Andava tutto bene. Come tutte queste strutture le forniture della cucina erano un po' essenziali ma, ripeto, questa è un po' la caratteristica del tipo di struttura.

Bardzo wygodny apartament. Od strony wejścia same serce starego miasta, a od drugiej strony piękny widok na morze i port. Apartament przestronny i czysty. Oddawał klimat Tropei. Bardzo miły Pan, który przekazywał nam klucze. Do dyspozycji gości był ekspres do kawy i kapsułki. Cudownie było mieć balkon. Nie mogło nam się lepiej trafić! Dobrze,że wszędzie są płytki i nie ma dywanów bo przynosiliśmy dużo piachu z plaży:) Polecam 10/10

Dolne łóżko, gdy jest rozłożone ma nieprzyjemny metalowy rant i trzeba uważać. Ciężko na nie siadać.

La vue depuis le logement était magnifique et l’appartement était tout à fait correct. L’hôte était extrêmement gentil, toujours disponible et facilement joignable. Il nous a même dépannés avec beaucoup de générosité et s’est montré largement à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Le seul point négatif concerne le stationnement, qui était assez compliqué. Il faut parfois prévoir un peu de temps pour réussir à trouver une place.

There was mold in the shower corner.The biggest downside, however, was the non-functioning air conditioning. The temperature inside the apartment was 28°C on the ground floor and 30°C on the upper floor. After we raised the issue with the host and contacted Booking.com, the host acknowledged that the air conditioning unit had broken down. Unfortunately, we had not been informed about this before our arrival. Following our complaint, the host refunded us for the unused nights.Based on our experience, we would not recommend booking this apartment during periods when outside temperatures exceed 30°C, as the indoor temperature can become very uncomfortable without working air conditioning. We also recommend checking recent Google reviews, as they provide a realistic reflection of the apartment's current condition.

Świetna lokalizacja, centrum, blisko plaży, piękne widoki

Dostaliśmy pokój Ulisse nr1. Zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają faktycznego stanu apartamentu i standardu. Przede wszystkim niewydolna klimatyzacja, słabo działała, dawno nie była czyszczona, gdy się ją włączało wszyscy zaczynali kaszleć. Brzydki zapach zwłaszcza w dolnej sypialni. Mieszkanie wymaga remontu zwłaszcza zagrzybiona łazienka.

La struttura gode di una posizione super centrale, perfetta per esplorare la zona a piedi e muoversi comodamente. Nota di merito anche per l'igiene: l'ambiente è decisamente pulito e ben tenuto.L'unico aspetto meno positivo riguarda la disposizione delle camere e del bagno, che è risultata un po' scomoda e poco funzionale durante il soggiorno.

Posizione centrale comoda per uscire in centro ma in zona ZTL, quindi non raggiungibile in auto.

Mini terrazzino sporco per via dei piccioni dove non hai nemmeno possibilità di stendere asciugamani che devi purtroppo lavare a 1 km di distanza per la mancanza di lavatrice nella struttura. Caldo infernale dovuto a raffrescatori venduti per climatizzatori e bagni comunicanti nonostante siano su due piani diversi.

Lo stile dell'appartamento era molto carino e la posizione abbastanza comoda per girare in centro. L'affaccio del balconcino anche ci e piaciuto

Cominciamo dal check-in: al nostro arrivo la stanza non era pronta nonostante avessimo concordato l'orario di arrivo con l'host (poco reattivo al telefono) che non ci ha segnalato la possibilità di accesso alla Ztl per scaricare i bagagli L'alloggio era pieno di zanzare e i condizionatori scaricavano acqua direttamente sul pavimento, creando delle pozzanghere persistenti. Per le zanzare abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di avere una piastrina e non ci ha nemmeno risposto. La stanza al piano inferiore era umidissima tanto che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare quel letto. Ci hanno inoltre bussato alle 9 per invitarci al checkout (ben un'ora prima dell orario indicato) e nel giorno sbagliato! Saremmo andati via solo il giorno successivo... Peccato!

Klimatyzacja która przy temperaturach w lipcu i sierpniu niespełniająca swojej roli. W apartamencie duszno i wilgotno. Woda na podłodze w niższych pomieszczeniach.

