Cucukan Beach Guest House

Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und sauber, im Außenbereich kann man gut am Pool entspannen. Zusätzlich zum Frühstück kann auch in der Unterkunft zu Abend gegessen werden, was beides sehr lecker war! Vor allem Haushündin „Blackie“ haben wir ins Herz geschlossen.

Die Unterkunft an sich war top, lediglich die Lage ist recht abgeschieden. Für Ausflüge ist definitiv ein Scooter oder Transfer nötig.

Preis-Leistung einfach unschlagbar. Für einen Zwischenstopp perfekt für uns. Sehr sauber und bequem. Gutes Badezimmer!! Personal super lieb.

Klimaanlage war ziemlich laut, Lage sehr abgelegen. Frühstück dem Preis entsprechend würde ich sagen, man kann nicht viel erwarten.

Nothing to criticize...

Voor onze doorreis naar Gili Trawangan via Pandangbai verbleven we hier 1 nacht. Ondanks dat wij de enige waren hadden ze alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd en opgeruimd. We hebben heerlijk in het zwembad gezwommen en heel fijn geslapen. Doordat we vroeg weg moesten hadden ze heel fijn ons ontbijt in ern box gedaan. Echt top service!

Het is een wat minder toeristisch gedeelte, dus voor ons prima voor 1nacht. Maar er zijn voldoende faciliteiten in de buurt zoals een supermarkt, pinautomaat en enkele restaurants om langer te verblijven. Tegenover het hotel zit zelfs een groot dierenpark met avond show.

Love this hidden treasure. Clean comfortable, staff friendly and nice relaxing location. Close to beach and warung. Pool lovely to swim in.

Not the accommodation but a lot of barking dogs during the night made hard for sleeping. Had to go searching for ear plugs.

Le cadre est sympa, le personnel ne maîtrise pas l'anglais mais est tres sympa et accueillant. Tres bien une une étape..

Les plages aux alentours ne sont pas praticable pour la baignade...

From the moment of arrival the peace and tranquility of the area. The staff super helpful and friendly. The rooms spacious, clean and spread out enough that you can’t hear the neighbours. The breakfasts were basic but just what you needed. An extensive menu for dinner or take a grab or short walk. The pool was clean and refreshing. We loved sitting on the veranda in the evening and just listening to nothing. So happy we are returning next week Great little Warung at the beach to sit after a surf. Friendly staff. Great food selection. We are the garlic squid and it was beautiful. There was a lady selling skewers on the Sunday evening (local day) and they were so tender and the flavour was amazing

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was a highlight, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. It’s peaceful and feels more like “real Bali” rather than a busy tourist spot. Excellent value for money we’d definitely stay again

One small downside was the access road, which can be a bit tricky for taxis to navigate, this could definitely be improved.

Front doors in guest rooms can be improved. Mosquitos can easily get inside from gaps between doors.

La chambre grande et confortable, la gentillesse du personnel, l'hôtel est très mignon et la plage de sable noire pas très loin est charmante.

Il n'y a pas grand chose autour, il faut un véhicule ou un Taxi pour rejoindre des restaurants par exemple.

Mooie ruime schone kamers met een fijne badkamer en een lekker zwembad. Mooie rustige locatie vlak bij de zee (met zwart strand). Je zit hier lekker rustig vooral tussen de locale bevolking, die allemaal even vriendelijk zijn. Goede prijs kwaliteit. Het ontbijt was ook heel prima.

The place is quiet and secluded from the busy road. It is walking distance to local eateries and beaches . If you like local food, this is a good place to stay. The food at the guest house is freshly prepared and delicious. The pool is nice and clean. Room is super clean and big. I love this place and will surely go back again .

Beautiful little motel. Staff were amazing, very clean and food was delicious although it's a small makeshift kitchen so it takes a while to be made.

Very beautiful and peaceful spot and very friendly and accommodating staff! Food was good too. The rooms and setting was gorgeous. Close access to the beach. Location was perfect for us as we were riding motorbikes across to Lombok, so by having bikes delivered here we avoided the worst of Bali traffic. However if you are staying longer the location may be a bit far. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice fresh location, clean room and nice bathroom. Initial greeting was warm and welcoming with staff helping us with bags. We particularly liked the little table area upstairs to gather with friends and share snacks at the end of the day.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic with orders not being understood and cooking things out of order by cheerful but inexperienced server meant our eggs went cold while waiting for bacon - milk for tea forgotten, husband’s coffee never arrived …it was weird considering it was just the 4 of us but we just laughed as I think the poor guy was still finding his feet.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and super comfortable bed. A nice breakfast was included. Good location for surfing. It's nice and quiet there and only a short ride from several restaurants but you can also have all meals at the hotel if you don't want to go out.

Food was slow to come out, but at least you know that it's prepared fresh. You can see them cooking in the kitchen. Once you realise you just order ahead.

Whatsapp food order was convenience. Peace and quite.

Location was away from busy Ubud.

The location was only really good for the Safari Park. No warung nearby (although the guest house restaurant is amazing) and I wouldn't recommend swimming in the nearby beach.

het ontbijt was heerlijk !!! kamer werd iedere dag schoongemaakt ; zwembad was een must 5 m van mijn kamer !! drink water was gratis !! 4 supermarkten op loopafstand 400 m strand op 300 m . de huis taxi was een must ! ik werd naar Sanur gebracht en opgehaald voor 400,000 roepia . naar vliegveld Deppasar heen en terug 700,000 roepia heen rit was 1,15 m terug ook .

wel een min puntje . ik had een MTB voor 10 dagen kosten €45,00 . helaas deden de achter en voor versnellingen het niet !! dus heb ik HELAAS ook de MTB moeten annuleren ! omdat het best heuvel achtig is in die streek .

