Beautiful location - amazing views over the water and so much wildlife to spot.

Check in was very easy. The hosts were very prompt with responses when we had questions. The room was very clean, well-equipped for our stay, and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The view was amazing and we really appreciated our private outdoor space to drink our coffee in the morning and watch sunsets in the evening. We appreciated the kayaks and paddle boards that were available for rent as this made our stay more enjoyable - we paddled and kayaked with harbor seals, porpoises, and otters. What a memorable experience ! Our stay at the Jade Resort was one of the highlights of our vacation. We highly recommend the Jade Resort and would love to come back some day.

Het is werkelijk een paradijs. Het uitzicht vanaf je eigen balkon is adembenemend met de zeehondjes en dolfijnen die voorbij zwemmen. De suite ontbreekt aan niets en het hele complex is een en al rust.

Die Zimmer sind leider nicht Schallgedämmt, man hört jeden Schritt und bei der WC Spüllung glaubt man das es duch das Zimmer kommt.

Our unit did not have an ocean view, and the “garden” was hardly that. The unloading area 3 was very uneven and hard to maneuver on. The hike up to the parking lot was either up the access road or up a wet slope, no steps or gravel to gain traction on.

We loved the location and property. It was exactly as I envisioned it. Everything we needed was there and it was close to the grocery store and the ferry. The cottage was awesome, the kids asked to go back next year! We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The location is great and the suites are cute and nicely decorated. There were plenty of kayaks to rent and good outdoor seating to enjoy the view and waterfront.

The service is entirely hands off, so we did not see a single member of staff or management, except housekeeping. There is no reception - everything is "if you want something just text or call". It feels impersonal and that you're very much on your own. It wasn't a problem necessarily, but left a strange impression. No housekeeping offered or available as far as we could tell. The king suite itself was good enough, but quite small. There was very little space to hang anything or put a suitcase. There weren't even towel rails in the tiny bathroom. Ok for a couple of nights maybe but not longer. The kitchenette was fine, but we couldn't find a frying pan. If you’re looking for a cosy friendly island vibe, this wasn't it.

Great little spot to enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding. The beds were comfy. It was nice having a little kitchenette and access to a BBQ.

Beautiful property close to town with many amenities and an incredible view. Staff were responsive and very friendly and helpful.

Our room was sadly the only one without an ocean view but we were able to enjoy the views at the clubhouse and the other outdoor spaces.

Incredible property and location, it felt like you were at a resort. Well laid out, throughout the property there were lounge chairs, bbqs, lawns games and kayaks / stand up paddle boards to rent.

All the details in our room, I was not expecting a mini kitchen that was equipped and the many sitting areas outside. Very relaxing experience

The cute little cottages, the wonderful location. The outdoor area was decorated with so many lovely details—lamps and little figurines along the path leading to the cottages. The dock is great; it’s a fantastic spot to relax by the water in the evening. We really loved it here, and the hikes were so exciting 😂

I can't say anything negative. The only thing that wasn't very practical for us was the fixed showerhead. A removable showerhead would have been better for us. But that's just nitpicking 😉

Location. Love the viewing deck we had. The bed was so comfy.

The pathway was uneven as it has broken down over time/ shifting. Shower floor was squishy, not sure if it is supposed to be? Would have been nice if paper towel or tin foil available for use during cooking

Cute property with lovely views. Well-equipped kitchen overall. The social areas with pool table, bbqs etc were great.

Beware that the beds in the cabins are up very steep stairs (practically a ladder) so I would not recommend them if you have youngish children or anyone with mobility or balance issues. The kayaks and paddle boards on site were nice, but the rental fee for them seemed unnecessary considering the nightly cost. We tried to open the doors to help cool down upstairs a bit too early in the afternoon and a hornet got in.

The bed was big but the overall suite was a bit tight. I think it would feel better in summer with the lovely outdoor living spaces around.

Amazing setting. Well equipped and thoughtful extras. Even though we had a room that didn’t have a direct view, they had seating to allow you to enjoy it. And loved sitting on the dock watching the sunsets and seals and porpoises swimming around us. Would certainly come back and recommend

Found the electronic check in a bit impersonal. Would have been useful to know that we would receive information on checking in at the time we said we would arrive. The bathroom door didn’t close properly so could you ease the bottom edge

Beautiful location. Really appreciated the dog bowl and the extra blankets. Appreciated checking in early to an already toasty suite and the self check in was really accessible.

