The pillows are too thick, uncomfortable to me. Bathroom light is not staying on when inside, all the time on-off with a movement sensor.... annoying.

Felt insulting while checking out they didn't asked all to wait so that they can check the room which I understand but just us was little insulting. But what we can do nothing. No matter how much you adjust the ac the ac is real weak, have to call many times to receive a basic toiletries.

Well maintained property, near and clean with modern amenities. Very good play to stay in Wakad, Pune

I stay at this property while travelling for work to Pune. The location is nice. The restaurant is good. And the staff is excellent.

Breakfast was very nice but the prices in Ala Carte were too high as per the location & Category of Hotel.

Pillows were very hard comparetively it shud be soft for sleeping. Light Censors make a lot of noise during Power Cut & AC also not going ON on Genarator. The Censor remote button for AC didnt work so everytime i had to get up to ON the AC. Request technical team to look into this matter.

Location is pretty good, the hotel rooms and services are also pretty good. Staff is polite and helpful

food hygiene is not good and they charge 5 star rates for not even 3 star hotel benchmark. any Oyo hotel is better. there is a time lapse between power backup and electricity. Everytime, power goes, you need to wake up and switch on AC. no fans inside the room, so if you are not happy with this, you dont have option. Water bottle is 130 rupees + taxes and Tea is 170 inr + taxes, which is too high for this hotel. Buffet is very bad, no starters in buffet. They serve starters to the table , which is only one dish with 3 to 4 pieces, usually bad in taste. I see small mosquitos every where. To cover this up, they use layered lighting, so that guests will unsee these things

Very spacious and luxurious rooms for a reasonable price. The restaurant is also very good.

Only one single seater sofa was there , though in a double room two seater is expected ..... especially while eating dinner in the room.

The hotel location is somewhat remote. Youmist have a car to reach nearby hotels or shopping. The hotel policy that they dont allow Swiggy or Zomato is somewhat odd. They are trying hard to promote their own costly food to the guests. Also , if I need.a particular dish which they dont have it on their Menu then I cant have it.

Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr abwechslungsreich, die Zimmer waren sauber, das Abendessen auch sehr reichhaltig. Early Check In war möglich. Die Lage ist sehr gut und vieles fussläufig zu ereichen.

Relatively new property, Quite yet good location. Good breakfast variety and taste. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Soundproofing of the room can improve. Though thankfully, it did not bother us much but sometimes we could hear neighboring room conversation.

Check-in was smooth. The staff were professional.

Room service, we ordered tea and no one came back to take the cup and the teapot. It stayed in our room overnight and right until check out.

The cleaning is not up to the mark, the toilet was not clean and have stains, bed sheet had marks. And the smell around the hotel have bad odors

Definitely a nice stay. The hotel is clean, neat, and comfortable. The interiors are very good. Nice practical details. Staff were in general friendly and helpful. Only a tiny hiccup at check but very minor and not enough to change my mind at all. A very recommended place 👍😎

The hotel was very clean. The staff was polite. The location is easy to find. It was overall a wonderful experience. Though I wish they would allow late check-out when they handed us one of the rooms at least 15-20 mins late when we already had done a late check-in around 3:30 pm.

I wish that they would give rooms on time when we were already doing a check-in at around 3:30 pm. It was slightly disappointing when we arrived late and still one of the rooms was not ready. Even after letting them know that we would arrive around 3:30 pm, the rooms were still not ready on arrival. But when we asked about late check-out charges, we were informed it will be 1/2 day charge of around 2,500/- + taxes. Though this was just a minor disappointment.

Locatie, aan een vrij rustige weg gelegen voor Indiase begrippen

Vrij ongezellig om even te zitten en iets te drinken. Voor een roker al helemaal. Ze hebben een terras maar daar werd weinig gebruik van gemaakt en er roken was al helemaal uit den boze. Sta je dan als vrouw voor het hotel, met je kopje koffie. Had het hotel gekozen omdat het een hoge score had op hygiëne en dat viel ook erg tegen. Kamer wel altijd netjes en gezogen maar het gaat vooral om de badkamer met vieze hoeken in de douche. Witte handdoek zijn ook smoezelig.
