En el alojamiento no se especifica que todas las ubicaciones excepto la cama son compartidas. A parte de que en la cocina hay una cámara para ver todo lo que haces, y para colmo no pudimos alojarnos porque estaba toda la habitación llena de chinches. Pondremos una reclamación a consumo por el alojamiento y la atención de booking, y si es necesario una denuncia.

La terraza vistas al mar el mobiliario estaba roto, la TV de nuestra habitación no funcionaba y el baño era compartido

Die Lage, die wunderbare Aussicht in luftiger Höhe, die vielen Fenster, das Licht und die angenehme Temperatur wegen optimaler Lüftungsmöglichkeiten. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die allgemein nutzbare Terrasse.

Es stand ein Kinderbett im Raum, obwohl wir uns als Paar angekündigt haben.

Localização e vista

Interior do edifício ate ao acesso ao apartamento feito apenas por escadas, e com muito maus odores. A limpeza ao apartamento é efectuada sem aviso prévio, deveriam avisar do horário, sendo que se trata de apartamento partilhado. O Ac nao funcionava

Amazing location, just in front of the beach, with beach view from your room, from the common area and from the terrace. You can hear the ocean sound while sleeping (but not too loud if you close the windows). Breakfast is reasonable priced and you get all you need. Shops and bars are in close vicinity, but they are not loud. Buses, taxi and a cute old electric tram are all nearby.

I liked everything. There is no elevator and the flat is in the 4th (?) floor. I did not like that I had to leave at the end of my vacation :)

Leider hatten wir kein Zimmer mit Meerblick - bei 4 Zimmern war es immer eine 50/50 chance.

Wunderschöner Ort und Haus. Sehr gute Betten und Nähe zu den Wellen!

Gemeinschaftsbalkon sehr schön und groß, jedoch ungepflegt so dass man auf dem Möbeln kaum sitzen kann.

Fantastische Lage, super nette Betreuung, die Terrasse ist ein Hit. Und nette Gäste...

Замечательное и тихое место в Колареше. Из окон открывается потрясающий вид на океан и горы Синтры. Номера чистые, аккуратные и уютные, есть балкон. Расположение идеальное, если вы путешествуете на машине — до пляжей и замков рукой подать, а вокруг тишина и покой. Персонал очень приветливый. Очень довольны выбором!

De kamer was oud en er hing een onaangename reuk. Geen grote badlakens alleen 2 kleine handdoeken. Ondanks onze melding geen gekregen. Kasten roken muf 😕

The guesthouse is located on the top floor of a building right on the seafront. There are only 4 rooms: one suite with private bathroom and sea view, another sea-view room, plus two small rooms facing the opposite side. En-suite bathrooms are only in the suite; the other rooms share two bathrooms, which are reasonably clean. From the suite and the sea-view room, the ocean view is stunning. The two small rooms are not particularly comfortable, but this is compensated by the shared spaces: a living room with an ocean view, an open terrace, and a communal kitchen that guests can use. The staff is friendly. The owner is only reachable by phone but responds quickly. Breakfast is tasty and filling. Security is good: the entrance and the floor are locked. The location is convenient: beach, shops, restaurants, and a bus stop are nearby. The main advantage is the first line by the sea and the amazing view. The owner was very responsive and went out of his way to help with a few requests – thank you for that.

Fourth floor with no lift. The windows are not very clean.

The view and lobby is ok

Shared bathroom and apartment space is awful, and the room is awful. The main picture is far nicer looking than most guests experience. It misled me to thinking the other rooms would be of similar quality but there is a huge difference

Cleanliness was good, rooms were nice, proximity to the beach and restaurants were great.

Simply that there was one bathroom for 4 rooms.

La vue sur la mer. C’est un grand appartement très lumineux au dernier étage avec 3 chambres et des espaces communs à partager entre les hôtes.

Les télévisions ne fonctionnaient pas, ni dans le salon, ni dans les chambres .

3 pisos por escalera y una tarde no hubo gas y agua caliente, lo solucionaron tarde.

