Een gemoedelijke sfeer. Zeer nette kamers en een uitstekend ontbijt.

Het douchen viel tegen. Omdat ik vrij groot ben stroomt of spat het water uit de douchebak/cabine

In the room if there could add something to drink

Prima plek om als startbasis te nemen voor fietstochten. Wij fietsten in ongeveer een half uur naar Maastricht. Ontbijt was goed. Fijne twee dagen gehad

Wij hadden helemaal boven de kamer met een ruimte beneden en boven de slaapkamer. De ruimte beneden was wel erg saai ingericht. Geen tafeltje met stoeltjes bijvoorbeeld. Het nodigde in ieder geval niet uit om nog even na te tafelen

Het was erg warm dus dat er airco was, vonden we erg aangenaam. Verder was het ontbijt erg lekker, genoeg keus. En bij binnenkomst in de ontbijtzaal kreeg je meteen de vraag hoe je je eitje wilde. Dus je krijgt heerlijk een eitje op de manier zoals je hem lekker vindt.

We hebben echt helemaal niets te klagen, het was een geweldig verblijf. Maar als ik een tip zou kunnen bedenken. Zou het zijn: maak een deur in de badkamer in de douchecabine. Zo wordt de vloer niet helemaal nat, scheelt handdoeken die we nu voor de vloer hebben gebruikt.

We opted for the packed breakfast on one day but forgot to say we are vegetarian and the pack contained meat

clean, unique, easy to access. The breakfast and the staff were exceptional. we felt so well there

Nice city, quaint with typical architecture. Verde sud is a combi of an older base building with a newer top floor. Large comfortable room. Unfortunately no elevator (we were wraned in advance). Easy check-in via outside keysafe. Good shower, but sprayer located on the wrong side (water splilling onto the bathroom floor). WIFI in the room, good. Good breakfast, large choice.

Shower head installed on the wrong side of the cubicle: it sprays water to the "open" end of the cubicle (not the walled end), flooding the bathroom. No desk on the base floor of the room (only on the mezzanine). Small round night tables (nice, but not functional). Lots of doors (3) to pass internally to get to the room. To our surprise, we were charged the full 3- person rate, although we were only 2...

The best hotel I’ve ever been to. With character, warm and excellent service. Nicole was very friendly and caring. Breakfast, room ,bed were top quality. Will recommend to my friends and come back definitely.

Bathrooms are very small, shower does not have a door or curtain.

Comfortable (though shower was challenging as water flowed out to the floor of the washroom, making it slippery). Breakfast was excellent with fresh juice and eggs made to order.

We found the stairs to our room and within our room were challenging with our luggage. No one was present to ask for assistance.

The location can't be beat. Such a quaint village that is very walkable/bikeable. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were super friendly. Overall, it is a great option for traveling to the Belgium GP in Spa.

There were a lot of stairs getting in and out of the rooms. We were warned when checking in to not fall when entering the room, but even with that warning, it was surprising to have such a large drop at the threshold. The other issues were that the room had a faint smell of mold, and the shower had no ledge to set soap. It was strange having to hold your soap in your hand the entire time.

You can really see great service not when everything goes great, but when something doesn't work as expected and the personel needs to react. There was a hickup in our check-in - we got a room that was not cleaned - and the reaction was perfect. After a phone, within 5 minutes, a staff member arrived (it was outside the hours where they are normally on site) and we got a new, bigger room. And for apology, we got a set of chocolates next morning. Aside from that situation, other perks:, the room was very clean, good location, comfy beds, bike storage, common area where you can rest/eat/drink. Possibility to purchase drinks. No food however.

Bathroom could be bigger

This bed and breakfast is located in a small beautiful village close to the Belgium border. Check in was contactless and easy using key boxes. The house is beautiful and comes with a big terraced yard. Free parking spots. Breakfast buffet was varied, very tasty and comes with personalized eggs.

The stairs to upper rooms were a bit steep thus might be a bit tricky for some. Few parking spots on site, though there was a few more outside.

Great location, friendly host, enough parking close by!

No lift. If someone needs the lift, should think about it!

