Very cute place, pictures make the pool area seem larger than it is.

Staff were not super friendly/overly eager to help or offer recommendations.

The calm, very well restored, awesome breakfast, nice swimming pool, incredible bed and sheets, and the panoramic terrace.

The restaurant is home made, with good products, but a bit too expensive, in regard to the quantities. The bar closes at 6pm and only reopen after the restaurant closes. A bit sad to not enjoy a drink at the sunset.

Emplacement parfait pour rayonner dans la région. Le principal atout de cet hôtel réside dans sa situation au calme où nous avons pu profiter du silence. Très belle vue sur Noto. Environnement paysager superbe. Très belle chambre, spacieuse à la décoration simple et de bon goût. Personnel attentif, cordial et disponible.

Des peignoirs synthétique pas du tout adapté à la chaleur de l'été même si les chambres sont parfaitement climatisées.

La struttura è molto bella così come anche la piscina..fantastica.. con una bella vista su noto.. Colazione normale. Cena in struttura top di alta qualità. Il personale si è reso molto gentile e disponibile quando ho richiesto di poter cambiare camera in quanto in quella assegnata vi era troppa umidità e cattivo odore. La disponibilità è stata immediata

Soggiorno davvero piacevole. Struttura curata, pulita e immersa nel verde. Bellissima la piscina, ideale per rilassarsi. Personale gentile e disponibile, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Unica nota negativa, lo snack bar offre una scelta un po’ limitata.

Location was amazing, 5min drive to Noto, the facility is beautiful, amazing pool and views, very relaxing. Amazing breakfast. Just beautiful facility and buildings.

Le lieu est vraiment charmant, c’est calme et paisible. La vue sur Noto est incroyable de jour comme de nuit. La piscine est très bien aussi. Les chambres sont bien équipées et propres. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon et varié.

Colazione ottima e varia, posizione ideale a 8 minuti di auto dal centro storico, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Un posto incantevole da consigliare agli amici e dove torneremo volentieri in caso di un futuro viaggio in Sicilia

Struttura nel complesso molto carina. Se non si vuole stare nel centro di Noto ma appena fuori è una soluzione molto comoda. Personale molto gentile. Presente una piscina anche se piccola.

Ci è stata data la camera per disabili, nulla da ridire ma il bagno e la doccia troppo scomodi. L'unica vera cosa che non ci è piaciuto sono gli orari di check-in/checkout. Checkout entro le 10, troppo presto per permettere di accedere alla camera solo alle 4 del pomeriggio.

La struttura è favolosa, anche la posizione, peccato per i servizi che sono stati deludenti.

La camera non era pulita bene,il ristorante non ha soddisfatto le aspettative e il servizio bar davvero non all'altezza

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni, ci siamo trovati benissimo, segnalo in particolar modo la cucina dello chef veramente eccezionale e la gentilezza dello staff, in particolare Giada. Posto e vista incantevole per chi vuole trovarsi in un oasi di pace lontano dalla città.

Tutto perfetto , relax assoluto. La riconferma di ogni anno.

Perfecte ligging, mooi zicht op Noto maar heerlijk rustig, dichtbij het strand. De kamer was ruim, netjes en schoon. Bedden liggen heerlijk. Heel fijn zwembad met een goed onderhouden perseel. Fijne ligbedden met parasols. Ontbijt was goed, elke ochtend vers brood, croisants, cake, vleeswaren, kaas, geklutst eitje. Koffie, thee, sapjes. Personeel is vriendelijk (receptie, schoonmaak, ontbijt personeel, restaurant. Echt iedereen). Wij werder goed en professioneel ontvangen en rondgeleid. Je kunt de auto veilig parkeren op de parkeerplaats van het hotel. Dit is een prachtige plek! Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

Voor het avondeten is er wat weinig keuze op de kaart. Maar wat je ook besteld, het is lekker!

La chambre collée au bar où on manque un peu d’intimité. Le petit déjeuner moyen et peu de quantité si on arrivait pas tôt il n’y avait plus grande chose à manger notamment les œufs et les fruits.