Obiekt w prządku balkonik malutki jeśli mówimy o pokoju z widokiem na wodę w mieszkaniu jest tez taras gdzie każdy ma dostęp do widoku na wodę. Ocean wiadomo pod samym nosem, do 3 minut od obiektu jest sklepik, co do jedzenia w pobliżu jest dobry butter chicken. Nocleg czysty może tylko szkoda ze okna nie umyty ale bryza wodna tylko je “pobrudziła” kontakt dobry mieliśmy rozmowę na kamerce jak tam wejść itp szkoda ze był ekspres na kapsułki ale brak kapsułek

Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, die Wohnung wurde täglich gesäubert und dadurch, dass sie in der Vorsaison nicht ausgebucht war, hatten wir doch ein eigenes Bad. Prima Preis Leistungs Verhältnis

Die Möbel auf der wunderschönen Terrasse sind teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Sitzauflagen fehlen völlig, was es etwas ungemütlich macht

This was a beautiful true guest house, with an incredible view of the beach and coastline. At first I was a little nervous about sharing facilities with others, but that went right away after everyone sat down to breakfast and were so nice. The proprietor Mohammed is not on site but is always reachable on WhatsApp. He was with me every step of the way after being dropped off at the incorrect location, until I was safely settled in my room. Osvaldo was there every morning to set up breakfast, and made sure the property was spotless.

If you are mobility impaired, staying here would be difficult as there is no elevator. I considered it my penance for all of the delicious food I ate while I was there!

Держал с нами связь по ватсапу и четко все разъяснил по видеозвонку - каждое утро приносил завтрак Асфальдо. Ему отдельное спасибо - за интересные беседы, вкусный кофе и завтрак. - завтрак стоил своей цены. - вид с террасы тоже отличный. т.к. аппартаменты находятся на третьем этаже. - в апартаментах было убрано и чисто. - милый интерьер в гостинной как и везде.

La ubicación es espectacular.

El lugar es precioso y el apartamentos muy bonito pero me equivoqué en elegirlo porque no lei en ningún momento que tenía que compartir el baño.

The view and clear communication

The stay was too short:(

Ich liebe Praia Grande. Leider ist das Arribas mit 150 Euro zu teuer, früher höchstens die Hälfte. Somit Suche nach Altenative. Atlantic View schien die beste Lösung zu sei. Also 13. bis 20. März das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht. Bei Ankunft kein Balkon wie angegeben und Sicht bei geschlossenen Fenster wie durch eine falsche Brille. Wie schaffen es andere Fenster durchsichtig zu halten??? Am nächste Morgen kam nur kaltes Wasser bis auf sehr kurz lauwarm. Die Eingangstür von Zimmer klapperte die ganze Nacht laut im Wind. Kann man natürlich selber lösen erstmal. Am nächsten Morgen wieder kaltes Wasser und bisher noch keine Antwort. Ich habe dann deshalb seine Hilfskraft angesprochen und ein Wunder: durch den Austausch der Gasflasche war das Wasser plötzlich warm. Später kam dann noch per Nachricht der Hinwes ich solle das Wasser doch länger laufen lassen - auf so einen Nicht-Service verzichte ich gerne. Die Tür hat er sich auf to do gesetzt. Vorher also nichts von gewußt! Trotz Ankündigung in der Buchung kein Zimmer Service! Zimmer: sehr billig mit einem Campingstuhl , der bei jeder Bewegung stöhnt, und mit einer nicht brauchbaren Holzbank eingerichtet. Dafür viel Schrank. Das Bettlaken reichte gerade für Matratzen Oberfläche. Ein Kopfkissenbezug mit großem Loch. Und die ganze Wäsche war wie das Geländer im Treppenhaus irgenwie schmierig. Ja, der Antlantik, aber ich war schon oft und lange am Atlantik und Pazifik: So etwas habe da nicht in Erinnerung. Ich habe mich immer unwohler dort gefühlt und bin drei Nächte früher in eine sehr nett geführte Unterkunt in Sintra gezogen. Antwort = krampfhafter Versuch alles als unwahr darzustellen. Aussagen wären belegbar (EMail und gespeicherte Kopien). Und es hat mich nie jemand angesprochen, Besitzer nie gesehen. Alles Fantasie!!! Das nicht vorhandene Niveau zeigt sich schon durch die Beleidigungen. Dieses Vorgehen ist auch bei anderen negativen Bewertungen gegeben. Und jetzt genug von dieser Unterkunft.

