Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Mooie locatie, over het algemeen vrij moderne indeling.
We hebben over het algemeen een goed verblijf gehad. Er zijn enkele dingen die we toch willen aankaarten en beter hadden verwacht, zeker gezien de prijs van het verblijf. Het was bloedheet in het appartement. Toen we vrijdag avond om 20u toekwamen, was het 29 graden binnen. Met alle ramen en deuren open is het wel afgekoeld, maar was alle herrie van buitenaf te horen en dus heel onprettig slapen. Dit was zo het hele weekend door. We kregen de kookplaat niet aan de praat, een handleiding had wel handig geweest. In het mandje met de afstandsbedieningen lagen vieze gebruikte (zak)doeken, een lege verpakking van iets en een doosje met oordoppen die al gebruikt waren. Dit is eigenlijk echt niet oke. Bepaalde lichtsensoren werkten niet in de gang, waardoor het gevaarlijk werd om van boven naar beneden te lopen in de wenteltrap zonder licht. Er zijn 2-persoonbedden aangegeven in de boeking, terwijl het samengezette 1-persoonsbedden waren. Dit sliep echt oncomfortabel als koppel. Het had fijn geweest als er verduisterende lamellen waren in de slaapkamer. Behalve de hitte en/of het geluid, was het ook met zoveel licht niet prettig om te slapen. Het zijn toch een aantal punten die behoorlijk invloed hebben gehad op ons verblijf en vooral rust/slaap, waarvoor we natuurlijk specifiek voor op vakantie gaan en ook voor dachten te betalen.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Alles is er wat nodig is om een aangenaam verblijf te hebben . Goeie bedden , mooi keuken met alles voorhanden .Mooi ruim appartement .De locatie is ook top . Mooi streek met veel mogelijkheden voor wandelaars en fietsers . Duidelijke info vooraf gekregen vooraf . We komen zeker graag nog eens terug . 10 op 10 voor ons .

The apartment was really hot - a fan was provided but was ineffective given the big size of the apartment. Could do with supplying more fans or installing air con. Really minor points - some bulbs not working so the living area was a bit dim with blinds/ shutters closed and adding an iron and ironing board would also be a nice touch

The ownership has changed, no contact details worked when we arrived .had to get a Lad to ring the owner to arrange someone to get access . The owners sister turned up after an hour to let us in and turn the heating on They didn't know which room i had booked I had to pay in cash as they had no proper facility to take card payments the rooms haven't been dusted for a while a few cobwebs around.. There was nobody else staying in the apartments . Never saw a soul for three days. It's a shame but don't think I will be staying again

Reviewed Mar 31, 2024Clean and in a great location. Good kitchen with a lovely bathroom with a large shower. Beds were very comfortable and in a nice and quiet location. The life up to the apartment was also excellent. Local bars and restaurants in Kemmal are all worth a visit.

Reviewed May 1, 2023really modern very clean private roof top balcony was lovely to sit on and enjoy the sun and views, very good location in kemmel and short walk up the kemmelburg and in to the centre for food and drinks
stairs to the bedroom are very steep but no problem.
