay very convenient. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

住宿位置方面感觉比较偏僻

المكان جدا ممتاز الموقع جميل ينفع لرحلات الترنزيت لقربه من المطار المالك جيد وسمح لي بدخول مبكر حسب الامكانيه ولكن بمقابل ليس بالمجان وهذا حقه لكن بادره جميله بعد سفر طويل مواقف السيارات ممتازه

زوليه الصاله ولحاف غرفه النوم يجب تنضيفها فكره التأمين من حق صاحب المكان 200 رنقت ولكن الى الان مارجعت وننتظر
