الشقة في قرية هادئة ونظيفة جدا مطلة على الجبال غرفة المعيشة من الزجاج تعطي اطلالة رائعة والمطبخ متكامل وبالخارج جلسات كانت الإقامة ممتعة واستجمام يعيدا عن ازعجاج المركبات.. الوصول الى قرية ريدرالب بالتلفريك ب10فرانك صعودا و10 نزول

J'aurais souhaité recevoir des informations concernant le pass des installations et le dépôt des bagages (casiers, local, ...) avant mon départ ainsi que des suggestions de balades dans l'appartement (dénivelés, niveau de difficulté).

Fantastische Aussicht

De locatie en het uitzicht vanaf het mooie grote balkon. Het was een schitterend appartement, maar het week af van de verwachtingen.

De boeking was voor 4 volwassenen en er zouden 2 slaapkamers met 2 badkamers zijn. Helaas was er 1 badkamer en een extra toilet met wasbak.

Es war einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung, Der Blick auf die Berge beim Frühstück und die Ausstattung, die wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. W-LAN war vorhanden, obwohl es in der Beschreibung hieß kein Internet. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir konnten das Länderspiel Schweiz-Deutschland nicht anschauen weil die Beschreibung zur Bedienung des Fernsehers nicht wirklich geholfen hat. Dafür hat es mit den DVD`s geklappt.

The beds were too firm for us

We loved everything about the apartment and will come again, even if you need to take the cable car. The views are exceptional and there is a small Coop at the cable car where you will find everything you need.

Super Appartment, hat sogar Sachen für Fondue, Raclette oder Fonduechinoise gehabt.

Walk distance from the cable car, 15 min, can be tricky to handle with heavy luggage

Great view. Terrific location.

The location is really nice, in a quiet place and with beautiful panoramic view over the mountains. The apartment has all the amenities needed and is very well equipped. Interior design is beautiful and feels cozy and warm. A pleasure to spend time in the apartment.

We stayed 2 nights and the whole experience was negative. When we entered the apartment, it was extremely dirty with all the towels and bed linen on the floor, things thrown all around the house, everything in the kitchen dirty, etc. Fortunately we reached out to the managing team who confirmed that the apartment was not cleaned before our arrival. Insisting we couldn't sleep there (literally all bed linen was dirty on the floor), we were offered an alternative place to sleep over the night (only reason I'm giving 3 stars) and were promised a partial refund. The new apartment was definitely not something we would have booked in the first place but we were happy we had somewhere to sleep considering it was past 10pm already. We were able to move back to the booked apartment the next day after it was cleaned. All in all, this meant a lot of discomfort, stress, a lot of time spent discussing, unpacking and packing things, moving all luggage back and forth both days. Although we were promised a partial refund at least for the price difference between the apartment booked and the other cheaper one, once we left the premise, no partial refund given and nobody replied anymore neither via WhatsApp nor via booking.com messages. I'm surprised by this low quality service considering that the price paid is one of the highest around Europe.
