The first picture you see on the web site is this apartment. When you click on that to see more pictures, they are not of that apartment but better looking clean ones. This is misleading. When I walked in, I realized it was a worn out hotel room. The drapes were falling off the rods. The couch was broken and sagged in the middle. I didn't try to pull it out and I suspect you can't. The back was all worn out with holes. The sink n the bathroom didn't drain. They did send a repair man withing a couple hours.The shower didn't drain until after I was out. There is only a toaster oven although there are ovens and washers in the pictures you see after you click on the one at the front of the booking.com web site. Bring your own soap and shampoo but not dish soap. Furnishings are sparse. Bring your own spatula if you want one. When I complained about the view on booking.com vs the apartment, etc to the host, their attitude was too bad. Move out if you don't like it.

Infelizmente o aquecimento de um dos studios não estava tão bom (do banheiro não funcionou), o que deixou o quarto um pouco frio durante a noite e início da manhã.

O Check-in foi bem simples, e todas as vezes que precisamos falar com a administração fomos atendidos rapidamente, inclusive conseguimos estender um pouco nosso check-out sem custos. O apartamento estava limpo e dispunha dos utensílios básicos.
Algumas elementos precisavam de manutenção , como a maçaneta da porta do banheiro e a cortina que estavas soltas, e o controle da TV que não funcionou muito bem.

Si eres sensible al ruido no es un buen lugar puesto que queda frente a una avenida y el ruido es permanente , adicional el pago se debe hacer en efectivo lo que no lo hace muy conveniente en esta época donde se maneja mucho el tema electrónico

Reviewed Jan 17, 2025Lovely apartment 5-minute walk away from the centre of town. Has everything you need to stay comfortably for a week - especially love having my own kitchen and washing machine! Host was very welcoming, communicative and helpful. They arranged to have a hairdryer in the bathroom for me. Lots of restaurants, shops and grocery options within 5, 10 minute walk. I would not hesitate to come back next time I'm in Bariloche.
Soundproofing could be better, the streets can be quite loud at night.
