The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet.

Only a minor language barrier with some of the staff but nothing that couldn’t be solved.

Le personnel était aux petits soins, avant et pendant le voyage, nous avons échangé de nombreux messages pour organiser notre ascension du mont Rinjani. Didik était très réactif et sympathique. Nous avons adoré notre séjour a Novia Guest House et la randonnée était parfaite, rien a redire! La chambre est très confortable, la salle de bain parfaitement propre et la douche est de qualité.

Rien a redire sur l'hotel, prévoyez en revanche les boules quies pour votre voyage si vous voulez éviter des réveils nocturnes des mosquées qui sont assez proches.

La gentillesse du personnel et tout a été fait pour nous satisfaire. L'emplacement proche des rizières.

Es lag direkt an den Reisfelder, schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat uns immer unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir können die Nature Tour mit Heru sehr empfehlen. Wir wanderten durch Reisfelder, Wasserfälle, waren in einem Gewürzgeschäft und im Affenwald. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker. Es wurde noch selbst gekocht.

Morgens und abends wurde man von lauten islamischen Gebetsrufen von mehreren Seiten beschallt. Das war sehr störend

Sehr charmantes Guest House, umgeben von Reisfeldern, Blick auf die Berge und Palmen, sehr freundlicher Service, Ort der Ruhe nach Mt. Rinjani Tour, Tetebatu ursprünglicher Ort mit sehr gutem einfachen Essen.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer für vier Personen mit einem sehr großen Balkon und einem tollen Blick auf die Umgebung. Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage, da man zu Fuß, Reisfelder, Wasserfälle und den Monkey Forest besichtigen kann. Die Führung mit Didik können wir sehr empfehlen. Er spricht ein hervorragendes Englisch und kann viel erzählen/erklären.

Für den Preis der Unterkunft haben wir auf unserer Indonesien-Reise schon bessere Unterkünfte gehabt.

The room was brilliant, lovely views over rice fields, large room, spotless & the shower was the nicest we’ve had in Indonesia. We were shocked at the very high quality of room and value for money. The staff here are exceptional and a special shoutout to Henru who really went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Thank you.

Amazingly friendly interactive staff! We needed to take my daughter to the doctor as she had an ear infection. Our host drove with us and took us to the hospital until all was sorted. Incredible thank you

El desayuno y la comida buenísimos, comida casera sasak que hacen lentamente pero merece la pena probar. Personal muy amable, Heru atento y nos llevó por la tarde a ver el atardecer en una zona cercana de vegetación. Además, contratamos a través de ellos excursión por los arrozales, cascadas y bosque de monos cercanos y fue un acierto, nos gustó mucho. La habitación muy amplia.

Su ubicación, aunque está al lado de arrozales y es muy bonita la zona tiene muchas mezquitas alrededor. El primer rezo de madrugada impide conciliar el sueño porque se escuchan superpuestos los altavoces de una y otra mezquita. Respetamos el rezo, pero quizá el de madrugada debería ser sin los altavoces a máximo volumen porque ni con tapones puedes aislarte

À notre arrivée à l’hôtel, le réceptionniste nommé Heru ne nous a pas mis très a l’aise . Nous nous sentions très mal à l’aise lorsqu’il était présent, beaucoup de reproches (car nous n’avions pas dit ce que nous voulions pour le petit déjeuner, lorsqu’on lui avait demandé ce qu’il proposait pour le petit déjeuner il nous a répondu de manière agacé et blasé en chantant en ayant l’air de se de ce moquer de nous , il était agacé, quand on lui demandait des renseignements en général). Très peu à l’écoute du client, on avait l’impression qu’il avait oublié que nous étions des clients. Et un manque énorme d’informations, il s’attendait à ce que l’on sache comment fonctionne l’hôtel de a à z . On s’est senti vraiment mal à l’aise quand il était là un manque profond de professionnalisme et d’expérience client. nous avons donné notre linge à laver et lavons récupéré propre plié mais mouiller. heureusement, nous n’avons pas eu à payer la prestation . Je ne sais pas si c’était un comportement visée pour certain client ou c’est ça façon de traite ces clients en générale . Hors mis cela le reste du personnel était super et adorable . Et l’hôtel en générale très bien .

Très bon séjour à Tetebatu. L’endroit est calme, la chambre propre et confortable, avec une superbe vue depuis la terrasse directement sur les rizières. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour profiter de Tetebatu et découvrir les alentours. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les dîners à l’hôtel : les plats étaient délicieux, avec une vraie cuisine locale que nous recommandons vivement. Un séjour agréable et reposant, parfait pour profiter de Tetebatu au calme.

