Reviewed Aug 13, 2026العاملون كانوا لطفاء للغاية وكانوا يستجيبون لطلباتنا سريعا .الحجرة نظيفة و المكان هادئ ..حمام السباحة كبير ودافئ طوال النهار والليل ومفتوح 24 ساعة - الإفطار في حديقة الفندق جيدا جدا .
-موقع الفندق علي bookings يقول ان هناك مطاعم بالفندق ..وهذا غير صحيح لان الفندق نفسه ليس به مطعم واحد وكل المطاعم موجودة خارجة وعلي بعد عشر دقائق او ربع ساعة بالسيارة . - حجزنا غرفة ثلاثية في البداية ولما وصلنا كان التكييف فبها سيئا فترك ابني الفندق و لم يرغب في البقاء حتي يجدوا لنا غرفة اخري .بعد تركه الفندق طلبت حجرة مزدوجة لي ولابنتي وانتقلنا اليها بعد نصف ساعة من وصولنا في الساعة الثانية ظهرا . و لكن موظف الاستقبال ذكر لنا اننا لن نستطيع استرداد فرق القيمة بين الغرفتين لان bookings حصلت علي عمولتها ( لم أعرف ما العلاقة خصوصا انني دفعت cash عند وصولي وقمت بعمل check --in قبل الوقت المحدد لانتهائه(اي في السادسة من مساء نفس اليوم) .ضايقني هذا الامر ولكني لم اتناقش فيه لاني كنت مرهقة وفضلت ان أقدم هذه الملاحظة علي التطبيق للتأكد من مدي صحتها . - الحجرة التي انتقلنا اليها كانت ممتازة في كل شئ ماعدا التكييف ايضا الذي كان يصدر في بعض الأوقات طنينا ملحوظا ( أيقظنا من النوم في أثناء الليل) ...اعتقد انه بدون إصلاح التكييفات سييفقد هذا المكان قسما هاما من زبائنه ..فقد فكرت في بداية وصولي ان احدد الزيارة للمكان بسبب الهدوء الذي احتاجه ولكن سوء التكييفات جعلني أتراجع وقد تحدثت في هذا الامر بالفعل مع موظف الاستقبال و وعد بحلها .

Estrema lentezza per la colazione (che parte dalle 8.00 ma ti arriva alle 8.30) che se ti vengono a prendere per i tour è problematico. Gli spazi comuni non sono pulitissimi, la stanza vecchiotta, ma nel complesso il personale è accogliente.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Het ontbijt was zeker voldoende. Het hotel ligt wat meer achterin zodat je minder last hebt van de drukke baan. Het hotel is niet erg bekend bij de chauffeurs waardoor ze vaak te laat waren.
We waren met drie er was een plooibed extra in de kamer gezet. De kastdeur hing maar half vast en in de badkamer was er geen kastje aanwezig.,

Indeed, everything in this property were bad, starting from the breakfast which should be open buffet as advertised on booking.com, it was bad food served by lazy members of staff, not clean, always occupied on their mobile phones for example, when you want cup of team you have to go to the kitchen and ask them, and the worst thing was the flies, the garden was full of flies, we had to cover chees by tissue to avoid flies, the hotel got a monkey in the garden (chained to tree), they feed it in the place and they left the food waste and animal waste in the place and the flies gattered on this mess. It was awful breakfast.

Хотя вход отель находится у шумной дороги, к номерам нужно немного пройти, что создаёт тишину и комфорт. Кровать удобная, нам спалось отлично! Бассейн чистый.накрывают его плёнкой на ночь от пыли и песка. Но для нас был холодным) Познакомились с местным парнем- обезьянка Бондо!😃 очень классный! Завтраки каждый день одинаковые, но сытные и вкусные. Расположение: если хотите прогуляться до пирамид- идеально. 40-50 мин.пешком и вы на месте. Так же недалеко находится GEM- большой музей. Просто погулять в районе отеля негде.

Il n'y rien que je n'ai pas apprécié, le petit déjeuner était copieux, le personnel très agréable et disponible, la jeune fille de la réception est adorable.. Ce qui pourrait être appréciable serait d'avoir un mini bar fourni dans la chambre avec quelques boissons et snacks à grignoter. .

Номера очень компактные, мебель дешёвая, местами облупленная. Звукоизоляция номеров отсутствует, слышно всё, никакой романтики.

Навязчивость персонала с экскурсиями. При заселении номер был грязный, волосы на полу, пыль на мебели. За все время проживания (3ночи) не убирались ни разу. Несколько раз приходилось самим просить выдать туалетную бумагу. По номеру бегали муравьи из ванной и ещё какая то живность. Очень долгое ожидание в ресторане, ощущение, что заказывают доставку, так как делают фри, бургер и коктейль почти час. Вечером включают очень громко музыку, были с ребенком сложно было уснуть. Интернета по сути нет, ужасная связь.

The property did not live up to its name. The only place you can see some of the pyramid was at the top of an old building where we had to pay for breakfast.

The Manager spent 6 hours calling my room and trying to convince me to pay for a tour. Last day he told us breakfast isnt included because we are leaving. But for a tip he will get breakfast. Then proceeded to give us stale bread and old yogurt.( the prior two days the breakfast was amazing). Flithy pool.

El personal molt amable i t’ajuda en tot el que necessitis. Esta ubicat molt aprop de les piramides de Giza en cotxe. Molt bona relació qualitat i preu.
El lavabo no estava net, es la única cosa negativa.

La camera dove abbiamo dormito era al 3° piano senza ascensore, in pratica sulla terrazza del tetto, non attico, sia chiaro. Sicuramente il panorama era stupendo, con vista sulle piramidi.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025Hôtel plutôt correct pour le tarif. Personnel agréable, à l'écoute et réactif à nos demandes pour la chambre et parking. Emplacement idéal pour les pyramides, 5mn en voiture.
La rapidité du service au petit déjeuner et bord de piscine. Et les coupures d'eau , obligés d'aller à plusieurs reprises à l'accueil signaler que plus d'eau courante ( salle de bain)....rétablies à chaque fois en 5 mn max 30mn.

El hotel está en una calle principal de coches ( carretera) por lo que se escucha el ruido en la habitación de arriba. Son 3 pisos sin ascensair hasta la habitación de la azotea. La puerta no cerraba, tuvo que venir el carpintero pero lo arreglaron sin problema. Alrededor no hay nada, taxi para todo.
