Lack of communication between the security gate and the staff managing the apartment. Lack of utensils like wine glass, bigger coffee machine.

Ants in the kitchen and over sofa. Uncomfortable, old beds, poor quality bed linen. Old sofa. We unexpectedly had a knock on the door early one morning from the cleaner wanting to put cleaning supplies for the whole block of apartments in the store cupboard in our apartment. An intrusion and maybe they would have entered even if we hadn’t been there. A security issue. Upon departure we asked the security guard if we could bring our car from the car park to load our luggage, I have spinal problems from several surgeries, but she (Shital) refused to let us do that so we had to walk in the rain with our luggage to the car park. Also we were told there was a cafe for coffee/brunch nearby which there wasn’t

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026L'appartement est très bien et bien situé pour faire des balades dans les gorges de Rivière Noire. Bonne explication pour récupérer les clés. Environnement agréable.
Ce qui est peu pratique c'est le manque de vaisselle: 2 verres ballon pour 3 personnes. Pas de casserole, absence de torchon et éponge. C'est dommage quand on est de passage. Impossible d'allumer la tv. Le parking est très pratique mais il est loin de l'appartement.

The apartment was very clean, there was just a slight issue with the refuse stores overflowing and smelly on the site.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025Sehr schöne Unterkunft, genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles sehr sauber und eine tolle Atmosphäre, besonders wenn man auf der schönen Terrasse sitzt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Anbieter für Bootsausflüge sind direkt vor der Tür. Der Italiener hat leider zu. Wir durften früher einchecken und die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen dies Unterkunft wärmstens.

Reviewed Nov 30, 2025Sehr gute Ausstattung. Traumhaft gelegen. Sehr ruhig. Alle 2 Tage Reinigungsservice. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Schöne Terrasse mit Essbereich. Perfekte Kommunikation.
Schlechte Beleuchtungssituation auf dem Parkplatz und im Treppenhaus. Wir mussten immer mit Taschenlampe arbeiten. Der Föhn konnte nicht im Bad genutzt werden, aber nur dort war ein Spiegel vorhanden.

Was stranded for an hour and a half outside before I got into the apartment. No access code given, was stranded again the next day. Terrible, terrible service!!
