كل شي فيه حلو موقعه نظافته حسن تعامل الموظفين جميعهم الريحة الحلوة اللي في كل مكان تمشي في الفندق تشمها حتى موقعه كان في النص قريب من كل شي

The breakfast was good.

Before coming to the hotel, i sent a message making some requests. It was unfortunately not fulfilled which was disappointing. Also, i reported a defective shower in my room that took multiple notifications to finally get addressed. I am happy that i was called and i appreciated that but want to see if the hotel can do something better for me for the future.

The location of the hotel was good.

The car park is very tight and very difficult to maneuver in. There was a problem with the door bell, it was ringing every few hours during the night and when i was getting up to check there was no one there.

اعجبني تعامل المدير المناوب بالفتره الصباحيه في حسن استقبال الشكوى ومحاولة تعويضي بغرفه افضل او تعديل الحجز على مكان اخر

المكان من الداخل مخالف للصور المعروضه ولايوجد اي اهتمام بالغرفه او دورة المياه كأنك حاجز شقق مفروشه وليش فندق بعلامه تجاريه معروفه

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Jeddah Plaza and found it to be an average experience. I wouldn't rate it as a true 4-star hotel, but it's definitely better than a typical 3-star property. One of my biggest disappointments was that Booking.com advertised the hotel as having a spa and massage centre. Unfortunately, I was told these facilities have been closed for over a year, yet they are still listed online. This was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so it was frustrating. The rooms are also quite outdated and could definitely benefit from refurbishment. They are clean enough, but they don't reflect the standard you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The shower pressure was mediocre. It was usable, but I expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Another surprise was that there were no weighing scales anywhere in the hotel. I was informed that Radisson Blu has changed its policy and no longer provides them. Considering many guests are international travellers with airline baggage weight limits, this seems like an unnecessary inconvenience. The front desk staff were polite and efficient, although quite matter-of-fact. On the other hand, the rest of the hotel staff were superb—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made a positive difference to the stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly limited. If you're expecting a full continental breakfast with a wide variety of options, you may be disappointed. Overall, the hotel is comfortable enough, but the outdated rooms, inaccurate information about its facilities, the lack of some basic traveller conveniences, and the limited breakfast make it difficult to recommend as a genuine 4-star experience.

Spa was closed for good and didn't have any scales for weighing baggage had to repack at the airport

A bit old

I came in early so i got an early check in and an upgrade. Friendly staff clean room and facilities. I was invited to a wedding at the hotel Hall beautiful venue!

Old furniture and not really clean

It was clean, everything about the place is just so perfect , the members of staff Subuhanallah they were spectacular Very helpful , shout to the guy at the reception can’t remember his name now, they took all my request into consideration, as I did not understand Arabic helped with my taxi and stuff It was an experience I will love to have again and going forward I will book radisson blu and even recommend to people just cos of this one experience Thank you to the radisson blu plaza Jeddah team Ohhh and the chef Omg every food slapped I mean tasted great

Nice room, clean and ver spacious

Outside on the front door, there was an official sign from the government or hotel assocation saying ' This establishment is closed due to viaolation of tourisim rules.' This was very strange. But inside the hotel were friendly staff and they said this was temporary. I didnt understand why the sign said the hotel was closed but they were still accepting bookings from Booking . com. The pool on the 2nd floor was refreshing. The restaurant served very good food to our liking although they were missing many dishes stated in the Menu. RED FLAG!

Nothing but the location

The parking spaces were small and somewhat inconvenient. Some of the staff members were not professional in their interactions. We booked a room for two guests, but only one set of amenities was provided in the room. In addition, it was difficult to reach the reception desk at night, as we had to call several times before receiving a response. On the positive side, the breakfast menu was good, and both the swimming pool and gym were clean and well-maintained. Overall, the facilities were enjoyable, but the service quality and attention to guest needs could be improved.

The food was great and the staff responsive.

Compared to other Radisson Blu hotels this one is a bit shabby and has few areas outside your room in which to hang out. In the lobby it was quite grotty and had old furniture.

الموقع سئ وعدد المواقف قليل جداً بالنسبه لفندق السجاد في الغرف يحتاج تنظيف الكنب القماش كله بقع

اتساخ الغرفه بالاضافه لضعف شطاف الماء وتسريب المياه الكثيف بجوار مدهل الغرفه وتم الابلاغ اكثر من مراا

Location and value for money

In the higher floors, water pressure was weak and unstable. The floor is a bit dusty.
