No me gustó que en la piscina había una mujer extranjera vestida de pies a cabeza metida en la piscina. Desconozco si por Religión o por qué cuestión. Pero no llevaba un traje de baño largo, llevaba ropa y un pañuelo. Debería existir un protocolo occidental para estas situaciones siendo que van a ser más comunes cada vez e incomoda mucho bañarte en bikini cuando hay gente vestida bañándose.

Отель прекрасно расположен. Персонал очень любезный, всегда готов помочь. Достойный европейский завтрак, каждый найдет что-то на свой вкус. Бассейн на крыше стал приятным бонусом.

Location was great staff were really helpful

this place is a nice hotel but they need to inspect the rooms more, i caught a bed bed that came in my suitcase from this specific hotel and i was not impressed. I a travel a lot and considering this is suppose to be a luxury hotel, this was not a best experience i wanted to end with. Please make sure you do not put your case on the bed and check the bedding.

El bar !Yordi es muy amable ,después de que me dieran una carne de ternera con papas que habia comprado en el restaurante del hotel ,en una caja de cartón, con un cuchillo y un tenedor de madera ...Yordi muy amable al verme tan incomoda me consiguió un plato ,un cuchillo real y un tenedor real. Una persona que resuelve !!y ademas me pidió disculpa por el trato que habia recibido por la anterior persona que me habia entregado el plato ,y me hizo un rico trago sin alcohol . Cambio mi noche...gracias Yordi eres una persona muy amable y con una muy buena energía. También gracias a la chica de la recepción que fue muy amable. La zona de la picina es bien ,limpia y bonita.

La respuesta que da el personal ante los comentarios negativos .(me refiero a la mujer de lentes que estaba ayer 29 de agosto por la noche., a la cual le pedí algunos elementos para mi cena (la cual habia comprado en el restaurante, y quería llevar a la terraza )y ella me dice que no es posible, porque si no tendrían que tener 300 elementos ,para las 300 personas que iban al bar .. cuando subí habían 5 y en toda la noche hasta que cerro el bar fueron máximo 20. El ruido que hacen en la mañana al hacer el aseo tambien es un punto negativo .perdonas que limpiar y hablan muy fuerte, pasan la aspiradora ,y acomodan muebles con las puertas abiertas a las 08:30 de la mañana comenzaron y no pararon ...

Such a lovely hotel, all the staff were amazing, especially Allesandra on reception who checked us in, amazing customer service. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, breakfast was varied and plentiful and of good quality. All in all a great stay prior to us picking up our cruise the next day.

Brand new smart hotel, nice rooftop pool, nice breakfast.

The room was so hot and unable to adjust temperatures, I did read this on other reviews before we stayed too. Rooftop bar wasn’t open which was a shame as all the sun loungers were full and plenty of people, but the bar had daily very late opening times.

Nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend. Hunde freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ein bisschen Außerhalb, Barcelona ist aber gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Die E-Ladesäulen waren defekt oder nicht verfügbar. Dies war der eigentliche Grund, das Hotel zu buchen

This was a great hotel experience! They let us check in almost two hours early which was really kind of them :) The room was spacious, and the bed was soooo comfy! The location is about a 10 minute drive from the airport, there's not much to do around the area, but it's perfect to catch an early flight.

El hotel tiene una terraza muy bonita, con bar y una pileta que permite refrescarse durante un día de calor. Además, cuenta con reposeras para tomar sol. La habitación era pequeña, pero contaba con una cama suave y muy cómoda. La ubicación obliga a tomarse transporte privado para ir hacia el centro, ya que el transporte público tarda 50 minutos y requiere combinación. La relación precio-calidad está bien.

L’hôtel est moderne, chambre au top rien à dire les lits sont très confortables et la télé grande salle de bain très récente aussi. Le rooftop offre une vue sur un très beau paysage. L’hôtel est à 10 minutes de l’aéroport en taxi.

Il n’y a vraiment rien autour, si ce n’est le centre commercial à quelques minutes de marche et la gare qui permet de relier Barcelone, on a quand même un peu le sentiment que l’hôtel est au milieu de nulle part.

Great hotel for a short business trip or stopover. It’s only around 10 minutes from Barcelona Airport and about 20 minutes by taxi from the city centre. The lobby is beautiful, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Alexandra at reception, she was incredibly positive, gave us helpful advice, and assisted with a late check-out before our evening flight.

The room was small but comfortable. There were a few minor housekeeping details that could be improved, but overall, the hotel was clean and pleasant. I would definitely recommend it.

The air conditioning was off the whole time. They were not able to fix it. The temperature inside was 30 degrees Celsius, without ventilation. Not happy with the situation.

