Rancho Espinoza La Casita

Fantastic location, and loved how it was tucked back from the main road. The design of the room was traditional, which I love. Also, the shower was HUGE!

We were there in summer, and the single AC unit was not enough, especially since it is all the way across the room from the beds. We were able to get it down to a bearable temperature for sleep, but it took a long time and wasn’t ideal.

easy to find …an easy access to the property. Having a coffee pot and a jar of fresh coffee granulated on the counter was an important thing for us. Fresh towels, and instant hot water In the shower. We will be there again.

Really enjoyed our stay in this huge house. Everything was perfect.

The room was huge with a common living area, a kitchen, and a large bathroom. I feel the price was more than fair and was a great value. The property manager was very nice and spoke perfect English.

Beautiful and comfortable casita! Lovely outdoor patio area. Clean and comfortable. Good wifi and good communication with owner. Easy to find and easy to hit the highway South from there. Close to restaurants and main square in SAN Ignacio.

Excelente lugar para acomodarse en San Ignacio. El alojamiento es muy bonito, espacioso y limpio a solo 3 minutos en coche del centro del pueblo.

Spacious and quiet

Nie zdecydowaliśmy się na nocleg w tym miejscu. Podjechaliśmy pod wskazany adres, ale nie znaleźliśmy obiektu. Za to wyskoczył duży niepilnowany pies i zaczął szczekać. Znaleźliśmy na szybko inny nocleg w innym miejscu, woleliśmy nie ryzykować… dziwna okolica. Prośba o bezpłatne odwołanie (wiem, na ostatni moment) została odrzucona bez żadnych pytań.

William has tried very hard to make this a wonderful place to stay. The apartment was totally spotless; we liked the fact that there was a brand new washing machine and tumble dryer.

The only thing I didn't like was the couch and chair. It may of fit the decor but was very uncomfortable. It would have been better if the bed was closer to the TV as the couch and chair were very disappointing.

Quiet property and easy to find off of Hwy 1. Plenty of different types of rooms with different amenities. Great valve no matter which room type you choose. We use this property every time we drive down the Baja to Loreto or Cabo. Many food choices close to the property.

Absolutely loved the look and comfort of this casita. There were 4 adults traveling together and it was very spacious. All appliances were there for use, and a beautiful outside patio. One of the best places I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot.

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like.

The property looked nice, confusing with which room is which. Did not see any room numbers to indicate which one was ours. No one around, walked and called hoping someone would hear us. Never got into a room, no keys, no door code. I would not want to stay at a property again where no one is on site. We left and got a room elsewhere. VERY disappointed after a long day's drive!

William did a great job of preparing us for arrival. I had let him know that we would be arriving late and he replied with all the information needed to help us get into the casita when we arrived without having to find him. Everything was where he said it would be. The casita was beautiful and well equipped. I only wish we would have had more time to spend there, but we had to leave early in the morning on our journey. I'll be back for sure. And we loved William's dog! He was so happy to see us and always greeted us with a wagging tail! A great place to stay.

The attention to detail was amazing. The Casita was spotless, well stocked and quiet. The resident dog is also so sweet. We loved sitting out in the patio in the evening and morning.

The property was very clean and felt cosy. Quiet and a few minutes away from San Ignacio square.

It was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. It was absolutely perfect and the owner‘s dog was so wonderful. I wanted to kidnap her.!

La Casita was a fabulous space, beautifully decorated, very comfortable. Heaps of hot water, great kitchen space with coffee, and tea as well as other kitchen staples, so if guests want to cook, they can. Very roomy, very comfortable.

The property was very spacious and private. The bed was comfortable and the room was decorated in a very pleasant way.

There was more road noise that I expected for the property.

The a/c was too small for the size of the room and it was 103 degrees that day. We moved to another hotel because we knew it never was going to cool off enough to sleep.

The room is even better in person than in pictures

Could maybe have used a stand fan as the beds are opposite the a/c and it took a long time to cool the room. However it was a very hot day and by the middle of the night it was comfortable

This is our stop every time. The attention to detail in each unit is amazing. William and his wife have impeccable taste! I also love their dog Girl. She's so chill. We'll return in 3 months. See you then!

Beautifully appointed casita with authentic Mexican furnishings and decor. Spacious, clean, and inviting, this property also features a private yard with cozy sitting areas and a grill for outdoor enjoyment. Would highly recommend and look forward to our next stay while in San Ignacio!

We rented "La Casita" which turned out to be a well equipped apartment, but with an unusual layout (which did not bother us) Beds and furniture were comfortable and substantial. The kitchen had high quality dishes and cookware whcih we appreciated.

The Rancho is at the edge of town with no businesses in walking distance. But it is only a 6 min drive to the San Ignacio town square.

We loved everything about Rancho Espinoza!! The property was stunning, our ‘Casa’ was stunning - beautifully appointed - it couldn’t have been more perfect
