Check in was very long as there was an issue with double bookings but the staff was very friendly and upgraded us to a much larger apartment.

Une literie peu confortable, l’absence de petites choses offertes (une capsule de café ou un sachet de thé…). Devoir faire l’avance d’une caution de 350 et devoir payer un supplément pour la place de parking.

KEIN WLAN in der Unterkunft. Leider waren die Schränke und die Küchenschränke und Küchenschubladen waren nicht sauber, vor allem in den Schränken im Eingang war viel Dreck und Staub und roch übel beim Öffnen der Schränke. Die Küchenablage war voller Blütenstaub und deshalb leicht klebrig. Auch die Balkonstühle und der Balkontisch waren voller Blütenstaub und auch teilweise beschmutzt mit Vogelkot.

Tesis eski. Bu kadar eski olup yine de yüklü miktarda depozito almalarına anlam veremedim. Gece geç saatte geldiğimde malesef otopark ve oda tarifi için verdikleri yönlendirmeler yeterli değildi. Gece konaklamamı yaptıktan sonra çıkış yaparken depozito istemesi ayrıca anlamsız geldi. Birlikte odayı kontrol edelim dedim, kabul etmediler.

The shortest pathway to the apartment is very steep .We walked down difficulty due to heavy snowfall. I am not sure the apartment has a shuttle bus service or not , If they has it would be better. This apartment is not like a hotel , Staff will has a time off during at noon about 2 hours (Summer time) and office time will finish about 5 -6 pm. In our time ,there are not much people staying, so we felt creepy sometime.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Nice rooms and staff, only stayed a night out of season as a stop over, but I imagine it to be bustling in winter, pretty quiet in May. Nice big clean rooms and staff left us a note for our late arrival that I thought was thoughtful.
Nothing we didn't stay long enough to experience anything we didn't like.

Deux petites choses. L'eau de la douche qui passait du très chaud au très froid à tout bout de champ. Les oreillers qui étaient vraiment trop mous (par contre les matelas étaient très confortables).

Le personnel qui nous montre notre chambre sans même nous aider avec les bagages alors qu'on était surchargé Quelqu'un fumait beaucoup à côté de notre chambre, sur le balcon et tout rentrait par notre fenêtre... Le bruit du frigo la nuit.. 12 euros pour le chien, alors que c'est un studio que l'on loue et non un hôtel, je trouve ça exagéré.
