Nuova, pulita e camera molto bella

La struttura in se è valida e con qualche accorgimento potrebbe essere più funzionale.

La pulizia è indecente. Le comunicazioni con la struttura avvengono esclusivamente via messaggi. Non è stato possibile parlare con i gestori. L'impressione è che siano interessati esclusivamente a chiedere soldi (deposito cauzionale prima dell'arrivo a fronte dell'intero pagamento già avvenuto, deposito bagagli, check-in anticipato o posticipato). All'arrivo abbiamo segnalato grossi problemi igienici e l'aria condizionata non funzionante. La temperatura interna era insopportabile. Dopo averi inviato foto e video sono intervenuti nel pomeriggio per ulteriore pulizia ma non hanno fatto nulla per l'aria condizionata. La nottata è stata veramente terribile, quasi non si respirava. Il giorno successivo su nostra insistenza è venuta l'addetta e ha confermato che l'aria condizionata non funzionava. Il giorno dopo ci hanno cambiato appartamento (perchè non farlo prima?!) e l'aria condizionata andava ma non si riusciva a spegnere o regolare. Era freddissimo e abbiamo cercato in lavanderia dei piumoni per riuscire a dormire. Quando siamo entrati abbiamo di nuovo segnalato che anche in questo caso la situazione igienica non era adeguata (inviando di nuovo foto) ma ci hanno risposto che la ragazza se ne era già andata. A quel punto abbiamo scritto che avremmo pulito da soli. Peccato perchè la struttura di per se è valida ma sembra che la gestione sia più un hobby che un lavoro. Se chiedi soldi ai clienti per qualsiasi cosa devi anche fornire un servizio in cambio.

Everything was worse then expected

Our stay at Gustavinо by Alma Suites was overall very comfortable. The apartments are very close to the city center and are equipped with everything you need. The self-check-in was very convenient: everything is digital, and the doors can be opened using the app. The apartment was well equipped, including a spacious terrace as well.

The only negative experience was related to the minibar. There was a basket on the table containing local snacks such as olives, fuet, chips and M&M’s, together with a card inviting guests to “try our local delicacies.” There were no prices displayed in the basket, and it was not clear to us that these items were charged separately as minibar products. We assumed they were complimentary, especially because they were presented as a welcome gift. We were staying with a child, and she immediately noticed the M&M’s. As this was clearly not a shop but a basket placed on the table, she naturally assumed they were there to consume them. Later, the cost of these items was deducted from our €150 security deposit. We found this policy and, more importantly, the way the items were presented, quite misleading. It would be much clearer to place a visible price list next to the basket or explicitly state that all items are chargeable. Apart from this issue, the apartment itself was very comfortable and modern, and the digital self-check-in system was excellent.

nice entry hall, helpful staff, comfy and functional room with AC and ventilator. we slept very well, room can be darkened up.

El apartamento tenía una limpieza muy superficial. El colchón del sofá-cama tenía manchas y también el cubre colchón. Las ventanas hace muuucho que no se han limpiado. El lavavajillas hasta nos dio repelús usarlo por toda la porquería acumulada. Nuestro apartamento tenía terraza pero no la utilizamos apenas. Es una terraza interior y al ser un primero no corre el aire. Además cae todo el tiempo un polvillo y hasta pequeños fragmentos de la fachada, por no mencionar las colillas de cigarros de los pisos de arriba. Los tiestos de la terraza están secos y llenos de colillas que no se han retirado. Solo hay una lavadora en la planta baja para todos los apartamentos que casi siempre está llena y no la pudimos utilizar. Y la atención al cliente es pésima. Solo hay una persona en recepción por la tarde. Avisamos de que no se podían sintonizar los canales de la televisión y ni siquiera subieron. Al segundo día, por fin alguien nos atendió y nos informó de que nos teníamos que haber descargado una aplicación en el móvil, algo que no aparece en “ninguna parte”. Para colmo el tono es siempre abrupto y hasta impertinente. El apartamento no está mal por la mitad de precio de lo que cobrar y si reforzasen la atención al cliente.

Excellent location, shops and restaurants nearby, good access to public transport. Within walking distance of historical monuments etc. Apartment was excellent - clean, comfortable, well equipped. Pleasant staff.

