Alaa Eldein Pyramids View

The location was excellent, close to the Sphinx Gate and surrounded by a wide range of restaurants. Breakfast was generous, filling, and a great way to start the day on the rooftop terrace. Staff were very helpful.

The facilities were good overall, although there were some issues with the air conditioning not working.

الفندق ده رابع مره انزل فيه و كل مره بنبسط اوي لكن مرادي الاوضه مش نضيفه و ريحه الحمام وحشه اوي و الملايات و الفوط مش نضيفه بس هو عموما فندق كويس بس معرفش ليه مرادي كانت تجربه مش احسن حاجه

Я розчарована. Сніданок - це пустий круасан + джем і 1 шматочок сиру. По-друге, я забула карточну на рецепції і з неї пробували стягнути гроші. Я заблокувала її одразу, якийсь головний менеджер потім попросив у мене вибачення, але це було максимально неприємно та підло. Ти шукаєш готель, щоб відчувати безпеку, а натомість тебе хочуть обікрасти. Так, можливо, то попалися такі працівники рецепції, але все ж ця ситуація дуже погіршила сприйняття готелю.

يجب وضع لافتات واضحه للفندق لان الفندق داخل زقاق ومن الصعب العثور على اسم الفندق بين اشحار الموحوده في الزقاق واللافته صغيره جدا ومدخل الفندق سيء جدا في الطابق الارضي يجب الاعتناء به ووضع اناره حديثه واثاث حديث

الفندق قريب جدا من بوابة الدخول الى الاهرامات وابو الهول والنظافة جيدة والطاقم لطيف جدا

الانترنت ضعيف ولا يوجد مستلزمات في الغرف مثل مراية وكاسات كرتون وماء

فريق الفندق متعاون جدا، والفندق في موقع ممتاز قريب من أبو الهول

الرائحه حول الفندق سيئه للغايه بسبب وجود احصنه ورائحه الروث وعدم نظافه الشارع مرافق الغرفه في منتهى السوء الحمام سيء لابعد درجه التلاجه غير نظيفة الغرفه بها رائحة سيىة لايوجد اسانسير لا اعرف كيف قرأت التقيمات عن الفندق انه فندق رائع ولم اجد اي شيء من الروعه الفوط حالتها مزريه لا يوجد خدمه تنظيف الغرف ثلاث ايام اطلب منهم تنظيف الغرفه لا احد يستجيب

The location of the hotel

The hotel offered good value for money. It's located very close to the entrance of the Pyramids of Giza. Cleanliness was decent, maybe not perfect, but definitely good enough for me. There is also a shared rooftop lounge with a nice view of the Great Pyramid.

I was slightly overcharged; about 10% more than the price listed on Booking. That said, the rate still felt fair for the service provided. I assume it was just rounded up to the nearest 100 EGP. As for the surrounding area, it's quite messy and poorly maintained. There's garbage in the streets and a strong smell of horse manure throughout. To be fair, this isn't the hotel's fault, but I wanted to share the full picture for future visitors.

Location and amazing staff

Very close to the sphinx entry and staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was super clean and tidy. Also the entrance is labelled Aladdin hotel next to the shop.

The shower was a bit finicky to get hot water working, but we got there in the end.

The room is not clean i even found some shaved hair on the walls of the toilet, so disgusting

The hotel has a really great location, and you can see one of the pyramids from their balcony, which is a great area to relax and observe the life of Egyptians. If you want to see all three pyramids, I recommended having lunch in the pizza hut that is around the corner and you can take the picture of the Sphinx and the pyramids right there, while having some lunch or dinner. Back to the hotel, the staff is really friendly. They will do their best to make you stay comfortable. The good thing is you can always use Google translate when you want to explain things to them. The hotel offer you tours, and they are cheaper and more flexible in stops that those you find in Viator or Getyourguide. So if you haven't booked any tours when you reached the hotel, you can always negotiate with Yousef (the manager) the things you want to see and do and he will make sure you get a fair price for it. Overall our stay was great, the breakfast was a bit heavy for us, as is something traditional for them, but we have them a few suggestions. And last thing, they are very respectful, so if you want room service, you need to ask for it directly, otherwise they are not going to get inside your room. So make sure to tell them you want the room clean when you leave the premises. We at some point lost our key in the room, and had to ask for the spare key, and they were very chill about it. So yeah, they are very nice and helpful.

The bathroom of our room needed a curtain to separate. But it was clean, pretty and in very good condition.

I really appreciated the hotel's focus on hygiene, cleanliness, and overall calm atmosphere during my 6-day stay. These aspects significantly contributed to my positive experience.

Excellent property and very convenient to Vist the Pyramid in Egypt. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time.😊

It was a really enjoyable experience. I recommend the place. I was in the heart of the pyramids. Everyone here is helpful and the accommodation is very friendly. The place is clean and quiet. Sitting on the roof relaxes the nerves, and the view of the Pyramid of Khufu is a magician of horses and camels. I strongly recommend camping in the desert and dinner in the heart of the desert. The place is really quiet and wonderful, and very close to the pyramids. The hotel staff are friendly and always work to help, and the financial compensation is fair. There are some simple things to make the place excellent and there is continuous development in the place. I think in the next visit I will find everything perfect. I loved Egypt.