This property is not suitable for a European summer. Inadeqaute airconditioing in only one bedroom and at maximun fan speed it would not blow out a candle. The other two bedrooms do not have any airconditioning and the host believes that a portable pedalstal stand fan would cool the rooms. The other airconditioner is located downstairs in living area which also at max fan speed could not blow out a candle. No human or animal could stay in this accomodation due to how hot it was. Also the couch in living room had a broken leg so you could not sit on it. The hand rail of the common stairs broke right off the wall as I was climbing it. I feel backwards with my luggage as it gave way almost falling down the stairs. This property is simply not suitable for accomodation in a beautiful seaside village and should be removed from any listing on any platform. We advised the host immediately and asked if they had alternate accomodation to which he replied 'NO'. We advised that we will checkout immediately and out of respect that we will compensate him for one night even though we never stayed. Host refused to compromise and charged for the full 4 nights. We were lucky to find far better accomodation in short notice with the help of the staff from Tropea Tourist Information Office. The greed of this host to simply dismiss our concerns and take our money is appalling. I urge everyone to not book this accomodation as the past reviews and description of the apartment do not any way represent the true condition of this property.. ' DO NOT STAY HERE'

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior was clean and welcoming. The apartment had everything you need for a long or short stay. It’s located on the outskirts of the old town, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby serving delicious food.

obiekt położony w bardzo pięknym miejscu, blisko głównej ulicy z restauracjami i sklepami z pamiątkami, a mimo to z dala od turystycznego gwaru.

Głośna klimatyzacja (stary sprzęt) trochę zakłócała sen :)

El departamento es hermoso y la ubicación fantástica

Fuimos por una sola noche y no andaba wifi, ni el agua caliente del baño de abajo como tampoco los aires acondicionados. Para ser pleno verano que no anden los aires fue un problema mucho calor imposible dormir.

The apartments are in a historical building in the old town with a beautiful view from the balcony. Stone walls and three level surface is giving the feeling for authenticity of this property. The host is extremely polite, helped us for storage the luggage last day.

The only concern was about the air conditioner in the bedroom that was leaking water.

Piccoli dettagli che possono rendere piu confortevole l arrivo e il soggiorno, es un rotolo di scotteks sale olio cialde per il caffe di tutti gli adulti nella casa... secondo me con poco in piu si puo far sentire piu a gusto gli ospiti.

L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione della struttura,a 2 passi dal centro ma in zona tranquillissima,il mare è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi

Da evitare la struttura solamente per il proprietario,poco onesto.dopo vari problemi nell'appartamento (aria condizionata che perdeva con acqua a terra in camera da letto e quindi puzza di muffa,quindi un guasto già esistente da prima e il bagno che emanava cattivo odore) ho chiesto il cambio appartamento,mi ha riferito che mi avrebbe cambiato l'indomani e mi avrebbe dato un risarcimento per gli imprevisti!! l'appartamento l'ha cambiato.. di soldi niente di niente!!!

The biggest advantage of this apartment is its excellent location. It is right in the center of Tropea, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the stairs leading down to the beach.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The entire building smells strongly of dampness. There is no proper air conditioning, only an air cooler, which was not able to reduce the temperature, making the apartment quite uncomfortable in hot weather. One of the bedrooms is located on a mezzanine and has no window, so it feels dark and lacks ventilation. The bathrooms are very small and not well maintained. The shower hose was leaking, and because the two bathrooms are built one above the other without proper sound insulation, you can hear everything from the other bathroom, which offers very little privacy.

Loved the cool interior, the soft whites and stone walls. The balcony the view was just mesmerising.

We had 3 nights in the spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It's a well kept old building that sits on the stone, and seems recently renovated. The location is TOP! the restaurants and beautiful center are right outside, and the stairs to the beach are also a minute away. The view is beautiful, The facilities are very good- 2 bathrooms, soap and shampoo dispensers, kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, stove.. everything you need for a good vacation :) Francesco was very kind and attentive. Recommended!!

Judt one thing- If you leave any food/sugars outside the ants will come - so just make sure to store open foods in the refrigerator and it will be fine.

Excellent location with beautiful views over the marina and sea. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a longer stay. It was within easy walking distance of Tropea’s historic centre, restaurants, and beaches. The host was friendly and responsive.

Nothing significant to mention – we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Dampy property, dirty shower, no shower head holder, no toileteries, 2 toilet rolls for 8nts/2people; pigeons shitting directly above laundry rack outside. Drunk people loutering around late at night outside, shouting, drinking, urinating, disturbing sleep.

