Lo elegimos porque contaba con calefacción, nos encontramos con un calorventor. Si bien la dueña nos ofreció otro, realmente pasamos frio. Nos llovió un dia y nuestro calzado y ropa nunca se secaron.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Quiet. Slightly off the beaten path. Excellent if you have a car, thanks to the sub-level parking directly below the facility. The room was clean, the living room was spacious for a BnB/apartment, and the kitchen was fully equipped. There was more than ample towels, pillows, blankets, etc. It had absolutely everything we needed for the price, and 3 people were able to use the apartment comfortably.
The location was less ideal without a car. We ended up renting one to make it easier to get around. It is fairly close to transit, but you need to walk a bit far to leave the property (from the front door to the exit gate of the gated property is almost a ~5 minute walk by itself). This walk puts you on the opposite side of the property from Puerto Montt downtown, so you need to walk around the corner and down to start traveling towards downtown, overall making the waterfront or mall a manageable but not perfect ~15-20 minute walk. If a walkway let out on the opposite side of the property, it would cut down this time by almost half.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025El depto es super comodo. Muy lindo y confortable para una o dos personas. Ideal. Jessica super servicial y dedicada. Todo muy bien, excepto por la calefa. Algo frio, pero Jessica se ocupo de ambientarnos.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2024Functional and comfortable, secure garage parking. Staff was flexible and worked around our unpredictable roadtrip schedule. Comfortable bed, too bad it rained a lot and we didn’t get to enjoy the patio. Would stay again. It’s a bit of a walk to the center but because of that it’s nice and quiet, plus the building sits a distance away from the road. Great to sleep in.