Wahnsinns Balkon, das Haus liegt direkt am Meer/Strand. Man kann von dort aus sehr schöne Küstenwanderungen unternehmen! Man teilt sich mit den anderen Zimmer zusammen ein Wohnzimmer und eine Küche, beide sehr groß, sauber, super ausgestattet und wahnsinnig schöner Blick aufs Meer! Gutes Frühstück, sehr unkompliziert und sehr nettes Personal!

Fantastisk beliggenhet ved stranden. Veldig bra med stor varanda. God service. Rimelig pris til ok standard.

Litt rar lukt. Små rom og fuktig, men helt ok senger. Dårlig trykk i dusjen.

The location on the shoreline - and the views of the ocean - are great. The owner does not live onsite - but communication via WA was good.

1. Mohamed, the owner, rents out all rooms separately. Only one room has a separate bathroom, the other three share a bathroom. 2. It is an old building and there is no elevator. There is a total of 53 stairs up for you and your luggage. 3. The pressure for warm water is extremely low. You will not be able to take a shower is somebody else is using warm water. 4. As in many shared apartments cleanliness is an issue. The sea view doesn’t mean a lot if your windows are so dirty you can’t see through.

the ocean suite is a beautiful room the balcony and kitchen are nice

when i booked , i paid a extra for the room "with a balcony" just for the balcony, but its not a real balcony, just a gate across a large window. still pretty but you cant call that a balcony. the employee there who cleans and makes breakfast was rude to us. there was literally a crumb on the ground in the morning and he nagged us to clean better after cooking dinner and blamed us immediately even though there was also another couple who also cooked. its like he wanted to scold us like a dad even though we washed all dishes and wiped the counter also when we checked in they didnt know about our booking, and the boss guy took over an hour to send the door code so we had to wait for him

Les pièces communes étaent très pratiques et ttès agréables. Vue splendide sur l'océan et la colline de Sintra. Taille humaine de l'immeuble.

This place has one of the most beautiful ocean views I have ever seen in my life. The room is truly beautiful and spacious. I really liked that the room has a private bathroom and toilet. The ocean is incredibly close, creating a strong connection with nature. In this room, the beauty of the surroundings opens up to the fullest. I didn’t want to leave the room — I just wanted to look at the ocean. There are many cafés with good food right around the hotel, where you can sit on a terrace. I loved drinking coffee by the ocean. If you enjoy sports, you’ll find some of the best views for running here. I ran along the coast to the neighboring beaches, and it was very beautiful. I really liked how caring the owner is toward the guests and that he was always in touch. I traveled alone and felt safe and protected from the moment of check-in until departure, even though we never met in person. This is very valuable to me. I would gladly return to this place.

The staff and home owner are unaccommodating and will not take care or the property they are in charge of. The cleaner may seem like he does his job but that’s very untrue to what they say on the listing.

The view!! Privileged sea view, I loooooved it! Mohammed, the manager, was very helpful too.

Be aware the room doesn't have a private toilet! It is not specified on their page.

Très mauvaise expérience ! Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement où il y avait déjà du monde. Nous pensions avoir un espace privé mais tout est en commun : salon, cuisine, salle de bain. Après avoir expliqué la situation au téléphone, on nous a dit que c'était de notre faute, que nous avions mal lu mais ensuite on nous a raccroché au nez. Nous avons également reçu par WhatsApp des informations diverses pour accéder au logement avec toute une série de documents. Le logement est non fumeur mais après coup, il s'est avéré qu'il n'était même pas permis de fumer sur le balcon. Si nous avions su avant de payer, nous ne serions jamais venu. Évidemment, aucune annulation ni compréhension de la part de la gérance. Nous sommes partis à l'hôtel.