Magnifique guest house très propre et spacieuse pour notre famille de 4. L’accueil est vraiment adorable et très prévenant. Les petits déjeuners tout comme les repas sont délicieux et la terrasse vraiment très agréable. Nous avons testé l’excursion dans les villages d’artisans. Nous avons passé de magnifiques moments en famille et avons rencontré des personnes très attachantes. Cela restera un des très bons souvenirs de notre voyage.

The breakfast option is very limited. It’s understandable, it is a small family business. You get the following 3 options: eggs, banana pancake, or waffle, along with some fresh food and tea/juice. Good enough to start the day for us!

The bathroom has no dry wet separation. Once you shower, the whole bathroom is flooded, and everyone has to deal with wet floor while going to the loo. Not a bit problem if you have a pair of slippers with you!

This was our second time staying here and it was even better then we remembered! We received a really warm welcome back from Heru and have made new friends with Didik and Gechan. The location is stunning, set amongst rice fields and with a breakfast view of Mt Rinjani. Our room was comfortable and clean; the bed ensured a good night's sleep and the shower was powerful and warm. There was a kettle and hairdryer in the room. The food was a highlight of the trip last time and it was as delicious as we remembered. The sasak food is so tasty, it is freshly made so takes a while to prepare but is worth the wait. We did the village tour last year so Heru thoughtfully took us somewhere different this year - we had a nice drive and visited his family's village where we learned to make green bean porridge and then we saw a beautiful lake at sunset where all the locals go to. We are already planning our next visit to this friendly and welcoming guesthouse!

Habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y cómodas. El servicio espectacular también. Didik nos acompañó como guía y fue increíble, nos llevó por sitios increíbles y por eso nos ha encantado Tetebatu. Nos vamos con un muy buen recuerdo :)

Schönes Hotel am Rande der Reisfelder gelegen. Von der Terasse des Restaurants hat man einen sehr schönen Blick. Total leckeres Essen auf der Speisekarte, Frühstück auch prima. Insgesamt sollte man beim Essen etwas Zeit einplanen! Die Bungalows sind sauber und die Einrichtung vollkommen ok. Wir haben eine "local natur Tour" über die Unterkunft gebucht und haben mit Didik die Umgebung erkundet. Das war wirklich toll und sehr informativ. Didik spricht super englisch und hat uns viele interssante Dinge erzählt. Diese Tour können wir absolut empfehlen. Leider hatten wir nur einen Tag Zeit, aber die anderen angebotenen Touren sind vermutlich ähnlich... Insgesamt sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Unterkunft kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wenn man nicht in der Unterkunft essen möchte, sind die nächsten Cafes und Warungs ein bißchen entfernt. Mit Roller jedoch gar kein Problem und auch zu Fuß machbar.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les chambres sont grandes, propres et très bien équipées. La vue sur les rizières est magnifique! Le petit déjeuner et les repas sont copieux et très bons. Pensez à prendre le whatapp de DIddy ou Hiru pour commander vos plats à l’avance. Nous avons fait 3 excursions qui étaient toutes fantastiques: - le nature tour dans lequel Ruiz nous a expliqué différentes espèces de plantes, nous a fait goûter plein de fruits, accompagné à la cascade et dans la forêt des singes. Il était super et il a été adorable avec nos enfants. - le village tour: notre chauffeur était très gentil et nous avons pu faire plusieurs ateliers en famille (poterie et tissage de bambou). -Hiru nous a amène voir le coucher de soleil dans les rizières. Il est adorable et très prévenant avec les enfants. Toutes l’équipes fait tout pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour et cela fonctionne. Leur logement mêle authentique, beauté des paysages et chaleur humaine. Je recommande à 100%.

Het was een fijn verblijf, op een goede locatie van alles! Het personeel was heel vriendelijk! En het was alles en meer wat we konden verwachten voor 25 euro per nacht. Lekker ontbijtje, mogelijkheid tot avond eten en tours.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte, qui restera pour nous mémorable, après 2 mois en Indonésie. Si vous cherchez l’Indonésie authentique, c’est ici. -L’emplacement est idéal pour partir en randonnée au cœur des rizières et découvrir la vie locale indonésienne. -Un immense merci à toute l’équipe, et tout particulièrement à Didik et Heru, pour leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance tout au long de notre séjour. Ils ont eu une délicate attention à l’occasion des 6 ans de notre fils, qui l’a beaucoup touché. -Les excursions proposées par le gîte sont très bien organisées et permettent de découvrir la région en toute sérénité. - Le calme et la quiétude des lieux offrent un véritable dépaysement, loin de l’agitation touristique. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter.