Struttura molto bella e curata, con ambienti piacevoli e un’atmosfera rilassante. Le terme e le piscine offrono un’esperienza davvero gradevole.

La colazione è stata al di sotto delle aspettative e dovrebbe sicuramente essere migliorata. Inoltre, desidero segnalare il comportamento poco professionale dell’addetto alla piscina. Durante il nostro soggiorno, mentre stavamo parlando a voce molto bassa e senza disturbare nessuno, siamo stati richiamati in modo ingiustificato, mentre ad altri ospiti presenti nella stessa area, che parlavano a un volume maggiore, non è stato detto nulla. Questo atteggiamento ci ha fatto sentire trattati diversamente e ha lasciato una sensazione molto negativa. Mi auguro che la struttura possa prestare maggiore attenzione alla professionalità e all’equità del comportamento del proprio personale.

Decisamente la posizione molto vicina a Noto e la vista meravigliosa sulla città.

La poca gentilezza dello staff a colazione, avendo la stanza adiacente alla sala colazione lo staff non si è curato di fare attenzione al tono della voce e siamo stati svegliati alle 7.15. Avendolo fatto notare, la mattina seguente, dopo aver dato il numero della stanza lo staff non ha neanche salutato. Inoltre la colazione descritta come fantastica, era molto ad di sotto delle aspettative.

La colazione ottima con prodotti di qualita' la piscina bellissima silenzio e relax assoluto posizione fantastica vicino anche al centro di Noto e per visitare altri paesi. Le camere spaziose e confortevoli

Lovely building, setting and pool. Breakfast was decent too. Very cute cats by the poolside bar. Close to Noto which is lovely. Shame there aren’t many other decent places within easy reach though.

The food we tried for lunch (just the once) was really poor for the price. €10 for each dish which is fine but what came out was appalling in quality. Caprese salad for €10 with just half of a piece of mozzarella(!), and unripe tomatoes (the kind you’d expect from a supermarket). €10 for a plate of very plain grilled aubergine and courgette, no seasoning. Hardly the Italian passion for food I’d expect. Never ate there again Also prices of drinks were overly high such that barely anyone uses the pool side bar. A real pity. Staff were fine but could be a bit friendlier I thought. A little cold. Oh and music at breakfast; the last thing you need whilst waking up over a coffee is Italian pop music at ear splitting volume! Had to take breakfast out to the garden to escape it some mornings!

Très joli hôtel situé dans un endroit calme et magnifique nature, à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de Noto. Nous y avons séjourné quatre jours avec nos deux filles et avons passé un excellent moment. La chambre était très propre et donnait sur une cour intérieure, avec une agréable terrasse panoramique offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le personnel était gentil mais assez discret. Le petit-déjeuner était complet. Le coin piscine est magnifique idéal pour se détendre en famille. Un séjour très reposant que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Il aurait été appréciable que les parasols de la piscine soient ouverts, ce qui rendrait l'espace encore plus accueillant et agréable. L'air conditionné de la chambre était également un peu bruyant. Mis à part ces deux détails, tout était très bien.

J’y suis allée il y a 3 ans et j’avais adoré Les points positifs : la literie, la proximite de Noto et des plages

Aucun accueil à notre arrivée : on se débrouille avec ses bagages et il a fallu demander les serviettes de piscine Il a fallu vérifier le Check out car la note était fausse . On nous a rajouté repas et consommation Un petit déjeuner quelconque avec des croissants aigres de la veille . Si vous ne venez pas tôt il faut réclamer à manger . Je trouve que ça s’est beaucoup dégradé en 3 ans . D’ailleurs la note sur booking aussi. Ça aurait du m’alerter Aucun conseils restaurants / visites . C’est bien les seuls alors que la Sicile est si accueillante !

Sehr ruhig gelegen

Personal war sehr unterschiedlich in der Freundlichkeit! Obst zum Frühstück eher knapp und einmal nur Apfel rot und grün. Der diensthabende Mann im Frühstück war sichtlich überfordert. Focaccia hat uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, war leider hart und schmeckte nach Hefe. Daraufhin haben wir immer woanders gegessen.

Posto meraviglioso e tranquillo, posizione ottima per escursioni a città e spiagge. Colazione buona e camera spaziosa.

