Propre, calme, bonne literie et super accueil, nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce logement. La chambre est agréable et très calme, un vrai bonheur !

Rien, c'est conforme à l'annonce, pas cher et dans un environnement très pratique avec commerces et piscine à 2 minutes du logement à pied, je recommande.

Mycket varmt mottagande. Kändes som att komma hem. Det är inget hotell. Du bor i ett av familjens rum. Fantastiskt!

The score of 8.5 cannot be real, impossible. The accomodation is very poor and very expensive for what you get. I was really disappointed and I will never return back there, i prefer even sleeping in my car

I loved the way the person in charge treated the place. I loved the cleanliness of the place. I loved the location; it was full of security personnel and foreigners.

The house she stayed in was like an oven, and the air conditioner didn't work well.

Quite close to Marrakesh Centre, felt safe as its a gated private community, owner and his mother very polite and welcoming, was allowed to use washing machine. Cafes very well priced and relaxing. Its good to use as a base just to sleep.

Not really a Riad, more of a house shared with the owners and another couple. Swimming Pool full of screaming kids so cant relax and pool not the cleanest. Stray cats everywhere you turn. Teenagers hanging around in groups. Outside the community a massive dirty overflow river with litter everywhere, attracting flies and stinks. Even saw a dead cat thrown down there. We moved halfway through our holiday to a hotel.

C’était génial. Les hôtes sont super accueillants et chaleureux. On s’est senties tout de suite comme à la maison, avec un appartement bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons pris une fois le petit déjeuner puis une autre fois le dîner couscous et je le recommande vraiment ! Les quantités sont généreuse, le goût est excellant, on passe un super moment avec les autres voyageurs et surtout nos hôtes. La résidence est très bien située, de nombreuses activités, commerces et autres sont accessibles à pied. La résidence est également bien sécurisée. On y trouve aussi les magnifiques piscines, ainsi que quelques restaurants et épiceries. Bref tout était plus que parfait pour ma grand-mère et moi durant ce séjour. Je remercie vraiment nos hôtes de nous avoir aussi bien reçues et je recommande à 100% cet établissement.

Tout était comme espéré ! Je n’ai rien de négatif à souligner.

Tout d'abord un accueuil chaleureux d'Idriss et sa maman Affifa.Ils sont d'une gentillesse ,disponibles et discrèts et donnent de bons conseils pour le séjour. On se sent comme à la maison,la résidence sécurisée est bien placée et a tout cequ'il faut au prix local (plusieurs restos,cafés,coiffeuse,pharmacie,épiceries,,guichet automatique ect..,3 piscines.).Plein de taxis et facile d'accés pour la prise en charge de vos excursions.. Allez y les yeux fermés!!!Je recommande et retournerai!!!

A friendly young man upgraded my room and I had a whole Riad for myself for 2 nights. I enjoyed my time. Thanks for that

The surrounding was nice peaceful and pleasant . Good places to eat the area is secured with security on the front

Could do with the locks fixing on our door it wouldn't open and close properly. Could do with a wardrobe to hang your clothes in the bedrooms. And shower hooks we had to hold the shower by our hands

Property was amazing. We stayed for only one night but felt extremely welcomed. Idris was fantastic, super friendly and helpful. Can’t wait for my next trip to Marakech.

It was quite ok but for this amount of money we had a room in a beautiful riad the other day. There is everything you need around - shops, restaurants etc

Nice neibourhood feel to the area places for basic convenience like cafe restaurant and shops then step out of the development into marrakech and it's old medina........ scary if you dont know but this place if you stay is perfect to take your time to explore the massive labyrinth of the medina...

Birds lots of vines on outer building and boy it is only for a hour or so morning and evening but do the make some sound...... lovely creatures...

Room and the residential complex was quite nice. Shops and cafés on the premise. Quite a walk to the city center tough

Staff was nice during my stay. But as soon as I left, they immerdiately started ignoring my messages about an important request I had about the stay :/

Wszystko było SUPER! Gospodarz bardzo uczynny, poczęstowano nas prawdziwym Marokańskim obiadem. Obiekt jest na terenie chronionym, w nowoczesnym budynku, do dyspozycji gości jest nawet basen, trzy restauracji (kawiarnie) tuż przy wejściu na teren. Pyszne jedzeni i kawa w lokalnych cenach. Pościel czyściutka, poduszki wygodne. Do Mediny jest parę km, ale warto, bo komfort pobytu wszystko kompensuję. Polecam.

-The hosts were extremely lovely and hospitable!! -The bed was nice and hard, best for my back -I liked that the shower room was large and the hot water worked perfectly -The gated community was insanely safe and had restaurants and a supermarket that opened until very late

-The location was quite far from the center (30-40 minute walk) -The kitchen wasn't the cleanest -The toilet was clogged the 2nd day we arrived but didn't get fixed until we checked out

Une expérience incontournable à Marrakech !! Plus qu’un simple séjour, L’hôte nous as accueilli avec beaucoup de chaleur et une gentillesse incroyable. Le logement est magnifique et la résidence très bien situé Endroit à ne surtout pas louper, on vient pour sa beauté On revient pour l’accueil ! Merci

Ce séjour s'est très bien passé, Idriss et sa maman ont été extrêmement accueillants et gentils avec nous.

C'est juste personnel pour moi c'est je n'apprécie pas le partage de WC et douche mais sinon c'est très propre.

L'emplacement au calme. À 20 minutes à pied du centre c'est parfait pour être loin de la foule. La résidence est très agréable ainsi que les piscines. Les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse et de très bons conseils. Merci pour l'accueil nous avons passé un très bon séjour

I really appreciated how warm, cozy, and welcoming the atmosphere was. The hosts greeted us with open hearts and treated us like family throughout our entire stay. They were always kind, helpful, and attentive, offering great advice on where to eat, where to go out, and the best places to explore. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home and truly cared for.

Super l'hôte est adorable et nous a beaucoup aidé pendant notre séjour. Nous avons adoré passer une semaine là-bas.

Hachim was very welcoming when arrived on site and loved people in all the local shops on the complex trying to help us with mine and my boyfriends communication with the French and arabic. Also loved the swimming pool and feeling so welcomed for breakfast in Hachims own house two times and the relationship we had with the cleaners also will definitely be coming back again.

A very clean, safe and convenient complex! You have everything in the complex from barbers to restaurants, and you are also only minutes away from the medina. The host was exceptional, offered us everything and even brought my sick wife some couscous on Friday. thank you so much!

The hosts were very welcoming generous and helpful. Always reachable. The place is at excellent location almost near to everything. Also the existence of a washing machine was very helpful. If I make it again to marakesh I will be staying here again.

Very clean and calm accommodation. Great location just walking distance from Medina without the noise and exhaust fumes of the old Town. Not the most adventurous place, but after spending all day in the Medina you don't necessarily need more. Flexible host and possibility for a great breakfast in his elegant house next door. Nice refreshing pool in the area few steps from the room free of charge. Highly recommended if these are the things you are looking for.

Beautifully decorated riad located at short distance from main attractions. The accomodation is inside secured gates, hence perfect for women or single travellers. Highly recommend it