Great location: close to the beach and to the center of town. Communication with owner was very easy and prompt

Air conditioning was not strong enough

Központi, de mégis csendes helyen van az apartman egy gyönyörű, régi, autentikus házban. Nagyon szép a berendezése, stílusa, gyönyörű a kilátás, közel az álomszép strand.

A konyha felszereltségén érdemes lenne javítani. Cukor, só, olaj jó lenne a főzeshez.

To trzeba zobaczyć. Dolny pokój to w sumie pieczara wykuta w skale, jednocześnie pod poziomem ulicy i zawieszona nad przepaścią. Klimat niepowtarzalny, przenosisz się w czasie. Dodatkowy plus, że nie potrzeba klimatyzacji :-)

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la calle principal céntrica con locales gastronómicos y de negocios de ropa y souvenir. Algo alejado de playa, pero porque hay que bajar unas escaleras largas. Pero con tranquilidad se llega a unas playas divinas.

La cocina solo tenía cápsulas de café, no habia azúcar ni té. Tampoco habia aceite, sal. Cosas que por lo general el turista no lleva. En el baño faltaba Shampoo, no nos dieron toallas de mano solo 4 toallas grandes.

w łazienkach może troszeczkę bardziej się przyłożyć do kabin prysznicowych.. kafelki były bardzo brudne jak i sama słuchawka prysznicowa.

Tropea es hermosa ,el departamento está en el centro histórico cerca de todo ,ideal para salir a dar un paseo en la noche ,, rodeado de restaurantes ,bares y tiendas . Además es un lugar muy agradable huele muy bien , está limpio ,no falta nada ,Marisa un encanto de persona ,y Francisco siempre atento a resolver nuestras dudas ,me encantó!!!!!

Klimatyczny apartament w sercu starego miasta. Kamienica z XVII w położona na klifie. Duży balkon z pięknym widokiem na morze,port oraz okoliczne wzgórza. Rano wita wschód słońca. Apartament po remoncie,bardzo czysty,z antresolą. Stosunek jakości do ceny rewelacja. Bardzo miły gospodarz. Zdecydowanie do polecenia!

I bagni sono ciechi e non hanno il sistema di aspirazione dell'aria previsto per legge. Una camera da letto senza armadio e la cucina dovrebbe essere più fornita.

Obiekt usytuowany w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Wygodny i funkcjonalny apartament.

Niestety ale było brudno. Podłoga podklejona. Łazienka też średnio czysta. Zmywak stary. Każdy gość powinien otrzymać nowy zmywak, to nie jest droga rzecz. Nieprzyjemny zapach z okna.

Lokalizacja apartamentu jest bardzo dobra, a widok na port naprawdę świetny — nawet pomimo bardzo małego balkonu. Urokliwa dolna część apartamentu - jaskinia i nocleg wśród skał :)

<Czystość i wyposażenie kuchni do poprawy> Czystość apartamentu pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Blat stolika nocnego był pokryty kurzem i pyłem — ewidentnie nie został posprzątany przed naszym przyjazdem. Dodatkowo na podłodze i stoliku nocnym w dolnej części apartamentu (jaskini) leżały dwa pety, prawdopodobnie od elektronicznych papierosów (żaden z gości od nas nie pali..). Kuchnia była również słabo wyposażona jak na pobyt 4 dorosłych osób — nie było nic do wytarcia blatu, ani ręczników papierowych, ani nawet zwykłej ścierki. Na powitanie przygotowano tylko 1 kapsułkę kawy i 2 herbaty, co również wyglądało dość słabo. Rozumiem, że nie zapewnia się kapsułek na caly pobyt, ale skoro daje się ekspress do kawy, to chociaż odpowiednią ilośc kapsulek na ilośc gości. Nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji.

Perfektná poloha s krásnym výhľadom. Vôňa kadidla vo vstupnej hale krásne dotvárala atmosféru pobytu.

Je potrebné sa trošku povenovať vybaveniu - opraviť splachovanie záchoda na poschodí a doplniť zlomený vešiak v kúpeľni.

La propiedad es muy pintoresca y muy cómoda, es mejor que en las fotos, es muy cómoda y su ubicación es excelente. Los anfitriones muy amables y atentos, tuvimos una estadía realmente excelente