Roadworks on local streets meant that it was difficult to find the apartment and convenient parking initially. Once that was sorted, all good!

Difficoltà ad arrivare in auto (via chiusa al traffico)a causa di lavori non segnalati dalla struttura, difficoltà a trovare parcheggio e mezzi di trasporto. Pulizia superficiale, anzi direi che la pulizia in certi punti non è stata proprio fatta, illuminazione naturale quasi nulla. Cmq la struttura in se va bene. Hanno voluto una cauzione di 150 euro subito dopo che avevo già prenotato , cosa scorretta per he non risultava al momento della prenotazione, ma a restituirli non altrettanto istantaneo, anzi direi che ancora non .li ho ricevuti a distanza di sei GG. Non la risceglierei sicuramente.

El piso esta bien ubicado , desde el primer momento me an informado y contestado lo que me interesaba saber , piso amplio una cama muy bien acogedora , cocina equipada , servicios muy buena atención, super recomendado

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. De locatie is ideaal: centraal gelegen, net buiten het drukke centrum, alles was goed te voet bereikbaar. Daarnaast is er ook de mogelijkheid om gemakkelijk de bus te pakken. De studio was schoon, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De airconditioning was erg prettig, de douche heerlijk en de bedden lagen comfortabel. De ramen hadden naast gordijnen óók rolluiken. Dit zorgde allemaal voor een ontspannen verblijf :).

Als klein verbeterpuntje zouden ophanghaakjes in de douche handig zijn, zodat handdoeken makkelijker kunnen drogen, zeker omdat er geen balkon is. Dit deed verder niets af aan onze positieve ervaring. Zeker een aanrader!

La calle en obras, sin árboles. Es realmente feo el lugar. De todas formas está cerca del metro, paradas de bus, etc

Purtroppo avendo le finestre verso l'interno ed essendo al primo piano di un condominio alto c'era poca luce naturale, inoltre aprendo la finestra entrava un cattivo odore.

Pasé tan solo una noche en la habitación 103 y era muy amplia. La cama de matrimonio es super confortable. También me gustó su área de TV con sofá dentro de la habitación para poder relajarte. Y el baño espectacular. De diseño y muy limpio. Volveré sin dudarlo!!

Hombre...las obras de la avenida Pérez Galdos...pero las obras en una ciudad te las puedes encontrar en cualquier sitio. A mí no me molestaron, porque cuando llegué no trabajaban y al día siguiente salí temprano, con lo cuál no sabría decir.

La tranquilidad sin ruidos estuvo muy bien.

The property is very nice! It was modern and clean. The room is a good size and we were able to get early check in (for a fee of course). Host was very responsive and instructions to get in were thorough. I would say it was good for the price. The key is all electronic which is cool.

I felt like everything had a fee and was almost nervous being in the room just in case there was a fee – for example mini bar (which is a water and orange), not taking out garbage, luggage storage, etc. I thought it was kind of ridiculous to have to take out the garbage ourselves or be charged a fee. When you are rushing to the train station the last thing you want to do is try to figure out where to throw in out. As a hotel/ place to stay I feel like that should be included with their cleaning? Lastly, the apartment is quite far from the center and in a very residential area (20/25 min walk) so just be mindful of tha

Temperature of apartment was fixed to 20.5C. Much better should be 17-18C.Ceiling fan helped.

Gute Kommunikation, Check-in und Schlüssel easy, Zimmer groß, Dusche und Bad super (starker Wasserdruck). Obwohl eine Baustelle vor der Tür war hat man nichts davon gehört.

Der Aufzug war ein Erlebnis - wir sind dann einfach die Stufen gegangen (war eh nicht so hoch). Beleuchtung am Gang eher marginal.

Great location, close to the train station, pretty quiet at night. Electric curtains ensure privacy and AC inside keeps the air cool. The furniture is pretty new and the suite was very clean.

I honestly don't see a purpose of the deposit. It was returned to me the same day, so no hard feelings about it in principle, but this is my first time paying a deposit for a stay at a hotel/apartment during a vacation. Usually if you broke something the hotel can simply bill you after the fact, so this deposit you have to pay is fairly unnecessary in my view. The bed is VERY soft and wobbly, so any movement you make will shake your partner/spouse every time you turn in the bed or stand up from it XD

It’s so easy to get to and around Valencia you’re not in the heart of the city so it’s a bit quieter. It’s modern and clean.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hat eine sehr großzügige ebene Dusche. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage.

