Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Sufficient utensils for use, big fridge and a water dispenser. Many eating places near the stay. Owner is very responsive and helpful.
The towels didn't smell fresh and only 2 chairs at dining table, insufficient for a family of 4. Sofa is a size for 2. The adult swimming pool is in a bad state, looked murky and green with many parts cordoned off due to tiles chipping (warnings flashed at pool entrance) and indeed, my boy's foot got scrapped from the pool's tiles and so happened to get sick after playing in the pool. The management should look into maintaining it.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Honestly, this stay was not worth the money at all. Do not be fooled by the photos — the actual condition of the room was far from what was shown online. We found a cockroach inside the room, which was completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable about the hygiene and cleanliness. The air conditioning was not cold enough, so the room was uncomfortable to stay in, and the shower head was also broken and did not function properly. These are basic things that should have been checked before allowing guests to stay. The room may look nice in the photos, but the actual cleanliness and maintenance do not match the appearance online. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place. If you are considering booking, please read the recent reviews carefully and don't rely solely on the photos.

Almost everything else. All units at Atlantis facing the pool are also inward facing- so you see all neighbors. The condo is old, pool access is controlled by QR code registration and guards, limited to 1 hour. Anyway, water is too cold and my kids said it's murky. Gym also requires system booking in advance. Too much restriction to enjoy a comfortable and flexible vacation. The apartment has tinted balcony doors, so it's dark. Apartment feels very tired with the host/ agency using fairly cheap products (such as very thin towels and 2-in-1 shampoo and gel). Only 1 trash bin in the middle of the house. Basically, you get for what you pay. We only stayed 1 out of 4 nights.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025I was quite disappointed with my stay. The swimming pool facilities were inconvenient — guests are required to scan a QR code with their phone to enter, which often results in long queues and limited usage time. Late check-out comes with a penalty. Additionally, during check-out, there was a long queue just to get from the car park to the lobby, making the process stressful and time-consuming. On top of that, the host asked me to walk all the way from the car park to the lobby just to return the access cards to a mailbox, which felt quite inconvenient.