Tutto bene forse migliorerei l'offerta del cibo a pranzo.

L’emplacement est superbe pour visiter la région de Noto. À 5 minutes de voiture du centre ville. Le coin est très silencieux et entouré d’une belle nature. La piscine était chouette quoiqu’un peu sale. Notre chambre était très agréable, la Clim, l’obscurité et la propreté c’était top. Le petit déjeuner manquait un peu de fraîcheur un matin il n’y avait qu’une salade de pommes alors qu’au bord des routes on voyait des cerises, des pastèques et des abricots qui nous donnaient l’eau à la bouche.

Bémol pour le personnel pas très souriant au petit déjeuner on se sent épier et personne nous propose des extras ou de tester le restaurant. Personne nous adresse la parole ou nous dit bonjour quand on sort le matin. Nous étions mieux habitués dans la région de Palerme. Cela n’a pas gâché notre beau séjour.

Food , breakfast is poor. No good coffee , no fresh juice . Some staff were nice and helpful, some on other hand quite rude .

The staff were very helpful and the accommodation is in a beautiful setting.

There was some confusion with our room on arrival. We then got placed in a new room that had not been fully set up. For example, no kettle and the mini bar was not stocked. This was disappointing for the price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was exactly what we were looking for: peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature. The setting is quiet and serene, with birdsong, beautiful grounds, and a lovely pool that made it easy to unwind and slow down. At the same time, the location is ideal for exploring the area. Noto is only a few minutes away by car, and we were able to visit wonderful wineries and olive oil farms while still returning each day to a tranquil retreat. It offered the perfect balance between relaxation and discovery.

The only aspect that did not quite meet our expectations was the restaurant. The atmosphere is beautiful and very romantic, especially with the tables set outside in the evening. However, after experiencing so many outstanding meals throughout Sicily, we found the food to be good but not exceptional.

Beautiful setting, very peaceful. Pool was great and warm enough to swim on a hot day in May. Breakfast with homemade cakes under the olive tree in the gardens was really special. The staff were very helpful and welcoming to us and our children. We were able to visit beautiful beaches and Noto within a short drive.

A lovely location overlooking Noto. The staff were warm, welcome, and helpful. My room was comfortable and suited my needs. The breakfasts and the one dinner I had were delicious and I loved sitting outside overlooking Noto for my breakfast.

Muy lindo lugar, tranquilo Con una lindisima vista a Noto. De noche todo iluminado. Desayuno espectacular y la atención muy buena. También comimos Muy bien en el restaurante.

Habia 3 gatos. Yo soy alergica a los gatos, al menos tienen que avisar que tienen esos animales. La habitación tenia mucho olor a humedad.

Great location just a few km from Noto. Also easy access to the wine producers in the region. Grounds and room were immaculate. Lovely pool.

Cet établissement n’a aucune sympathie pour ses hôtes, la communication était compliquée aucune réponse en 48h nous avons du les relancer plusieurs fois.

Aucun geste pour ses hôtes, aucune empathie humaine, je vous déconseille d’y loger si vous vous rendez dans le coin passez votre chemin

This is a wonderful property just outside of Noto with a lovey terrace. The staff is so nice and friendly! One of my tires was flat and it was fixed in 10 min. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel. Very peaceful and a perfect end to my week in Sicily.

Freundlichkeit des Personals, die sehr ruhige Lage trotz Nähe zu Noto, liebevolle Restaurierung und Erhalt der Struktur des alten Gutshofes, das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Wenn man etwas „Negatives“ sagen muss: Fußläufig gibt es keine Restaurants. Aber für uns war das okay.

Soggiorno all'insegna del relax in un contesto curato e studiato nei minimi particolari. Da evidenziare l'ottima colazione con dolci della tradizione locale e torte appena sfornate dallo chef e l'accoglienza di Massimo che ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta e fornito tante informazioni utili per il nostro viaggio. Da consigliare!

Beautiful location, staff were very helpful and friendly, the pool was just perfect to relax by and the breakfast every morning was great.

Maybe some citronella candles by the pool to keep the mosquitoes at bay.
