The hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location in Koregaon Park is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and other attractions. The overall ambiance, facilities, and service exceeded my expectations for the price.

Nothing significant to complain about. My stay was comfortable and pleasant overall.

The helpful staff and lovely quiet cul-du-sac were accompanied by clean and cheerful premises. The team leader Bharath was perfectly helpful and always had a genuine smile for the guests.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber.

Es gab keine Lüftungsanlanlage und kein Insektennetz beim Fenster. Lüften war daher kaum möglich. Es gab 7 Mosquitos in meinem Zimmer. Es gab kein heißes Wasser. Das Personal ist zwar sehr höflich, sagte aber zu jeglichen Anfragen "nein". Da hilft einem dann die Höflichkeit auch nicht viel.

The rooms are beautiful and have that „swedish interioor style“. The Location is Fantastic quiet, Green, peaceful. The staff were super friendly.

The location was in the heart of Koregaon Park which is one of the most happening localities in Pune. Breakfast was wonderful with limited but good selection of food and eggs to order. All the staff team members were really warm and courteous. Very helpful and forthcoming in their hospitality in it entirety. This was my first ever stay with a Bloom Property and I sure was pleasantly surprised and impressed with what they are doing brilliantly with their boutique chain of hotels across the country it seem. Absolutely a pleasure staying with them in Koregaon Park Pune. The whole feel was like a decent well equipped hotel in Manhattan New York.

Everything was good, can't complain about anything. The property of course isn't a star property however, the staff makes you feel at home during your stay and you can't ask for anything more when you have nice hospitality team ready to help in the best way they can. They are surely way better than IBIS & Ginger chain.

Die Rezeption. Einige Mitarbeiter waren sehr überfordert. Ein zweiter Zimmerschlüssel wurde beim Einchecken abgelehnt. Zahlung mit Masterkarte hat nicht geklappt. 6500 Rps pro Nacht sind zuviel für die Qualität des Zimmers und des Hauses.

Modernes, gut gelegenes Hotel, für eine Nacht super. In Laufnähe gibt es viele Restaurants, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig.

Das Bad war nicht richtig sauber und das Zimmer nicht so gut ausgestattet (Bsp nur ein Handtuch für zwei Personen) Man konnte zwar über die App alles nachbestellen, aber nur einzeln und es wir dann natürlich immer Trinkgeld erwartet. Grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber wir hatten irgendwann einfach kein Kleingeld mehr.

As a solo female traveller I felt they took good care of me. Very helpful re changing room as I didn't feel super safe in the original room. It's in a lovely part of Pune. Very leafy and calm

Very ordinary hotel with basic amenities /facilities. Didn’t provide any reason to stay for 6 nights hence made our minds up within 2 hrs of checking in at 18:30 hrs that it wasn’t upto our standard & checked out early morning next day by 8am.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The lack of communication!! Terrible. Met with the hotel manager More and gave him the feed back. The large windows are not secure, there is no way to lock it from inside. The front door chain lock is not fitted correctly and can be easily opened from outside. The safety vault is not secured to the wall of the wooden cabinet and moves. I was given a room that had a leaking faucet which shows there is no internal quality sanity checks before assignment of the rooms. I was given a better and bigger room after i complained.

The pictures don't tell the reality. They have to do a better job cleaning the rooms. And if you want a coffee with your breakfast, forget it!

Hot water heater should be better configured to provide immediate hot water instead of waiting for 15-20 min

The location is the best part and the people working there. There is a group of young men trying to help and to fix all issues.

The breakfast was included in my reservation, but there is no coffee. If you insist, they give you one, but you have to pay extra! I had warm water in the shower only one day out of the four days I stayed there.

Room is absolutely clean- which is most important. Interiors are modern. Staff are very cordial. All basic stuff in the room eg water, toiletries etc are provided.

Only thing I think they can improve is replace their TVs with Smart TVs.

The washroom floor is 1 feet higher than room, its very difficult to climb. When I compalin they tried to fix it by providing some cement brick to reduce climing height I find it not safe, so i checkout 30mins after checking in Still I would say if its noy a problem for anyone, hotel is clean and staff is supportive, they tried to privide their best support

Annoying and lengthy check-in process for staying just one night, not being offered any food or drinks in the cafe when sitting there for one whole hour, no mosquito net.

Paid for night 18th Nov. when we were staying with friends. Could not resolve cancellation issue with property or booking..com. I believe it was an issue that could have been sensibly and easily resolved instead of handballed between parties with no satisfactory resolution for the client.

Washroom had such bad odour and when asked for room freshner, it never came. In the name of sustainability, do not enforce on customers: no polythene bags in dustbins (a first!), plastic water bottles given initially but then asked for refill (like what!) Toilet seats were just pathetic and I mean PATHETICALLY Stained. No lifts for guests and the passage passes through dining area.

Beds are shifty as they are light.

The location was very convenient as it is close to the airport and there were a lot of shops conveniently close by. The surroundings of the location was very green and clean. Room was very clean and tidy with an en-suite which were both very good size. The room had good amount of lighting options from bright to low which suited for every need, I liked the fact that complimentary water, drinks and snacks were provided and that a common fridge was available to keep your perishables during your stay. There is always someone available to address anything you need.

The window did not have any mosquito net on it therefore we could not leave the window open for some fresh breeze as on the first night we accidentally let a lot of mosquitoes in by opening the window. The breakfast buffet had very limited options and was expensive for what was offered. It was nice that the staff were happy to make fresh dishes as what was left out on the buffet was stale and dry. It would have been nice to have some fresh milk or UHT milk available rather than the milk powder sachets which just end spilling everywhere or just clump up in the coffee.
