CheapEntireHouse Mel Place in Mandaue with Netflix for 5pax or more

The space was small yet what we liked in the place is that it was maximized to accommodate as many people as it can. The house was clean and it has provided us with all our needs for the four-day stay. The place was safe, the host and the caretaker were also very responsive and hospitable, and the booking was worth the price. They were also generous regarding the time extension 🥹

Maybe the accessibility of public transpo in the area (but it's good that we can still book ride hailing apps or ride an available motorbike). Also for those in the 3rd floor, we had to go to the first floor for CR 😅 The staircase could be fixed a bit :)

Air-conditioned room

We were told to pay a damaged old corroded shower head. The owner claiming it to be worth 1,500 pesos when it doesn't have to be the whole set be replaced. Claiming for a labor fee yest wants us to pay for the wrench tool used to fixed the shower. The damaged shower head is already old and corroded that it was prone to damage.

The area i like itnot too far from the malls and etc. Actually, the entire house is not bad, nice and aircon upstairs so nice and the kitchen has a basic needs what you need.. wifi is good tv and kitchen... The staff is really approachable and friendly they're concern about our needs in there.. Night time nice it is quiet neighbourhood ehich really nice to sleep.. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your cozy home!

Parking can disturb your rest when neighbours want to go out, then uptairs water too slow ..but still fine Dining area a bit humid..but over all are niceto stay :)

The accommodation, the host.. left something in the house and the host is kind enough to send it to us 👍
