The room smelled like a smoking room while it should be non smoking. The area was bit loud

The hotel is great, unfortunately in the 2 nights I stayed there was a fire alarm after midnight in both days, but having a full back office and relying on what’s app made me feel unsafe, and difficult to get further sleep

Clean, felt secure, and quiet.

This property has an amazing location near to all the main shopping stores and a metro station. Hotel is very safe and has all the basic amenities. We only faced issues due to limited availability of iron and no wifi for a day

“Incidents” during my 9-night stay. First WIFI went offline for more than a day. Then the digital lock to my room needed maintenance at 9am. TV is stuck on a single channel play “Bone” for a couple of days. Then the only elevator broke down when we needed it. Another day the fire alarm went off in the middle of the day so we have to evacuate from the building. On the last day, the aircon broke down and can’t be recovered until the next day, in a summer night. All in all, I called this a “incidents” hotel, not a digital hotel.

Nice. Unfortunately I needed to check out early. And taking this “discussion” with a chatbot is absolutely wast of time. I don’t care about cost…. Give me service

Loved this hotel! The staff is attentive & great amenities like nespresso, water bottles, and laundry area. They had our room ready well before check-in. Wonderful location.

Excelent location

Very convenient location. Clean room, nice staff, washing machine was great to have on a hot summer day, and small kitchen a plus for eating in with food bought from French bakeries. Downside was night clubs in front of the hotel made the street very noisy with occasional screaming from the street during evening to early morning. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, this may not be for you. Elevator was broken when we visited and had to carry our suitcase 5 stairs down.

This was an oasis amid the busy Paris! We were a metro ride or easy walking to many sites! Washing facilities, all the coffee we could drink and the pleasant staff were a bonus!

El hotel está limpio y es cómodo. Es lo que promete, sin sorpresas. La única incomodidad es que abajo está un pub 24 horas y puede generar bullicio la gente bebiendo hasta las 6 am del día siguiente… (el hotel tiene vidrio doble pero a veces no es suficiente)

A good place to stay close to Chams elysee

Hotel sans âme aucun contact avec le personnel. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement vu le prix élevé. On pourrai trouver mieux dans la mêmes zone

The property was in the middle of most of the stores . Just a 5mins walk and u would find most of the brands you love .

I really enjoyed my stay.. .the room was clean and comfortable and conveniently located near the metro 1 line...many restaurants within 2 min walk. Great shopping on Champs Elysees The only thing is the noise level is very high.. they did warn about construction but I was surprised they were running the loud equipment starting from 5am...also it is right above a bar that is open until very late... They do provide ear plugs if you are into that. I think when they complete the loud part of the construction across the street this place will be solid 5 stars for me. Security is pretty tight with 4 separate keypads on the way to your room.. but there were no staff on site except the first day I was there I saw a security guard. They have a laundry room and free lockers... Also a supply of towels and coffee pods etc that is open 24 hours...

Property is right around the corner from The Avenue des Champs-Élysées, walking distance to Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, grand/petite palace, plaça de la Concorde. Checking was easy we received the code to enter early at 7am as we landed early. We were able to store our bags and wander around till the room was ready, which was actually ready my midday so was grateful to get an early checkin. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and will be visiting this hotel again in near future.

初めてのパリで、いろいろ探して、こちらのホテルにしました。 ホテル自体はとてもおしゃれで可愛らしいのですが、フロントがないので、いろいろ不便でした。 すぐに何か確認したくてもできないし、チェックイン前に荷物を預けるにも、ホテル内のロッカーに限りがあるのと、あまり大きなキャリーは預けられないので気をつけてください。 夜中に火災報知器が鳴って、メールで訓練ではないと来ていましたが、実際は問題なかったですが、メールに気づかなかったらと思うと怖かったです。 立地はシャンゼリゼ通りなので、とても移動もしやすくてよかったです。 室内も綺麗だったので、問題はなかったですが、もう少し広い部屋がよかったです。

Malheureusement, j'ai eu une chambre pour handicapés, o?u la lumière d'évacuation d'urgence ne pouvait pas être éteinte. SInon, j'ai pu visiter d'autres chambres, qui avaient la'ir très confortablles, surtout le sudio avec kitchinette. emplacement exceptionnellement pratique, et excellent rapport qualité/ prix

The AC was not working. Stayed for 5 days. Contacted them to fix it for 2 days and they never fixed it or changed my room. After a while i gave up. Would never stay there again.

I was hoping for a balcony from the pictures but otherwise everything else was amazing.

Værelset levede ikke op til det det var lovet. Der var ikke nogen microovn eller komfur og gryder. Der manglede lys ved bord og ved kaffemaskinen- der var kun et lille bord - der manglede et sted at stille kufferten. I badeværelset manglede bruseforhæng og en hylde til at stille sine ting - der var ikke knager til håndklæder. Det positive er at det har en meget fin beliggenhed og var rent og pænt

Aucun personnel a aucun moment du séjour : ni Check in ni Check out, ni pendant les petits soucis (blocage de porte, serviette). Ce n’est pas un hôtel et ce n’est pas indiqué au moment de la réservation. Et l’isolation de la chambre est très approximative : les fetards qui passent rue marboeuf pendant la nuit, le personnel du bar situé à côté qui parlent très très fort à 7/8h le matin… Ça fait beaucoup…!!!

You need to let people know of the early construction happening to be fair. It was ridiculously loud and could be heard even through earplugs! Also, the representation through photos on the Expedia website are very misleading. I booked a studio with kitchen after seeing the photos only to discover I got a dark and smelly room in the back not the light filled pretty one with the terrace shown. When I arrived the whole place smelled like sewer coming from the bathroom. The smell was so strong that I have to sleep with my head in the foot position as my face originally was 2’ from the bathroom. After all of this, and asking to me moved… no… no help. When I asked for a 45 min later checkout 11:45 instead of 11… no… no help. If you are going to ask to be paid for this room under these conditions then the least you could do is accommodate the smallest request. As check in isn’t until 3 there is zero reason why you couldn’t have let me stay the extra 45 minutes. Very poor and not very smart customer service .

Cet établissement s'affiche comme hôtel mais en réalité c'est une résidence avec appartements, style rbnb, il n'y a pas de réception ni personne pour vous accueillir, le ménage n'a pas été fait, même pas une seule fois pendant mon séjour de 4 nuits. Aucune de ces particularités n'a été clairement mentionné avant la réservation en ligne, qui est au même prix voir plus cher que les hôtels qui offrent des services offert par des employés humains qui vous parlent, que je trouve tellement nécessaire quand on ne connaît personne dans une grande ville comme Paris, le personnel de la réception est notre seul repère. On prend connaissance que tout se fait en ligne seulement après avoir réservé, ou comme moi une fois arrivé à l'hôtel Fantôme parce qu'il n'y a personne pour vous ouvrir la porte. Avoir su que c'était une résidence appartement, je n'aurai jamais réservé dans ce genre d'établissement où j'ai eu le sentiment d'être un numéro de chambre c'est tout.

Great, modern hotel! We loved our stay here, very modern and easy check in through WhatsApp. The rooms and space were well designed and everything was cute! We left something in the room and the staff made it easy to go grab it after check out. Would definitely return!!
