Maison très bien équipée. Décor moderne et original. On a adoré l'intérieur.

Nous avons été surpris par l'environnement extérieur. Maison assez isolée, avec des logements en construction à proximité. L'accès est une piste et non une route. J'étais avec mes parents âgés et c'était compliqué de les faire monter à pied jusqu'à l'entrée de la maison. Comme on avait une grosse voiture, on avait des difficultés à monter jusqu'à la porte de la maison. La pente est très raide et ce n'est pas une route goudronnée.

Maison incroyable, decorée avec goût, tous les équipements nécessaires, parking sécurisé, terrasse avec vue incroyable, accueil et disponibilité du gérant au top! Merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse, nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Het huis is ruim, prachtig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook het dakterras is fantastisch! Communicatie verliep voortreffelijk en we werden nog verrast met heerlijke thee en Marokkaanse pannenkoeken. Het ligt aan de rand waardoor het ook fijn rustig is en in de omgeving veel moois te ontdekken.

Op het huis zelf is niks aan te merken, de wijk waar het in ligt is wel contrasterend en arm, toegangsweg is offroad rijden.

La villa était très belle, très bien decree et très bien équipee. Le toit terrasse est vraiment un plus. Lorsque elle sera complètement terminée cote exterieur, elle sera vraiment très jolie. Merci beaucoup à bouaza et sa petite famille pour son accueil avec crepes et the à la menthe.

Ne vous arretez pas comme nous a l environment immédiat qui peut-être très destabilisant (zone isolee en construction avec des gravats de partout)..

Beetje vervallen locatie. En schroeven ergens op de weg of parking. 1 in onze band gekregen en moesten naar de garage.

Sfeervol ingericht, ruim appartement met fantastisch dakterras.

De directe omgeving doet erg ruw aan. Het is een minder deel van Al Hoceima.

Prachtige dakterras met uitzicht

Moeilijk te vinden want Google kent dit stukje straat niet. Gebeld en de meneer van het appartement kwam ons halen. Super aardig en we kregen heerlijke thee met pannenkoekjes dus zoeken was weer snel vergeten!

La gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hôte et de Bouazza. Thé à la menthe et msemen offerts à l'arrivée. Maison moderne et spacieuse très bien équipée. Magnifiquement décorée.

Gute Ausstattung, groß und sauber.

Ohne Zuhilfenahme eines Taxifahrers, dem wir mit dem Auto gefolgt sind, hätte ich es nicht gefunden. Eine Wegbeschreibung als Luftlageplan hätte sehr geholfen, es war sehr anstrengend. Bei der Ankunft wurde niemand angetroffen, eine Info vorab wurde gemacht, aber keiner angetroffen, nach etwas warten kam die Nachbarin mit dem Schlüssel. Das hätte man besser kommunizieren können. Nach dem langen suchen, warten auf das öffnen, sehr ärgerlich.

Nous n’avons pas vu le propriétaire mais il était très réactif dès que nous avions une question. Nous avons été accueilli avec du thé et un dessert marocain fait par les voisins qui s’occupent de la maison. Fort apprécier! La maison était propre. La terrasse est vraiment très agréable.

Il serait bien d’avoir accès à des épices, huile, et autres ingrédients pour cuisiner.

Feeling refreshed after staying three nights at this wonderful property. We were able to recharge in this peaceful and quiet neighbourhood (you can not hear the 0530am loudspeaker calls at this accomodation!). The house is homely, wonderfully furnished and the layout gives a lightness feel to it. We loved it with the ocean breeze and being able to sleep with the windows open because they have insect screens! The roof top makes this a stand out listing over others in Al Hoceima. Everything was perfect for the most enjoyable stay. Excellent cleanliness. The accomodation is tended to by the neighbour, which we appreciated the hospitality and friendliness of. Thank you very much. 🙏

Het was een prachtige belevenis... Een supermooi uitzicht en heel goede concierge helpt je met elke vraag die je hebt.. staat direct bij je als je aanbelt of hem persoonlijk belt. Echt een topservice! Zeker een aanrader voor koppels of gezinnen.. zeeer ruime dakterras met alle voorzieningen voorzien airco tv enzovoort... parking meer als genoeg je kan je auto zelf parkeren in u eigen prive garage waar 2 wagens in passen. Ook camerabewaking buiten maar is een zeer veilige omgeving.. de mensen zijn heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk zolang je respect toont voor iedereen. Heel aangename buurt kortbij het strand en restaurantjes waar je kan ontbijten of lunchen en dineren hoe je maar wilt. De stad Al Hoceima zelf heeft ook veel te bieden qua eten en snacks en ijsjes enzovoort... voor ieder wat wils. Topeigenaar! Stuurt je ook persoonlijk of alles naar wens is heel goede contact.. Enjoy the place! Al Hoceima is top! Vis zee en mooie uitzichten en winkeltjes en markten genoeg...

It’s a well equipped house with everything one will need. Very clean and spacious. Mustapha was great at answering any questions that I had through WhatsApp. We were met with some hot tea and freshly made moroccan pancakes . Highly recommend this place

The house is newly built and well-equipped with a subtle designer touch. It's just like in the pictures. All the premises are super clean. The host is very kind and welcoming.

The neighborhood is rather dingy, yet looks safe. Reaching downtown on foot might pose a challenge due to the extremely steep streets. However, traveling by car (which was in our case) was easy and took only 5-10 min.

Very nicely equipped. Good location. Great welcome. Private garage.

You need a car to be 100% good. Otherwise a walk of 200-300M is necessary to get to a road and grab a cab (many driving around)

Beautiful house with a magnificent private rooftop. Big clean and tidy rooms, nice bathrooms, great living room. Communication with the host was great, very responsive and hospitable! Highly recommended!