I thought the room could benefit from a broom or some other cleaning supplies to tidy. I’d suggest removing the language of “we will know if…” you don’t do x y or z from the handbook. It’s not welcoming makes the guest feel surveilled. There were also several bugs in the unit mosquitoes and a another little beetle bug. With such a great emphasis on the guest maintaining the space perhaps offering some pest control or doing additional checks for pests would be good. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and there was no ventilation in the kitchen.

Außergewöhnliche Lage an einem sehr ruhigen Ort; Lage direkt am Wasser.

Die Ausstattung war sehr spärlich, die Möbel u.E. eher wenig geschmackvoll zusammen gestellt. Da wir relativ hohe Temperaturen für die Jahreszeit hatten, war es sehr schwierig eine erträgliche Temperatur in dem kleinen Apartment zu schaffen. Leider war nur an einem der Seitenfenster ein Fliegengitter angebracht ... an der Terrassentür (Eingang) leider auch nicht. Die Bewohner über uns konnten wir auf Schritt und Tritt " verfolgen " ... s e h r hellhörig.

The location is great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Thought we were getting a room with a loft and large windows looking at the ocean. Instead we got a smelly basement suite with a partial ocean view. Bathroom shower is so small you can't bend over in it. When guests are above all you hear is thump thump.

This is a great location right on the west side of Quadra island. I love the location and ability to be right on the water.

Access to dock and kayaks; location by the bay made it easy for water sports with the family; common bbq by the water; quint; loved watching the beautiful sunset and the wildlife with other guests.

Steep stairs in the cabins would be hard for people with mobility issues.

Geniales Plätzchen mit großartiger Aussicht auf Gowlland Harbour, wo die Robben spielen, hin und wieder Delphine vorbeischauen und eine Otterfamilie manchmal ausruht. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eimgerichtet und die beiden Gastgeberinnen sind sehr herzlich. Absolut zu empfehlen!

I absolutely loved Jade resorts. It's how I imagined Canada would be. We were surrounded by wildlife (Otters, eagles, seals and more). The accommodation was spacious, clean & well equipped. They have about 5 different gas BBQS and that was great. We were recommended a day trip to see whales and Bears by the host and that was amazing. It's close to 2 supermarkets that have everything you could want. We will definitely be coming back but this time for longer

The stairs going to the beds upstairs was very steep and narrow. If you wore just socks you could easily slip on them. You really had to use the handrails. We limited what we took upstairs and just kept our travel bags downstairs.

The location was great. Very quiet and right on the water. What a beautiful view in the morning! Star gazing opportunities at night too.

The weather was cool. The baseboard heaters kept the room nice and warm. But the bathroom floor was cold. Not really a problem though, as we just left a towel on the floor.

The view from the chalet was amazing and we saw lots of seals, sea otters, and birds. Also the chalet was super cozy and we appreciated having the living and sleeping areas on different floors.

loved the cabin. rustic with all the amenities. really loved that there was no TV. the view is spectacular from the upper deck. each morning my kids would wake up and count the number of seals in the deck and marvel at the beautiful scenery. And the round house is artistic and fantastic.

I’d loved all the attention to detail in the decor. And the setting was beautiful and peaceful.

There seem to be some people above us for part of our stay that made it a little bit noisier than I expected.

The wonderful location, the amazing view directly from the suite and the lovely hosts are the best things :) The suites are big enough for two people, the kitchen has all you need, the bed was Very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and has anything u need. We borrowed two kayaks and it was so wonderful and calm. You can see porpoises, seals and otter directly from your window. The story of the sunken house is interesting and it doesn’t make the view any worse. We are so sorry we just stayed 2 nights and if we ever come back to Quadra this will be our spot.

The only thing that can be not so easy for some people is the fact that you maybe have to carry your luggage a few meters, but from my point of view this can always happen when you travel and you be able to do that :)

Our stay at Jade Resort was nothing short of spectacular. The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views right from the suite. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure every detail was perfect. Overall, we can’t rave enough about this place!

Best view ever! Got to watch seals, otters, porpoises and birds all day long, such a special experience. Very calm, good equipment (kajaks etc), cute rooms and comfy bed.

Shower is pretty small. We were on the ground floor, first cabin (best view!), however it was a biz noisy from above (mainly when neighbours were walking around and showering)

A beautiful location on Quadra Island! There is a lot of opportunity to see wildlife in the water and easily explore the rest of the island by bike or car. It is a quiet setting if you are looking for a place to relax, but kayaks and paddle boards are available to rent if you want to do something more active.

Location was awesome. The room was super cute. Owners were extremely welcoming and attentive, very friendly.