Excelente Hotel en el corazón de tetebatu. Las habitaciones son grandes, estan muy limpias y cuentan con todas las facilidades que necesitas. El entorno es muy bonito justo enfrente de las terrazas de arroz y se hace buen día podras ver el Rinjani. Los empleados son encantadores, super atentos y serviciales. El Desayuno es muy bueno sirven una tortilla muy rica, el restaurante también prepara platos deliciosos. Nos gestionaron fácilmente una motocicleta. Una estadia de 10.

De hosts van de guesthouse zijn super lief en denken heel graag mee met alle mooie dingen die te zien zijn. Het eten was echt fantastisch!

De ligging is prachtig. Het huisje was heel fijn en de mensen heel vriendelijk. Didik is twee keer meegegaan naar de kliniek om te vertalen en een lift te geven. Hij is een liefdevolle en wijze man die ik nooit zal vergeten.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Besonders die Tour mit Heru war einzigartig – wir haben viele spannende Einblicke in die Kultur von Tetebatu sowie in die Fauna und Flora erhalten. Das Restaurant war hervorragend und das Personal jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der wunderschöne Ausblick auf die Reisfelder hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Excellent stay. Property is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Lovely garden to sit in and enjoy the view. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was the best we had. We went on the nature trek and though I am 70 years old Heru guided and helped me so that I could enjoy the trip with my daughter. Heru was my hero! We finished at the monkey forest restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff will help in any way they can. I would love to visit again and highly recommend this place and the trips they offer.

The staff were amazing! Didik provided me with an excellent tour or the rice fields, waterfalls and monkey Forest. What is normally a walking tour ended up with Didik taking me on the scooter because I have very aching legs from mount Rinjani. He also organised takeaway dinner for me after the kitchen was closed! The room was so spacious and the food on site is delicious.

This was one of our best stays in Lombok. The people running the accommodation felt like family. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Especially Heru and Didik, they will have a special place in our hearts! The room was very big, new and super clean. The view was so nice, peaceful and beautiful. The food that is prepared for dinner was amazing, one of the best meals that we had in Lombok. We also did a full day tour with Heru and saw al the beauties of the environment. Long story short: don’t hesitate to book here.

Really nothing to say.

Very reasonably priced clean and comfortable rooms in a lovely friendly guest house. The breakfast and other meals we had there were all delicious, all the better for being able to dine with beautiful views over the rice paddy next door. Heru and the whole team looked after us really well, arranging a village tour and a cookery class for us. We also did the nature walk with Didik which was fantastic. Heru also took us to a local stick fighting competition which was a really unique and local experience. This is a fab place to stay!

Le personnel est très gentil et fera tout pour que vous passiez un bon moment. La nourriture est bonne et les assiettes sont copieuses. Le guide pour la sortie est vraiment génial. Je recommande fortement cet établissement. Merci à tous.

Ontzettend lieve eigenaars. Je verblijft dichtbij de familie. Ze regelen alles voor je. Wij wilden een cacao plantage bezoeken en het proces van boon tot chocolade zien. Is geen tour die zij aanbieden maar toch was alles perfect geregeld! We beleefden een fantastische dag bij de locals samen met Didik.

Als je graag je kamer dagelijks gepoetst wil, even extra vermelden. Verder geen opmerkingen.

Geweldige locatie. Naast het dakterras ( restaurant) heb je een geweldig uitzicht op de rijstvelden. De temperatuur is ook aangenaam tegen de avond wordt het zelfs een beetje koel, waardoor je eigenlijk je airco niet eens hoeft aan te zetten. Voorts een hulpvaardige manager (Heru) die direct voor je klaar staat indien je hem nodig hebt. Goed verblijf voor mensen die willen relaxen , wandelen en bovenal van de nog prachtige natuur houden. De ervaring die wij daar hebben was dat de mensen nog puur en lief zijn.

De hoofdwegen in Tete batu zijn prima begaanbaar, echter zijn de binnenwegen minder van kwaliteit en er zijn delen waar behoorlijk veel gaten in het wegdek zitten.

