The hotel is so clean and the stuff is very kind and reliable.

The price is unbeatable and it ain't a rat hole, so go for it.

The staff were amazing. The general manager Lily went beyond to make sure we were comfortable . She also speaks English very well vs the other staff. She was amazing. Offered her personal WeChat incase of emergencies since language was an issue. Kitchen staff were great. Pleasant stay. We were for 3 weeks attending Canton Fair.

兎に角、設備は最高、部屋も広いし清潔である。ブルートゥースオーディオもあり雰囲気は最高でした。また火災用のガスマスクも常備されて安全面での配慮が有る。

不満は2点。窓ガラスが手の跡が沢山あり不潔感が有った。もう一つは場所的に仕方ない面があるが洗浄器付き便座では無った点。

Quite old..a few areas have been repaired and repainted not done a really good job. No air conditioning on reception area.

Friendly staff and large spacious room. Small convenience shop right next door so as a single business traveler picked up a couple of drinks and snacks to have in the room. Breakfast was fine with the usual mix found in Chinese hotels. Room rate was excellent given the size of room. Would book again as wanted somewhere off the airport site but not a long taxi ride after a flight down from Shanghai.

I'm writing to complain about the absolutely, ridiculously, and downright addictively good service I received at Paco Hotel! It's borderline unfair how good you guys are - I'm now afraid to leave the bubble you've created for me and go back to the real world without your team negotiating taxi deals and calling Didi for me whenever I need it. But in all seriousness, given the chance to visit China again, I'd come back to Paco Hotel in a heartbeat. Not just because of the great ambiance (although it's fantastic), but because of the people. You made me feel like I was home. Perfect service, genuine care, and attention to detail - you've set the bar high! To the team, thank you for an unforgettable stay. I'll miss you guys! Bye for now.

We liked everything. It's a great hotel, helpful staff, fantastic breakfast and location. You cant beat the price. It looks and feels more like a luxury hotel than the actual luxury hotel we stayed in, in HK.

As one enters the hotel reception area, you're inundated by the smell of cigarette smoke. This is unacceptable. Also, we could see and hear the security guard scratching his throat to express mucus.

This hotel was rated well, cheap, but I didn't want to walk on the carpet, it was dirty and tired, it was so loud outside and the rooms were not well insulated from the sound. I had to turn the heater/cooler off, as the fan was also quite old and very loud. I think I expected more given the rating but hotel probably in line with price. There were not a lot of amenities close by either. For a foreigner like myself, for ease, I think I will choose a larger chain in the future. Especially when on my own as I was this time also.

The hotel is near the airport (20 minutes by taxi) and quite near a subway station ( 1,5 km). The room was comfortable.

Nobody spoke a single word - and I mean a single word! - English which is unacceptable for an "airport" hotel. It was cold in the hotel but the heating in the room was adequate. The Wi-Fi doesn't really work which is quite a problem for foreigners as they don't use the local networks.

Stayed here on a overnight layover. It was a 20 minute drive from the airport. Very comfortable bed and amazing bathroom with bathtub. The breakfast had lots of choice and was yummy

For the price, the quality was outstanding. Smooth check in and check out process, welcoming staff. They receptionist did not speak English but with a ready-to-use and convenient translation app everything went smooth and perfect. The room was clean and very spacious, with a sofa and a reading zone. Water and tea were offered, including free drinks in lobby. The bathroom was nice and well equipped, with a heated floor. There was a music speaker in the room, which played calm music itself and I managed to link it to my tablet and play my music.

Location is a bit inconvenient: the closest subway station is 10-15 minutes of walk away. The window had absolutely no view: if was facing an adjacent building just a couple of meters away. The breakfast was quite minimalistic, very few non-Chinese options. Coffee is just instant coffee, and the juice was from concentrate.

It’s the most relaxing hotel i’ve stayed at in china for less than 300rmb. The curtains automatically open when you enter the room, there was even a music player haha. Kinda fun to see what random next song it will be when i enter the room lol.

The extra blue lights in my room can’t be set dimmer coz it will make the other lights flicker. I think they just need to fix the lights.

It was very far from Liantang metro station! I would have used a taxi if I had known that it was that far. In some ways, there are slightly more expensive options around the airport that provides airport transfer.
