Une cois la reservation confirmée, impossible de joindre l’établissement et d’accéder . Pas d’email de retour, ou de rappel sur telephone

Very disappointing experience – unacceptable communication from the host Unfortunately, my experience with this host was extremely negative. The main issue was not the check-in time, but the host’s attitude and the way he communicated with me. Despite having a reservation, I was told that I had to wait until the next day to know whether my stay would actually be confirmed. When I contacted Booking.com for assistance because I could not take the risk of travelling without knowing whether I would have accommodation, the host became extremely rude and disrespectful. He contacted me by phone and spoke to me in an inappropriate and aggressive manner. He also sent me disrespectful messages on WhatsApp and explicitly told me that he would not accommodate me and that I should find another property. As a result, I was left without accommodation and had to spend more than five hours looking for another apartment. I have kept the WhatsApp messages and other evidence of the communication and provided them to Booking.com. I strongly recommend that future guests be careful and that Booking.com investigate the host’s behavior and communication with customers.
