Reviewed May 5, 2026La ubicación para estudiantes de universidades como Javeriana o el Externado es muy buena, además que el trato de Oscar, el anfitrión, fue excepcional. El sector se siente seguro y es muy cosmopolita. La vista es espectacular, incluso se puede ver Monserrate!

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Estaba muy bien ubicado cerca a la estación de transmilenio y con un D1 en la parte de abajo del edificio. La subida es en una calle inclinada pero no hay problema si se va en carro.
El edificio está a medio construir y nos quitaron la electricidad en el apartamento en varias ocasiones. El apartamento se ve dañado en ciertas partes (paredes) y el personal de portería no era tan amable en todo momento.

El edificio está en muy mal estado, sigue en obras, las calles destrozadas y ascensores y áreas comunes en muy mal estado. El apartamento si está bien.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Cerca a la 7ma para caminar, cerca a museos, restaurantes, mercados, fácil acceso y transporte. Lavandería, terraza en la noche fue genial.
No había plancha, ni calefacción, después del horario de salida no hay servicio para guardar las maletas mientras sale el vuelo.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026Location was amazing. Security staff super and felt good to have 24 hour security. Views were great. Quiet for the most part. Very new accommodation. Host was very responsive.
Hot water inconsistent. Stove top functional and cooking tools available, but not optimal. Check in payment was somewhat awkward, our host assisted.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2025Excelente ubicación y vista. Cerca de todo . Se comunica con la 7ma y la candelaria en 20 min caminando. Cerca tienes la estación de Transmilenio museo nacional, tiendas como D1, aras, éxito. Diagonal al mercado de la perseverancia y calle bonita. El edificio está en remodelación pero la habitación es excelente. Con todo lo necesario. La vista es un plus, internet excelente y tv Smart. Con Netflix y YouTube. Gracias al sr Orlando y armando por la atención. Hasta me guardaron una maleta por unos días mientras voy a medellín. El resumen si lo tuyo es el centro para conocer la ciudad lo recomiendo
La pequeña subida para llegar al edificio que pega al principio si no estás acostumbrado a la altura de Bogotá . Pero son como 150 mts nada grave
