Reviewed Sep 6, 2026إقامة رائعة بكل المقاييس، والشقة كانت على مستوى عالٍ جدًا من النظافة والترتيب، ومتكاملة ومجهزة بالكامل بكل ما يحتاجه الضيف لإقامة مريحة. كما أشكر الأستاذ فهد على تعاونه الكبير، وحسن تعامله، وسرعة تجاوبه واهتمامه بالتفاصيل، مما جعل التجربة أكثر راحة وسلاسة. الشقة مطابقة للوصف وأكثر، والتجربة بشكل عام كانت ممتازة جدًا. بكل تأكيد سأكرر الإقامة مستقبلًا وأنصح بها وبشدة لكل من يبحث عن مكان نظيف، مريح، ومتكامل.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026الشقة كانت نظيفة جدًا ومرتبة، والمكان هادي ومريح وكل شيء متوفر فيها وكأنك في بيتك. الموقع ممتاز وقريب من أغلب الخدمات اللي ممكن تحتاجها، وكمان الوصول للشقة سهل جدًا. أكثر شيء عجبني هو التعامل الراقي وسرعة الاستجابة، والأستاذ فهد تحديدًا كان متعاون جدًا ومحترم وحرص إن كل شيء يكون على أفضل ما يكون. تجربة جميلة جدًا وبإذن الله لو رجعت الرياض مرة ثانية هتكون من أول الخيارات عندي. أنصح فيها وبقوة، وشكرًا على حسن الضيافة 🌹

مرافق العامة تحتاج الى سلال المهملات بين الممرات ، بلاط بركة السباحه غير آمن سهل الانزلاق ، نقص في منتجات ميني ماركت ،الكافيه خارج الخدم

Reviewed Dec 31, 2024The location and ambience was very good.. Mr..Fahad had personally came to ensure smooth check in, room preparation and guidance on apartment facilities... This gave a wonderful experience on their hospitality gesture and care about their customers. Children enjoyed all the complementary snacks provided. The family loved the flat luxury and decorations. Used library and smart shopping center as value additional to this stay. Children enjoyed swimming pool with warm water. Overall stay was very much value for money..
Children's play area needs attention as no one to provide sports items like table tennis balls and rackets. Children waited for 2 hrs in hope to get these from housekeeping guys there. But at the end, he said person in charge not available to provide these. This was only upset to kids...

Reviewed Feb 28, 2024Location Facilities Clean with lot pf complementary items such as ( chips, water, coffee machine, even pasta !) The manager Mr. Fahad is very respectful and help us arrange attractions and cleaning services.
