The bed could be more firm. Bed was soft and sags a fair bit when we slept.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026The location is fantastic for walking to the old town! The host was very friendly, the modern kitchen well equipped and the large bathroom had a good shower and modern washing machine.
The living room and bedroom are okay, but don't live up to the pictures. Mostly cheap Ikea furniture (different from the pics), broken blinds in the living room and only two chairs with the table. These rooms could use some TLC ...

There is no free parking available, which was disappointing. The apartment also has glass doors, meaning anyone outside can easily see what is happening inside, offering very little privacy. The photos are highly misleading. In the pictures, the apartment looks much more attractive and cozy than it does in reality. When we arrived, it felt cold, uninviting, and lacked any sense of comfort. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the apartment, the bed was uncomfortable, and we even found someone else’s hair in the bedding, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not choose this place again.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Communication was good before and during stay. Easy to access keys and understand check in/out. Good location within Stavanger. Overall the place is pleasant, to stay. Has everything you need in the kitchen and this was nice and clean. Lounge area has an additon of a table for 2 which we liked.
The bed could do with an upgrade along with the lumpy pillows. Found the bed really dipped in the middle which wasn't the comfiest. No heating in the bedroom so felt slight chill when entering but left the door open to let heat from lounge to make its way in. Neighbour put on their washing machine at 4am which we didnt appricate, was rather loud and kept us from going back to sleep. Blinds in bathroom, and lounge need to be fixed they were broken. Didn't offer the best privacy when in the bathroom.

The dining table was a little on the small side but as there were only 2 of us, it didn't really matter.

The photographs were not representative of the property, I would not have booked it if I had seen accurate photos. I slept in the living room as the bedroom light was dangerous and flickering.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Bardzo czysto i przytulnie. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko czego potrzeba. W łazience wszystkie środki czystości. Mogę śmiało polecić. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Jedyny minus to ciezko ustawil odpowiednią temperaturę wody.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025W obiekcie znajduje się wszystko, czego można potrzebować w trakcie pobytu. Kawa, herbata, kosmetyki, ręczniki, środki czystości, kapsułki do zmywarki. W trakcie naszego pobytu doszło do małej awarii, którą gospodarz naprawił bardzo szybko. Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo polecamy!
Może przeszkadzać, że słychać przechodzących pod oknami ludzi, którzy wracają z imprez w nocy. Nie było to uciążliwe dla nas, ale zauważalne.

Falta algo de menaje, tipo tostadora. Y en nuestro caso que éramos 4, pues algo más adaptado para poder comer, ya que solo constaba de 2 sillas.

Parkeren moet via een app, gaat per dagkaart. Bed is aan vervanging toe en het raam op de slaapkamer kan niet open gezet worden (alleen helemaal open)

El lugar le hace fata mucha limpieza, faltan platos y detalles para la mesa como unos sencillos placemats. No habia nada para limpiar de papel. ni servilletas, ni servitoallas de cocina. en el baño 1 solo rollo de papel y tuvimos que pedir mas. La cama no tenia sabana bajera, y el colchón esta muy malo, flojo, suave se hundian nuestros cuerpos NO tiene firmeza. Dormimos muy mal.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025This apartment is very close to the city centre (although Stavanger itself is not too big in the first place) allowing you to walk to the bus stop if you ever need to take it for further travels or tours. The apartment looks like it has been newly renovated with modern furnitures and fixtures. The living room has a fold-out couch (for our children) and the bedroom (for the parents). This apartment has plenty of storage space, if you would ever need it. The bathroom is huge and the kitchen is well-equipped. I would just suggest adding a toaster to the list of appliances they provide. The basics (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea and washing powder) have been provided by the owner, who is very quick to answer enquiries. I would recommend this place for your visit in this quaint city.
I have reported this issue to the owner and hopefully has been resolved since: There was a pumping sound that comes from under the kitchen sink that only happened at night. The first night we heard it, it was resolved by opening the tap. The second evening, the sound was louder and wasn’t resolved by opening the tap so we resolved to sleep with this noise in the background.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025Mieszkanie bardzo przytulne i czyste. Położone w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko dworca czy sklepów. W deszczowe wieczory można obejrzeć netflixa. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z wynajmującym. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i polecamy każdemu.
Trochę nas zmyliły zdjęcia tarasu, bo myśleliśmy, że przynależy do mieszkania. Na miejscu okazało się, że przynależy on do całego budynku i trzeba wyjść z mieszkania i zejść jedno piętro, żeby się do niego dostać, ale to taka mała niedogodność.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Appartamento moderno Centrale, si puo raggiungere il centro a piedi in 10 minuti. Cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie forno e forno a microonde, macchina caffe e bollitore. Wifi. Tv. Bagno molto grande con lavatrice. Divano letto comodo.
La strada davanti all 'appartamento è solo per parcheggi residenziali, mentre nelle altre strade con cartello P si paga con app easy park. abbiamo preso la multa avendo pagato con easy park e la vigilessa ci ha spiegato che si puo parcheggiare solo dove c'è la P di parcheggio. La multa è di 60€. Non è segnalata la zona residenziale. Non c'è asciugatrice.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2025Walking distance from the main bus/train station and the town centre. Nicely renovated inside with all necessary facilities. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and its a bit of a squeeze to get luggage up via a narrow entrance/staircase but manageable.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2025Great, fully furnished apartment in the centre of Stavanger a very short walk from Klubgatta street - local and airport bus stops. Close proximity to shops, the centre and the harbour. Very nice and quiet place, clean and tidy. About 10 minutes walk to the Norsk Oil Museum.
