Sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal. Ansonsten ein Budget Hotel mit etwas beengten Zimmern. Nicht einmal ein Kleiderschrank oder sonstiges wie Kommode oder so ist vorhanden. Aber man will in einem Hotel ja nicht dauerhaft einziehen und für den Urlaub passt es schon. Relativ zentral im District 1 gelegen, alle interessanten Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Highlight ist die gemeinschaftliche Küche auf der Dachterrasse, hier wären allerdings etwas mehr Küchenutensilien mehr als erwünschendwert.

Kein Kleiderschrank, das Zimmer was bei booking,com ausgeschrieben als "mit Balkon und Terrasse" Es gab keine Rerasse und der Balkon war mer als minimal (ca 1m mal 80 cm), aber immerhin genug um zu rauschen.

We liked the friendly atmosphere of the staff. They were helpful in giving us recommendations on where to eat and navigate the grab app to get around the town.

We requested a room clean in advance via the WhatsApp chat line, but the staff didn't fulfill that request. We asked for towels, but we didn't receive them in time.

Room size was not large yet comfortable enough as it has a space for a sofa. It’s quiet at night even though the room was facing a street.

По прибытию в 5 утра наш номер уже был готов и нам предложили услугу раннего заселения. Это было очень удобно и позволило хорошо выспаться, а не «потерять» день из-за недосыпа. Уютный, чистый номер, с интересным решением в виде небольшого балкона и туалета в отдельном помещении. Расположение недалеко от центра, все в пешей доступности. Приятный персонал.

Нехватает поверхностей для удобного расположения вещей у кровати, а также мало розеток.

Weit weg von der Innenstadt. Für Solo Frau keine angenehme Umgebung in der Nacht. Ich habe viel Grab benutzt (was recht günstig war).

The staff was helpful and kind. They seemed always to be offering some little extra, like delivering our laundry to our room.

Not a thing. The neighborhood loʻked not great, but then we got familiar with the restaurants and other local spots and everything was safe and even pleasant.

The AC didn't work really well. It made a lot of noise and was supposed to cool down to 16 degrees but didn't really feel like it cooled down.

Room as described, spacious and clean. There was a welcome gift basket in the room, very pleasant surprise. The staff in general was quite nice. Overall a good stay, would definitely stay again!

The door is quite thin, if there is outside noise you might hear it. Its towards the corridor though and it was very quiet, no issues.

The location was perfect, as you could see so many thinks in walking distance.

Phòng nằm dưới đất, điện hành lang bị hư nên tối om. Phía trước hành hàng bước vào phòng bị đọng nước, phòng có muỗi nhiều, sáng sớm ai tưới cây nước rớt xuống trần nhà bộp bộp, không ngủ được.

Mình ở chỗ này nhiều lần rồi, mỗi lần 1 phòng khác nhau. Được cái thiết kế phòng rất là ưng, kỳ này mình ở trên tầng thượng, có quầy bar nhỏ rất chill. Staff rất dễ thương.

- Great location - No rooms above, so no footsteps or noise from upstairs - There’s a nice, cozy patio on the rooftop - Unlimited drinking water

- There's a lot of lime on the bathroom doors - There's nowhere to hang the towel! - You can’t walk naked from the shower to the bed because you have to go through the kitchen, which has no curtain - and office workers in the building across the street can see you - During heavy rain, the kitchen area floods with dirty water. It eventually drains away, but the trash it brings in stays - The neighbor’s air conditioner is attached to the wall behind the shower. When it’s on, the vibration and noise travel through the shower and kitchen walls, and you can clearly hear it even while lying on your pillow. Very unpleasant - The hotel tried to help by fixing the neighbor’s AC while that room was empty, and they offered to move us to another room. But we wanted to stay in our room until the end of the trip. Also, I got quite sick with a bad cold, and moving rooms would have been uncomfortable. Overall, the room is nice, but only if you’re not sick and not a light sleeper

The moment we walked in, it smelled like smoke and smelled musty. The shower could use an upgrade. The area around the apart hotel is quite dirty.

My room was beautiful, cozy, and well-kept. The reception staff was warm and welcoming over WhatsApp, right up until the check-in process was complete. I especially loved the semi-open bathroom design, featuring a frosted glass wall and sliding panel, a stylish and unique touch.

The room, although well-kept, had a noticeable smell at the time of check-in. I had to request a room freshener to feel more comfortable. During the stay, I also spotted a few baby lizards and cockroaches, not an infestation, but something to be aware of. The reception staff on duty was initially welcoming, but his demeanor felt unprofessional at times, frequently smirking and lacking local knowledge. When I asked for directions to a currency exchange, he sent a location that appeared to be temporarily closed (confirmed by both Google Maps and visiting in person). I provided feedback, but he didn't seem to accept it. On the day of check-out, I accidentally slipped in the bathroom (no injury, thankfully) and broke a ceramic shampoo container while trying to balance myself. When I informed the reception, his immediate response was not to ask if I was okay or offer to check the situation, but to tell me I'd need to pay a fine. The fine turned out to be roughly one-third of the nightly room rate, which I felt is excessive but paid anyway. Overall, I wouldn’t particularly recommend a stay here based on my experience. That said, others might have a different impression depending on their expectations and tolerance for such things.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient and near several D1 attractions. My only concern was there was no housekeeping. I stayed for 2 nights.

Great place to stay, wonderful customer service. I feel safe here staying by myself for 2 weeks. Will stay again. Many places to eat within 1-10min walk.

Wise location and privacy

I had a really great stay. The location is very central, with easy access to various attractions, while still being situated in a fairly local neighborhood, which gives a nice glimpse into everyday local life. The place is clean and tidy, and the staff is very helpful with everything. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and really liked my room, especially the private balcony facing the street

This property absolutely met my expectations, no complaints. Renovations underway, can look forward to more upgrades in future. The management/staff was excellent. I encountered an issue with one of their rooms at another property during my extended stay, but they swiftly shifted me back to this property and into whatever room they had available which was actually a more superior room than what I'd booked, no fuss whatsoever, and only charged me my original booking rate. Outstanding service, would definitely recommend and revisit if I return to HCMC.

🌟 Truly exceptional service! 🌟 I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and customer focus at this hotel. When I mentioned that I wasn’t comfortable with some renovation work nearby (which, by the way, doesn’t happen often), the staff immediately offered to move me to another one of their hotels — and it was even better! That kind of attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. There was also a moment when I accidentally left my key card in the room, and one of the staff members came early in the morning just to help me open the door. Incredibly kind and responsive team. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. I absolutely recommend this place — 100% satisfaction, top-notch hospitality!

Comfy bed, good size of apartment and good smart TV. Location was pretty ideal.

It’s probably just bad timing for us but our stay was made unbearable at times because of construction noise. Between hours of 9-5 there was extremely loud and constant drilling from the hotel lobby. Then after midnight there was government construction on the streets right outside. Staff offered to move us to a different hotel but they refused to refund any of the stay. I feel they should really advertise the noise more before booking.
