El aparcamiento es algo incomodo por ser limitado y estar en una cuesta muy inclinada

El apartamento era correcto, tenía todo lo necesario y una buena vista parcial sobre el mar y las montañas, en un barrio justo a las afueras del centro de Alesund en una cuesta muy empinada subiendo ya hacia el monte. 3 dormitorios con 2 camitas cada uno, una cocina y un único baño. Una buena relación calidad precio. Nosotros éramos una familia de 5 personas. En anfitrión respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y nos ayudó con el pago del aparcamiento público.

Lo que menos nos gustaron fueron las cuestas y las escaleras, había que subir bastante desde el centro, y una vez en el apartamento era el 2º piso y el mismo apartamento tenía 2 habitaciones subiendo unas escaleras.

Wir haben als Familie neun Nächte hier gewohnt und können die schöne Wohnung wirklich empfehlen. Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs, hatten also kein Parkplatzproblem. Eine gute Kondition braucht man allerdings - von der Innenstadt sind etwa 70 Höhenmeter zu bewältigen, um zur Wohnung zu kommen, wobei die letzten Meter die steilsten sind. Dafür wird man mit einer spektakulären Aussicht sowohl aus dem Wohnzimmer als auch aus dem oberen Schlafzimmer belohnt - in einem Restaurant gäbe es Gerangel um solche Fensterplätze. Außerdem ist damit schon ein Teil des Weges zum Aussichtspunkt Aksla geschafft. In der gemütlichen Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht (unverzichtbar: der Wäschetrockner - von alleine trocknet hier nichts), es gibt auch viel Küchenzubehör, wenn man auch manchmal etwas danach suchen muss. Schubladen und Schränke im Wohnzimmer sind nur bedingt durch die Gäste nutzbar, da sie voll sind. Das Haus ist alt und verwinkelt und sehr charmant - bedeutet aber auch: Nichts ist isoliert. Man sollte vor allem im Bad, aber generell die Wohnung immer sorgfältig lüften. Es gibt genügend Platz für vier bis sechs Personen, wobei das dritte Schlafzimmer (das mit der schönen Sicht) kein eigener Raum, sondern eine Art Durchgangszimmer von der Treppe ist. Das hat uns gar nicht gestört, da war mir der Blick vorm Einschlafen und nach dem Aufwachen wichtiger. :-) Beide Etagen haben Dachschrägen, was für große Menschen auf längere Sicht vielleicht etwas beengend wirkt. Für wenige Tage und Nächte ist das aber überhaupt kein Problem. Wir haben keine kleinen Kinder mehr, unsre sind schon Teenager, aber Familien mit kleinen Kindern sollten wissen: Die Fenster sind niedrig und ungesichert, das im Bad ist sogar auf Fußbodenhöhe und leicht zu öffnen, und es geht tief runter. Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich, als wir sie einmal im Treppenhaus getroffen haben. Alle Formalitäten haben gut geklappt. Wir waren zufrieden und empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter.

This apartment has an amazing location. If you walk up the street a little, you find the start of the network of trails that can lead you to the viewpoint on Aksla(which is really pretty and worth visiting). Because the house is so close, you can reach the viewpoint in 20 minutes and take a comfortable stroll through Ålesund right from the house. It feels like this is an actual home where people live(in a good way). It is well furnished and decorated, with comfortable couches and enough beds to sleep 6 comfortably. Very modern and well-furnished kitchen. The apartment has a lot of space and is very comfortable overall.

The mattress in the downstairs bedroom is old and should be replaced.

Bel appartement, bien situé (notamment pour le point de vue) et bien équipé. La propriétaire s'est occupée de nous réserver le parking (prix correct).

La cuisine aurait méritée d'être un peu plus propre. Le reste de l'appartement, le linge etait propre.

Location and price

Very steep stairs to access key box. Little or no clear communication re parking, location of key box . No reply to whats apps . Polyester sheet covers. Very much staying in someone's recently vacated and cluttered house made it feel slightly uncomfortable.

Apartament powinien mieć zagwarantowane miejsce parkingowe

Great location for the center of Ålesund, set hill which may post some difficulties for people with mobility problems but we knew this on booking and was not a problem and the hill actually leads up to the viewpoint and then you can take the steps down from the viewpoint into the centre rather than taking the steps up. Their apartment itself has all the amenities that you may need, we noted it was clean but not spotless, for example some dust and beer bottle tops under the bed in the upstairs and a bit grubby here and there. The stairs to the apartment mentioned in another review we didn’t find a problem and the apartment itself was warm and cozy. We would definitely stay there again.

Дуже гарна квартира. Є все необхідне. Посуд, аерогриль, кавоварка, постіль, рушники, Wi-Fi. Трохи складно для високих людей, тому на другому поверсі спали діти. По приїзду в квартирі було тепло і отримали додаткові ковдри на прохання заздалегідь. Прекрасний вид з вікна. Нам сподобалось

Очень уютная квартира. Есть все необходимое. Чисто комфортно. Парковку хозяин заказал по моей просьбе. Недалеко находится смотровая, откуда виден весь город.

Машину поставил под домом. Но уклон дороги очень большой, немного страшно парковаться .

Rent og fint, god plass til en familie på 5.

Dårlig med parkering i nærheten og dette var dårlig kommunisert i annonsen. Vi fant en plass et stykke unna, men som til gjengjeld var gratis hele helgen.

Appartement proche du centre d’Ålesund, dans une rue très calme, à 5 min d’une supérette et à 15min à pied du point de vue. Belle vue sur le fjord. Logement bien équipé et literie confortable. Attention : stationnement dans une rue très pentue, un peu impressionnante (tout en haut, il y a une plate forme pour faire demi tour), et appart au 2eme étage sans ascenseur.

Very nice apartment, perfect for a family.

We only spent one night and the apartment was perfect for that. It was fairly spacious, but the bedrooms were definitely small. It was fine for what we needed it for.

The apartment is very close to downtown but in a quiet area. There’s a hiking trail starting right at the end of the street. We even had views of the fjord! There is a washer AND dryer in the place and a fully equipped kitchen.

We lived it all.

Apartment is clean with complete appliances available.

Parking is a little bit difficult and tight due to tight spaces and uphill/downhill parallel parking.

We liked the location, very friendly and polite host. Specious house, warm and comfortable. We had no problem with parking the car on the street. The host sorted the parking permit for us as soon as we arrived. Highly recommend.

Not all the corners were spotless clean.

A lot of space, the owner provide a parking place as he promised, for a very small fee. Everything you need in the kitchen. Nice view and actually very close to the city. For us it was perfect as location.

It was a bad smell at the entrance, down on ground floor, maybe because of humidity, but also a bit on first floor.
