No HWS. This should be stated on the description prior to booking. The bedroom lights do not work - urgent fix required. Request for 1000 php deposit. Not stated in description. WIFI stopped working after just 2 days there. We left early on the 4th day there due to unsuitably.

AC filters were dirty. A lot of small cockroaches literally everywhere. Place was a little dusty. Furnishings need to be cleaned and maintained well. Toilet needs to be cleaned better. Light in the bedroom needs to be replaced. Ants everywhere. Hallway smelled like cat poop, literally there was cat poop in the hallway. And also I dont think the rugs were ever cleaned. They smell so dusty.

- the owner took a deposit on the spot in cash which was unannounced, and was a real pain to get back as an international transaction - there is only cold water in the shower! really unpleasant - the check-in process was very complicated and it was difficult to find staff, key, etc - the window looks to a quite dodgy area where dogs barking all night. Also, location is far form centre, and the whole area is gated, you literally need to take a grab everywhere, including shopping, atm, etc etc - the property just needs some care in several small details that adds up quite much. Corners were dirty, there was some smell in the kitchen, some wall cover was broken

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026I like how comfortable the place is, also for the people in the area like staffs/securities that are approachable. I also like the aesthetic vibes it gives and the host is approachable also when I have questions since it's my first time booking.
What I didn't like is only that the internet signal is weak/poor or losing connection sometimes, but overall it's good.

I’ve experienced power outage for couples of hours which i needed to go as I’m working from home. It was the first time it happened in the whole community. It’s not the fault of the owner but it’s just that i’m so unlucky to experience it.

Communication was terrible. We did not realise it was a private rental and had to use Facebook to arrange for access. When we finally got access, the key was not in the lockbox and owner had to come to let us in.

Reviewed May 2, 2025AC in the room and in the living room. A big enough dining table. Microwave oven. Well appointed room with big cabinets and a full length mirror. The bathroom has shower amenities ie. shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap.
No toilet paper. Table napkins were place instead. No hot and cold shower.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2025I had a really comfortable stay here! The place had everything I needed for a short vacation, and the location was super convenient. It is close to the gate, pool, and playground. The wifi was fast, and the TV was great for winding down in the evening. Overall, a hassle-free and enjoyable stay! Would definitely come back.
I had to park outside the subdivision since there were no available spots.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2024We liked the location of the property. We have always stayed in Arezzo but in other units. This unit is nicely appointed. We loved that there is an AC in the room and in the living room. And that the TV is big. Internet is slow though. The kitchen is nice but could use a microwave oven as it is more likely we order delivery rather than cook. The bathroom is also nice. It could use a bidet also and maybe some liquid soap for washing hands. We liked the small key vault in the unit so it was easy to get the keys.
Points to improve: New sofa, microwave, bidet, hand soap. It would also be nice if fees for pets are waived since the attraction of booking here is that it is pet friendly. The couch probably needs to be changed as one can feel the metal when you sit.