Das Wasser im Waschbecken im Badezimmer ist sehr schlecht abgeronnen. Ich konnte das Problem selbst mit heißem Wasser und durch mehrmaliges öffnen und schließen lösen. Wieso fällt so etwas dem Reinigungspersonal nicht auf? Die Pfanne in der Küche war so stark abgenutzt und eingebrannt, dass man sie eigentlich lieber nicht verwenden wollte!

The welcome kit with coffee, water and fruits was a really nice touch, mini bar available, luggage room for departure available, soap dispensers in the bathroom. The room was spacious and very well equipped. Personnel very kind. Like a mini hotel, nice investment.

The mattress and pillows are terrible, I had back pain for 3 days. Windows don't isolate the outside noise. Only 1 ironing machine for all the rooms so it might not be available. Cleaning personnel forgot one dirty towel at the entrance and I found a strand of hair on the pillow. You need to take out your trash before leaving. I don't like this system for opening the door with the phone. If the phone is lost, stolen or broken what do you do without 24/7 reception available when traveling alone or only with a kid like I did?

Albergo nuovissimo, molto curato e pulitissimo. Comunicazioni con i proprietari molto facili nonostante tutto fatto tramite messaggi.

Unica cosa che aggiungerei un frigo bar che specialmente nella stagione estiva è molto comodo. Quando abbiamo soggiornato la strada era completamente interessata da ristrutturazione quindi un po’ più problematico muoversi ma certo non imputabile all’host

Comfortable, spacious room, good location.

Il check in e il check out molto semplici e la comunicazione con l'host è stata molto facile. L'appartamento è moderno e ha tutto quello descritto nella prenotazione. Una cucina moderna con due fornelli ad induzione. sono compresi pentole, piatti e posate. (sufficienti per due). la cucina è anche compresa di una lavastoviglie (con una capsula per lavare piatti), detersivo per i piatti e spugne. Il bagno è carino (ovviamente senza bidet) ma ti forniscono di phon e asciugamani (questi però non ti vengono cambiati o puliti). Il letto è comodo. La posizione non è ottimale, ma si riesce a raggiungere i centro storico in una ventina di minuti a piedi e di è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione del bus che porta alla spiaggia (ci si impiega 40 minuti in bus).

La vera pecca di questo appartamento è stata la pulizia. Appena entrati abbiamo trovato un gruppo di capelli nel piano della cucina e briciole e polvere sotto il letto. Abbiamo quindi deciso di prenderci del disinfettante al supermercato e disinfettare tutto. la luce del bagno non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto scrivere all'host e usare la luce dello specchio per poter usare il bagno. Essendo il bagno non finestrato sarebbe meglio mettere un'aspiratore (non sappiamo se non funzionasse perchè la luce del bagno non funzionasse o se non ci fosse proprio) OCCHIO se andate d'estate, la temperatura dell'appartamento non è controllabile dal termostato della camera. Abbiamo settato la temperatura a 19,5ºC e comunque in camera c'era tanto caldo (e noi abbiamo alloggiato a maggio). Prima di prenotare sappiate che oltre ai soldi pattuiti nella prenotazione, si è tenuti a dare una caparra di 150€ che vi verra poi restituita alla fine del viaggio. ( di per se non sarebbe un problema, ma sarebbe giusto scriverlo da qualche parte dell'annuncio di Booking)

Wow. This is amazing. I have been using Booking.com for apartment stays for over a decade now, and never once have I been treated so nicely. The apartment was welcoming and in top-notch condition. Both my son and I truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. It made our stay completely stress-free and genuinely enjoyable. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful, home-like stay.

El tamaño del departamento fue perfecto, muy cómodo con un balcón grande y la limpieza.

Very clean, the virtual keys were new for me but very comfortable, the apartment was great and the person in charge was very kind and offered even to bring me some medicines if i needed (i was sick with fever etc), all in all i found the stay pretty good :)