It was so new and everything so clean and breakfast was nice too .We had a upstairs room looking over pool

The driveway in is a bit rough it is out of the way but there is suppermarket at end of road we had a moterbike so was easy

They charge 3-4 times the normal price even for the simplest bottle of water in the minibar. No hotel in Bali charges for water like that.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet area. 5 min walk to the beach. The beaches are with black sand and strong waves at this time of the year. Very kind and friendly staff. From Guest House to the Safari Park are 5 minutes away walking.

There are no restaurants nearby. You order food with Grab, if you don't want it from the hotel menu, so you have to wait a long time for it to arrive. There is no exchange office nearby. But that's why you have their driver who can take you by car if you don't have your own motorbike.

The place is impeccable, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, the city was flooded and declared a state of emergency overnight. The water rose to chest height inside the hotel. The manager remained calm and composed, arranging a boat to take guests safely to a dry area where we could catch a taxi to the airport. How did we get there? Through a second-floor balcony! With the help of the hotel staff, we and our luggage managed to get safely—and dry—onto the boat. It was quite an adventure with a happy ending. Thank you!

Almost everything. Beautiful property and sourrondings. Very comfortable bed and shower. Near to the Masceti and Keramas beach for surfing activities. Excellent staff - all of them. Special appreciation to Desy and Koma for their attentiveness, warmth hospitality.

Sítio limpo e calmo, estadia tranquila. Pequeno almoço ok, staff simpático.

Muitos bichos na varanda e no quarto, chegaram a entrar lagartixas. Ouvia-se todo o barulho do quarto ao lado. Os empregados podiam ser mais solícitos a dar dicas visto ser uma zona com pouca coisa. Por exemplo fui a restaurantes que ofereciam shuttle e não nos foi passada essa informação.

Room is exceptional with a calm vibe around the property. Hotel has a restaurant which helps tremendously since there is commerce around.

Skvělý poměr cena/výkon. Vše bylo skvělé, včetně snídaně v ceně. Milý personál, který nám se vším vyšel vstříc. A pěkný bazén! Děkujeme.:)

Ne až tak nelíbilo, ale příště bychom preferovali ubytování přímo v Keramas. V okolí hotelu toho příliš není a musíte někam často popojíždět po hlavní rušné silnici. Při našem dvoudenním pobytu nám to ale nevadilo.:)

This is a comfortable, friendly, low-key lodge with a fine pool in an attractive courtyard. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. As one would expect at a small establishement, the breakfst choices are limited but adequate, as are the selections for other meals. There is not much to do around the local area--the local beach has nothing to commend it--so transport is necessary if you want to get out and about. For dining locally, we can recomend Warong Legong, which offers a free shuttle service.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Atmosphere is very kind, great place to take a rest. Area is quiet, and there is a lot of nature around. Quality of service and conditions in apartment are perfect. Highly recommend!

Pentru mine a fost vorba de story of my life. Desy și Komang știu asfa. Nu pot explica sau detalia ce mi-a plăcut, pentru că totul a fost fascinant. Tot staff-ul, Made, Komang, Kadek, Koming, Dodik și ceilalți pe care, cu scuzele de rigoare i-am uitat, sunt oameni buni, sinceri și extremi de simpli. Iubesc Bali, va fi casa mea in viitor. Vă las să descoperiți tot ce e mai frumos.. Plaja, foarte aproape, Safari Bali foarte aproape.

Nu mi-a plăcut...hai că glumesc. Totul e minunat.

The property is relative new so no mold etc. well Maintained and located in a quiet area but close to the beach. I all guests were respectful and quiet. Maybe the AC needs checked more often and clean the filter not only the blades. The staff was wonderful , helpful and well taking care of all my needs.

The rooms and pool were beautiful. The location was really good. We were three minutes from the beautiful black sand Cucukan Beach and it was convenient to Bali Safari Park. What was most lovely was the charming, helpful staff and the menu choices. We really enjoyed he breakfast and lunch meals.

People were so kind, the food was delicious, the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

This is a hidden gem, close to everything still away from the noise inside the nature. The staff is super nice and professional, they are always a step ahead, and Desy makes sure that everything runs smoothly at every time. The pool is clean and nice to swim, the room is soaceous, well equipped and super clean, the food is amazing and delicious. This was my home away home and I will come back soon for sure.

Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr schön insbesondere das Bad. Es gibt einen tollen Pool, abends sehr schön und entspannt. Das Personal war hervorragend. Motorräder kann man sehr gut ausleihen und damit konnte man gut zu Attraktionen hinkommen.

Na twee weken reizen door Indonesië is dit onze eerste review, omdat deze mensen en plek het verdient! Een kleinschalige accommodatie, perfecte kamers, super schoon en heerlijk tot rust komen. Ook het eten savonds en het ontbijt zijn zeer aan te raden, alles vers en met veel liefde gemaakt.

Massive value for money. Most comfortable place we have stayed in while visiting Bali. The staff were so polite and happy. Food was very well presented. Best place we have stayed in yet the least expensive, too. We are so lucky to experience this place before it becomes very busy.

Het is een heerlijk verblijf met fantastisch eten! Hele aardige mensen die je heel graag helpen en. Er zit een supermarkt dichtbij, op loopafstand. Strand is ook op loopafstand. Ik zou dit verblijf aanraden als je op reis bent door Bali !