We stayed 2 nights at Novia Guest House Lombok-Tetebatu and had the most amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the kindness of everyone and the incredible level of service. The team truly made us feel at home. The food was excellent, and having breakfast on the rooftop with a view of Mount Rinjani was absolutely unforgettable. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. We also did the nature tour with Heru and we could not have been happier. Visiting the rice fields, the waterfalls, and seeing monkeys in the Monkey Forest was such a special experience. We learned so much about Lombok, its culture, and its nature. Honestly one of the best experiences ever during our trip. We recommend this place 100% to anyone visiting Tetebatu. The accommodation was very clean, with comfortable beds, a kettle, a hairdryer, and a beautiful view of the mountains and rice fields. There is an option to have dinner at the accommodation, we ate very delicious food and the breakfast was also filling and plentiful. We were very satisfied with everything, and the staff was extremely kind and attentive. Andy recommended great programs for us, as a local he knows a lot about the area and the island. One of the best guides we have ever met. One of the greatest experiences we have had was spending a few days here! A szállás nagyon tiszta, kényelmes ágyakkal, vízforralóval, hajszárítóval volt felszerelve, csodaszép kilátással a hegyekre és a rízsföldekre. A szállásnál van lehetőség vacsorázni, nagyon finomakat ettünk és a reggeli is laktató, bőséges. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel, és a személyzet rendkívül kedves, figyelmes. Andy remek programokat ajánlott nekünk, helyi lakosként nagyon sokat tud a körny! ékről és a szigetről. Az egyik legjobb guide akivel valaha találkoztunk. Egyik legnagyobb élményünk volt az itt eltöltött pár nap!

Hele mooie accommodatie. Wij sliepen in de familiekamer en die was ruim en mooi. Super vriendelijke mensen. Zijn dag op tour geweest met Hero. Was leuk en interessant.

Het enige is de hoeveelheid moskees die voor 5.00 uur starten met gebed. Maar daar heb je in heel Tetebatu mee te maken.

The location was great but also not a lot to do in the area. The rice field were right around the corner that was beautiful. But there were not many restaurants or stores around.

Nettes, kleines Guesthouse🌸mit extrem liebenswerten Gastgebern. Alle sind sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit! Fabelhaftes Sasak essen - slow food vom Feinsten! Es werden schöne Touren direkt vom Hotel angeboten-ein must do, wenn man dort verweilt!

Leider ist die Klimaanlage ungünstig montiert! Wir schliefen ohne AC - was hier aber kein Problem war 😅.

Amazing staff that made every effort to make you feel comfortable and have everything you need. Even did an amazing local tour with Heru (and Novia!). Room was comfortable and clean with lovely view over the rice fields just outside. Can even organise easy bike rental through the Homestay and they’re always available if anything goes wrong!

Amazing place. Everything was perfect. The room were super comfy, large bed, good and silent AC, very clean... Quiet area, perfect for a good rest and enjoying a nice walk on the fice fields. We had diner and took the special menu advised by Heru, what a delight ! Probably the best meal we had so far. Thank you very much for everything !

Die Unterkunft war echt unfassbar toll Indie Lage war auch perfekt, es war alles mit dem Roller zu erreichen und die ganze Anlage undue Natur herum war wunderschön. Auch das Personal half uns jeder Zeit rund um die Uhr und machte den Aufenthalt wirklich unbeschreiblich. Sobald wir einen Wunsch hatten gingen wir zum Personal und uns wurde sofort geholfen und alles wurde getan um unseren Wunsch zu befriedigen. Auch der Transport vom Hafen zur Unterkunft ging unfassbar leicht über WhatsApp und es gab keinerlei Probleme

J’ai fait 4 tours : rizière cascades et monkey forest avec Amm, puis avec Andy visite du village (poterie, bambou, sarong), visite des cascades puis les îles secret Gili. Tout était parfait. Merci à tous. Je recommande vivement si vous allez à Lombok de passer quelques jours dans cet établissement.

Top ervaring gehad bij Novia. Mooi guesthouse met een geweldige keuken! De kamers zijn ruim met een leuk terras. Maar wat het bijzonder maakte was de local nature tour. Andy kon ons geweldig veel vertellen over de natuur en de lokale gemeenschap. Zeker een aanrader!

Bémol pour la wifi qui ne fonctionne pas bien et les horaires du restaurant qui ne sont pas correctes.

Andy ist ein super Guest-Host und Tour Guide. Das Angebot der Touren ist sehr gut und die Gestaltung der Touren sehr flexibel. Von der Unterkunft hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Reisfelder. Das Essen im Restaurant hat wunderbar geschmeckt und ich kann sehr empfehlen die Lokalen Speisen zu probieren.

Loved everything! The room was perfect and had a big comfy bed, the decor in the room was really well done. Lots of nice finishing touches in the room as well like a hair dryer and face towels. The view from the restaurant was beautiful and served very yummy food. The guy who runs the property is so welcoming and very helpful, can tell he cares about the place and making sure you have everything you need. We went on the tour with Andi which I would definitely recommend, he’s a great guide and we had a fab day! Definitely recommend staying here, been one of our favourite places in Indonesia!!