Rengøring af værelse. Her oplevede vi at kl 15:30 var der stadig ikke gjort rent. Da jeg henvender mig i receptionen, får jeg at vide at de har til kl 16. Altså betyder det, at gæster som bor der i flere dage, får rengøring sidst, hvilket gør at man ikke rigtig vil være på værelset da rengøring muligvis kommer om lidt. Det hører ingen steder hjemme at behandle gæster sådan.

Lamentablemente el reintegro de los 50’me los hicieron un día después y 3 días después me volvieron a hacer la retención en el banco. No lo considero justo

We had a long drive to this hotel from the Rioja region (from where we watched the solar eclipse), so the welcoming staff and easy check-in (without queues) was a great start to our stay. After dropping the luggage off in our rooms, headed straight to the rooftop bar for a relaxing drink after a day on the road. Really nice rooftop area with a bar and pool, and a mix of comfortable seating and sun loungers. Rooms very comfortable for my husband and I (but my Mum in another room found the mattress topper too soft). There is a railway station a 5 minute walk from the hotel with regular services into Barcelona centre - we all agreed that it was a major advantage being able to enjoy the relative peace of Viladecans after a day in the city. Hotel staff were excellent and the hotel is very dog-friendly. Free and plentiful roadside parking, so not sure why anyone would pay 18 euros a day for the underground car park. Easy access to the airport by taxi (Mum and brother), while my husband, the dogs and I hit the road and headed north through the Pyrenees. Would recommend this hotel for a Barcelona stay.

Breakfast was disappointing - cooked items were only lukewarm and we had to wait a while to get various items replenished. Having said that, the breakfast staff were so lovely, so it was hard to complain about this.

Pool very busy and small. People could go up and down in hotel lift and staircase without room key. Had some security near lifts but if the lift and staircase were only possible with room keys would be better. Found fake eyelashes on my bathroom towels. I don’t wear them. Yuck.

50 euro extra charge for my dog which is not clear during booking on booking.com On average the extra charge for a dog is 10 euro. Also dog was not allowed in restaurant so the reception advised me to go to the rooftop where I would be able to have dinner. Sadly there were only snacks available.

Die Lage in der Nähe zum Airport und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch einige Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht so gut. Für ein Hotel soweit außerhalb von der Stadt in einem Industriegebiet, hätte ich mir etwas niedrigere Preise gewünscht.

nuit très bruyante/musique (dans la rue ?) et on entend la chambre voisine côté cloison en bois. Dommage pour un nouvel hôtel.

Perfect service

Huone oli iso ja todella siisti. Kattoterasssi uima-altaalla oli plussaa. Hotelli on 10minuutin taksi matkan päässä Barcelonan lentokentästä.

Hotellia mainostetaan lentokenttähotellina, mutta mielestäni se on hieman harhaan johtavaa mainontaa. Taksilla kyllä pääsee nopeasti, mutta julkiset kulkuyhteydet kestävät jopa 40minuuttia lentokentälle. Hotellin lähellä on ehkä jokin kaatopaikka tms. Josta hajut saattavat kulkeutua kuumana kesäpäivänä tuulensuunnasta riippeun hotellialueelle. Tämä ei ollut mukavaa, kun halusimme rentoutua kattoterassilla päivällä ennen kuin huoneemme oli valmis. Toki hajulle ei itse hotelli voi tehdä mitään, mutta ottaisin huomioon, jos olet herkkä voimakkaille hajuille.

Goed gelegen t.o.v. station naar de stad en dichtbij de luchthaven. De bedden waren heerlijk!

O bar da piscina não está aberto o tempo todo em que a piscina está, pelo menos não esteve nos dias em que estivemos hospedados, apesar de ter um empregado e de todas as pessoas estarem servidas, foi-nos dito que so abria às 17h/17h15. Pedimos para trocar a froma de uma das almofadas, que ja estava suja quando chegámos e que limpassem a secretária que também ja estava suja, e quando chegámos ao final do dia nada tinha sido feito. Levámos a almofada até à recepção para verem e na hora pediram para ir trocar e limpar. Demos meia hora, e foi nessa altura que fomos ao rooftop e não nos serviram nada. Ao fim de 30 min voltámos ao quarto e a secretária ja tinha sido limpa, ja a almofada, deixaram apenas a fronha... la fomos novamente à recepção, e como não queríamos ter de voltar la pedimos que a almofada nos fosse entregue ali mesmo naquele momento. Nada a apontar aos recepcionistas, que dizerem exatamente o trabalho deles, ja o pessoal da limpeza tem muito muito a melhorar.

Ce que j’ai pas aimé, c’est que il est pas précisé qu’il faut mettre des cautions et c’est 50 € par nuit en plus donc du coup c’est un budget à prévoir en plus et je suis partie de l’hôtel le lundi 10 août on est actuellement le 13 août, et j’ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement de la caution Et au niveau du personnel, c’est dommage qu’il parle pas du tout français et ils étaient un peu aigrie quand même.
