退房时间太早，有点不方便

房間很乾淨，空間很大，有廚房、客廳、臥室、玄關，很溫馨可愛。 設備齊全，有咖啡機，浴室有洗衣機跟烘衣機，但洗衣精要自己準備。 離市區有點距離，但走路三分鐘就是公車站牌，公車班次很多算是交通很方便。

房東住樓上，因木造房子加上有小孩有時會有腳步聲，但房東入住當天就有說明，且晚上大概10點後就很安靜，不算大問題。

Wspaniała lokalizacja, czyściutkie mieszkanie, możliwość wynajmu samochodu, bardzo dobry kontakt z rozmownym, wesołym i pomocnym właścicielem. Super pobyt.

Limpeza e organização

Horário de checkout muito cedo as 09h30 da manhã. Mesmo tendo solicitado uma prorrogação ate as 11h e tendo iniciado o checkin às 00:00, não houve flexibilização. Ponto extremamente negativo.

Tout, l appartement est très joli et confortable. Cuisine entièrement équipée, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, tumbler etc Très bien chauffé. L emplacement est à 150m de la cathédrale et de l arrêt du bus. Je recommande fortement. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans le garage en attendant le check-in, ce qui est vraiment un plus.

So far nothing but the location, is near to church.

The entire building is extremely small. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:30 AM, which is quite restrictive. The owner resides on the second floor, and noise from children running can be heard during the night. Guests are required to clean the property themselves, including removing bed covers, bedsheets upon check-out.

L'établissement est situé juste à côté de la cathédrale, un peu loin du centre mais très accessible en bus avec plusieurs arrêts à deux pas de l'établissement. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et donnent des conseils pour passer un séjour des plus agréables :)

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Nur ein kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt, dafür abends shön ruhig, sodass wir prima schlafen konnten. Alles war sauber und ordentlich und modern ausgestattet. Die Betten lagen sich sehr gut und wir haben prima geschlafen.

Als etwas störend empfanden wir, dass es in der Küche kein Fenster gab und somit der Essensgeruch die ganze Wohnung einnahm. Ein paar Töpfe, Frühstücksteller und Messer mehr (dann hätte der Geschirrspüler nicht so oft laufen müssen) wären toll gewesen. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus hat extra gekostet und das empfanden wir als unnötig, da die Parkplätze zum Haus gehörten.

C’est tout neuf,c’est propre,bien équipé(machine,sèche linge,sèche cheveux,serviettes etc)l’appartement est magnifique George est très gentil il explique tout très bien un super accueil ☺️ L’emplacement est très bien près de la cathédrale artique et du téléphérique et d’un arrêt de bus qui vous dépose au centre ville même à l’aéroport .. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment wohlgefühlt! Sehr bequemes Bett, gut ausgestattete Küche. Netter Empfang durch den Gastgeber zu später Stunde Gute Anbindung an den Bus, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Komfortabel ausgestattet, Betten sehr bequem, Säuberung optisch ansprechend. Kontakt zum Gastgeber sehr nett und freundlich.

Prachtig en smaakvol appartement van aardige hosts, die ons speciaal kwamen vertellen dat het Noorderlicht zichtbaar was.

The location was excellent with easy access into the main city and the apartment was clean and the decor was nice, I especially liked the electronic beds.

The washing machine was listed on the booking as being able for us to use and so we travelled lightly with using the washing machine as an expectation, however it was broken and made a whistle noise. The woman told us that her child will be running around upstairs making a lot of noise to which he did and we had no problem with hearing that, however the whistle noise on the washing machine that is listed able for us to use was an issue for them. Because of this the host came to the apartment 2 times, the first time we did say we would not use it but then we urgently needed to use it again because our clothes were smelling like fire and we were going to go on the plane. The did not offer us any resolution or compensation even though the washing machine is listed as a facility at this accommodation, in fact the host said “it is not his problem”. The host was very rude to my husband and if the WiFi was not working I would hope that they would offer their own WiFi instead of saying it’s not their problem, they did not do this or any resolution with the washing machine. The host spoiled our trip, in the future he should treat his customers more kindly.

Comfortable and cosy apartment with very modern facilities. The location is stunning in a beautiful area just across the bridge from the city. Great welcome from our host too.

As soon as we walked in, we were not disappointed with the cleanliness and decor of the apartment. It is so stylish! All new and modern with helpful tech like heated floors, dimmable lights, and articulated beds in the main bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all our meals, and there was a EuroSpar just a 10 min walk away. There were four of us in total, and so the kids slept on the sofa bed. It was plenty big enough for the both of them, and our hosts had made it in prep of us arriving, including a mattress topper, and so was just as comfy. The beds in the main room also had a mattress topper and were super comfy. There were even extra pillows available in the wardrobe if required. There were also lots of other helpful extras like toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, and shower wash, which was such a lovely touch. The location is across the bridge from the main city of Tromso, but we think this is perfect. We were a stones throw away from the Arctic Cathedral and a 15 min walk to the cable car. We did both of these landmarks and would highly recommend it. There is a bus stop opposite the apartment, and it was easy to get buses two and from to the main city centre. George, the host, met us when we arrived, and he was great, showing us how to work everything. Even later, in our stay, if we had a question, he always replied to our messages or came to help. The only extra that would be helpful would be some signage, we arrived in the dark, and there were a few doors on the building numbered 24a, we were unsure on which doorbell to press. Maybe a sign for guests would be helpful. He spoke great English and was lovely to our young children, having a young son of his own. He let us borrow sledges so that our kids could have fun in the snow. Norway is an incredibly expensive place but we think this apartment is incredible value for money.

The location is great. It is easy to take the bus to the center or to do some activities. Some guides would drop us off at the Arctic Cathedral which was so nice. We liked that the property was well equipped. It felt like home, we were able to cook a lot with the local ingredients which we absolutely loved. The apartment felt warm, cosy and clean. The owner is very friendly and has a cute son.

The washing machine was a bit challenging, our clothes would sometimes still be fully wet when the program was done. So we had to restart the express 20 min program just to dry them out more before putting them in the drying machine.

Very nice and clean apartment, and the hosts were very friendly. We recommend.