It was a little bit cold. The water in the bathroom was freezing.

Unico aspeto positivo a referir é mesmo a localização, o check in foi acompanhado a distância foi relativamente fácil, o acesso ao apartamento e respetivo quarto.

Um quarto improvisado, sem serviço de televisão, aquecimento desadequado ao espaço, falta de limpeza no roupeiro, cheirava realmente mal, existiam dois candeeiros de cabeceira, mas so um tomada para ambos, num troncos de madeira improvisados como mesinha de cabeceira. A fechadura do quarto bastante danificada, quase que ficamos fechados sem poder abrir do lado de dentro.

Великолепное расположение, терраса с видом на океан, пляж под окнами. прекрасные впечатления и прогулки обеспечены. в 5 минутах - продуктовый рынок. до остановки автобуса 1 минута. Мохаммед внимательный и отзывчивый, предварительно звонил, помогая с размещением. инструкции очень, подробные высылаются заранее. всегда на связи. мы без проблем продлили проживание еще на одну ночь. отопление вне сезон работает. подается континентальный завтрак. Освальдо общительный, старательный, внимательный, аккуратный.

Напор воды в ванной не позволяет бойлеру быстро нагреть воду.

No heating and no socket in the bathroom

I wish i had booked the oceanview room or the entire apartment. Next time (and there will be a next time) i think i will. Very peaceful experience and a very decent breakfast is included.

Het was mij niet duidelijk hoe ik eerste keer binnen moet komen . Had gedacht dat er iemand aanwezig zou zijn . En niet gewoon aan alleen digitale informatie vond ik dat niet fijn . Het is uiteindelijk allemaal wel goed gekomen . En in mijn idee was het meer een hotel in plaats van appartement met eigen sleutel voor paar dagen . Maar was geen groot issue. Alleen anders als verwacht

From the moment I arrived, the host was helpful and accommodating for an early check in. The views are breathtaking with windows directly facing the ocean. Conditions of the room were nice and the continental breakfast provided was complimentary. Perfect for taking outside to the balcony and enjoying the scenery from the 4th floor.

The service from Mohammed before I even got there was 5* and it never stopped. Osvaldo continued to deliver the same 5* and I was made to feel so welcome. The views of Praia da Macas from apartment are perfect, with the sounds of the powerful waves. I had planned to go to Lisbon, and this place being over 40km away was off putting, but the absolute best choice I ever made and only 35 euros in an uber, back to airport. I could not get enough of all the secluded beaches in cliff coves, down the amazing atlantic coastline, WOW. I highly recommend going to these 5* hotspots, my camera never stopped. Praia das Azenhas, where the village is built onto the side of the mountain cliff, in a beach cove. 1.7km away. I walked the coastline. I got to a bus to the most westerly point in europe Cabo de Roca scenic point. 7km away and found a costline walk that was so amazing I just kept walking, it went from moderate to tougher as I reached my 3rd beach area Praia da Adraga, which I just had to go down to, with its cave opening going from the sand to sea, breathtaking. (that was a challengeing descent, so if your walking skills aren't as good, I would get an uber there, 6km) Praia da Macas(home) amazing beach and waves(Atlantic ocean is cold, be prepared) and theres a Roman ruins of a sun & moon sanctuary and an Islamic Ribat ruins at the same sacred grounds above where the river Corales meets ocean. Watching the sunset from here was Golden. My heart led me to Atlantic views. Thanks

The beautiful view outside the room was as wonderful as it gets! It was like floating above the ocean. The suite is decorated charmingly. Parking was no problem in side streets. I had a wonderful time!

Beautiful Room with the ocean right at our patio! Mohammed was so helpful and had breakfast for us each morning! The morning we checked out we had to leave very early and he had left breakfast in the fridge for us to take with us 😊 Definitely recommend and we can’t wait to return!