Breakfast was outstanding

No elevator. Steps were steep. Room could not be charged in advance. We left thinking it was already paid for. Obviously I assumed without fully reading the payment policy. My error.

When you take a shower bathroom floor is easily really wet..

Very good continental breakfast, comfortable beds. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room, as well as a small refridgerator.

The chairs in the room are a little basic and not comfortable to sit in when watching TV. We were on the top floor and found the stairs are quite steep and narrow.

Everything was perfect. Room, beds and breakfast were great. Staff friendly and helpful. Great town, close to lovely countryside for biking or walking. Restaurants close by very good. Advise booking a table.

Breakfast was really good, beds were comfortable. The shower doesn´t have a door so the floor got wet, besides that, everything is fantastic

The place is very nice, the rooms are big and we had enough space to sleep and more. The beds are comfortable. People are very friendly. The breakfast is nice and fresh, The bread was very good. The location is great. We went to see Andre Rieu and it is less than 15 minutes by car.

Great place in a great town. Peaceful and plenty to look at with good restaurants a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was terrific and host very friendly and attentive. Large room with soft bed.

It didn’t worry us as we left our main luggage in the car and took up an overnight bag but the stairs to the rooms are steep.

Excellent choice at breakfast. Room very well presented, and comfortable. Area of Eisjden delightful.

We were on the top floor and as the toilet was in the mezzanine level, we had to use that. We are aged 68 and 71 and did find this a little difficult, both carrying the cases up and down, and having to go upstairs to sleep.

Amazing place. Could check in early. Easy to check in. Tea and coffee freely available. Comfortable bed. Lighting was good. Lovely little town. Large room. Air conditioning. Really clean. Delicious breakfast bar with yoghurt and quark. Eggs whichever way you would like them cooked and many other things to eat too. A lovely outdoor terrace to use in nice weather. My best stay in the Netherlands so far.

The shower makes the bathroom floor a bit wet as there is no curtain or screen but this did not stop me enjoying myself.

The location was excellent. We used the train which was not far to walk to. We were lucky enough to be there when a festival was happening. Food just a minute away. Drinks about 2 minutes away.

This was a really friendly place to stay, friendly staff, friendly guests, friendly area. The room was a good size and very comfortable. We liked being in Eijsden, very handy for visiting Maastricht, but Eijsden is a quiet town, and we were a one minute walk from an excellent ice cream cafe (Angelati), which we highly recommend. Breakfast was good, although the only cooked offering were the eggs (which were cooked in the breakfast room to individual specification).

It was quite hard work getting our luggage up the rather narrow, antique stairs to our room.

Lovely, spacious room and very clean. Breakfast was superb. Staff was very friendly. Location very good, right in the old centre of Eijsden.

Had to climb stairs to 2nd floor, which was doable for us, but just a reminder for those who'd require an elevator. Check in with key safes was a little confusing, but one phone call to owner helped us out. Safe deposit box in the room was broken. Owner tried to fix it, but then it didn't work still (in room "Juni").

Supernice area, very quiet. Great Icecream bar around the corner and a couple of nice restaurants. No need to go anywhere else for food..

Unexpectedly great place to stay with spaceous comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful multilingual staff and a hearty breakfast. Defonitely would recommend, especially given the price

Very warm and friendly welcome. No problem with coming late. Nice possibilty with tea or coffe in the evening. Very fresh breakfast with boiled eggs after personal wishes. Perfect temperature at room for sleeping. Good light in room.

Great Bedroom and Bathroom on the top floor. Spacious Breakfast room with ability to sit outside when sunny weather. Very good breakfast with choice of cooked eggs. Short walk down the street and you have a choice of 2 great restaurants and 2cafe/bars, one restaurant overlooking the River Meuse to Belgium. Parking onsite.

we loved our stay.. it was 11 minutes to MECC the exhibition center . i drive my own.. and my colleagues too had good time . the breakfast was excellent and the area was very peaceful for good sleep .

nothing- it was great, we had the room Augustus and it was beautiful but would have maybe been better if the bathroom was down instead of upstairs but this is not a criticism, this b&b is a 10 👍🏻
