La proximité avec le centre ville. Le lit était confortable Le personnel était gentil

Il n’y avait qu’un frigo pour tout le monde et il était plein, donc impossible d’y mettre de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner.

Bon rapport qualité prix, correctement placé (hormis l'accès via 2 entrée, dont une par une petite ruelle où les grab voulait tjs nous déposer 😅. Mais l'autre accès est ok) Ne pas s'attendre à du grand luxe mais largement suffisant (clim, eau chaude,..) et un personnel souriant.

Emplacement idéal si tu ne conduis pas. proche de la plage. Lit confortable, chambre grande tout est propre. Personnel adorable

I loved the whole vibe! Everything was clean and the staff is soooo friendly. I get room cleaning every week and also the people you meet are just the most loveliest! I stayed there over a month and would totally come back! And also the location is just great! Just 10 min from the beach and in the Center of canggu

Absolutely loved my stay at Shangri! 🤍 Such a beautiful, peaceful and welcoming place. The atmosphere is amazing, everything is clean and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. I felt very relaxed and well taken care of throughout my stay. A truly lovely experience — I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place! ✨

Love this accommodation. Perfect location. Very nice staff. It’s also a little off the street so you don’t hear the bikes at night

Not clean, I was charged a lot for laundry even though am always using the laundry services at many places. A lot of mosquitos and bugs and probably bed bugs my arm and feet were swelling from the bites

Such an amazing accommodation, felt like luxury for a very decent price! The pool was lovely and nice to relax by. The staff were so friendly accommodating. Would definitely return here to stay again!

No negatives to comment, we ended up staying an extra night we loved it that much.

Came here for some downtime at the end of my trip and was very happy with the property! Staff were very attentive and friendly. Also very close walk to good spots around canggu.

Only thing i’ll mention is there was some mould in the bathroom and the showerhead was a bit rusty so had a rusty smell while showering but nothing too bad!

Lot Lot lot of humidity in the rooms and need definitely more renovation. The lightning in the rooms not good as well.

Le fait que les membre du staff soient sous les escaliers avec toute leurs affaire musique à fond pied nu sur les mur allongé par terre c’est inacceptable ils fument boivent Les fourmis C’était très sale Le ménage était fait que partiellement Le bruit des membres du staff sur des vidéo YouTube a 7h du matin devant les chambre était inacceptable Les jeunes qui nous ont manqué de respect alors que on leur a demandé une première fois de baisser leurs musiques ce qu’ils ont fait et à 3h du matin ils sont revenu en discutant hurlant comme si ils étaient seul

Really good location! The shower pressure was the best we’ve had yet!

We kept waking up with lots of bites all over us from ants which ruined the experience. The rooms all have thin doors that go out onto the corridor and it can be loud if someone is sat outside talking or listening to music

I stay in this place twice the first one was good on the second floor. The room is pretty good.

The second time I stayed there it was on the first floor the room smells very bad. It was hard to breathe. It smells of moist. The smell was so strong that I couldn’t sleep. I had to sleep with the open window and open window. It’s mosquitoes and other sounds from outside. You guys definitely need to do something with the moist. It’s not healthy. I know it’s a problem in Bali but some hostels can handle it very well. The room on the first floor felt like nobody care about this. And spray doesn’t help it’s just make the smell worse.

La propreté des douches ça allait mais il y avait une odeur d’humidité avec un mix d’odeur de tuyaux de canalisation ( les toilettes je pense été bouché )

Absolutely nothing! Would not recommend. At arrival there were hair in the pillows in the bed. And crawling several bedbugs on top and on the sides of the bed. We left immediately

Propreté à revoir (tâches sur les draps, murs détériorés). Le chaud/froid de la douche était compliqué. La piscine est froide et non nettoyée.

Adorable staff, always available. They have laundry service and motorbike rental. Clean rooms and comfortable king sized beds. Perfect location.

Sinek sorunu hiç bitmedi. Küflü ve lağam kokan bir odadaydım ve başka bir odaya geçtim sonra. Personelde bu konuda çok sorumsuz ve gevşek. İlk kaldığım odada saçlar çıktı yatağın içinden. Temizlik be sorumluluk 0. Önermiyorum birdaha da oraya gitmem. Bir çok otelde kaldım balide ama burası kadar gevşek ve özensiz bir yer görmedim
