Reviewed Oct 15, 2025La piscina es el punto fuerte del alojamiento, es ENORME y el espacio para estar es muy amplio y bonito, lleno de verde y muy tranquilo por la tardecita. También cuenta con un bar donde hacen cócteles que está al lado de la piscina. La habitación que nos tocó era muy tranquila y tenía unas vistas preciosas a los árboles. El ambiente era muy de verano y la habitación estaba ambientada para que así se sintiera.
En general todo bien.

Me pareció muy malo el café del desayuno, el esto muy bueno. No estaba preparada mi habitación cuando llegué y tuve que esperar unas horas para poder entrar.

The room had a permeating smell of cigarettes, which was so strong it was difficult to sleep. The room would benefit from some deep cleaning. Regarding the pet policy, two things should be noted. First, the €18 fee for a dog is quite steep compared to the room rate. Second, the hotel has a 30 kg weight limit for dogs, but this was only communicated after we had booked. This critical information should be stated upfront to prevent unnecessary stress for guests. Bad coffee. Also: beware of the mosquitoes!

Odeur de renfermé quand on entre dans la chambre, probablement à cause des aérations qui sont peut-être à revoir. En aérant quelques minutes, ça va mieux après. Literie OK, mais matelas un peu trop fermes à notre goût.

Chi ha un cane con se, lo accettano , ma devi pagare 18 euro di supplemento al giorno. Per una cagnolina che abbiamo di appena 3 kg, mi sembra eccessivo. L arredamento della stanza è pulito ma andrebbe rimodernato.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Breakfast was very generous, with lots of options. Location is very convenient to explore the Costa Brava. Hotel has a nice swimming pool.
Upon arrival, we were given a lousy room. Small, extremely basic, really old, and with a fault AC (room #307). This room had nothing to do with the pictures shown on Booking.com. After complaining, we were more to a nice room, with a larger bed and balcony. This (#215) was in line with the pictures and our expectations. Advice: make sure you are given a 'recently redecorated' room. Don't accept the "old" ones.

La habitación necesita una reforma. Las luces no funcionaban bien, unas veces encendian y otras no. El aspecto en general de la habitación no considero que vaya acorde al exterior del hotel. Las puertas antiguas con algun golpe, poca iluminación en la habitación, el espejo del baño estaba estropeado por los bordes faltandole parte de el . Que el baño tenga cortina tampoco nos gustó . Y en el baño habian pelos blancos intuyo que de perro.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025I really liked the staff — very responsive and kind, always trying to help solve problems and fix the situation. This hotel relies on its staff.
At first, we were checked into room 309, which was right next to the elevator, and it was impossible to sleep when someone was using it. We were moved to another room, but it also had its own issues. The bed wasn’t a real double bed — just two single beds pushed together — so either I or my partner would end up falling into the gap in the middle whenever we tried to cuddle at night. In room 319, there was also a terrible sewage smell, and we had to block all the drains in the bathtub, sink, and bidet to stop the stench. On top of that, someone had clearly smoked in the room before us — all the pillows and the mattress reeked of cigarette smoke.

Había un grupo de gente muy ruidosa e irrespetuosa que impedía disfrutar de la tranquilidad habitual. Me fui un día antes por este motivo. En recepción me dijeron que ese grupo no atendía a las peticiones de no molestar al resto de huéspedes, lo que me pareció bastante extraño. La cena es muy mejorable. No merece la pena.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025L'endroit est très joli. C'est propre et bien équipé. Les plats proposés pour le dîner sont assez limités et les boissons, même l'eau, ne sont pas comprises dans la demi pension. Par contre pour le petit déjeuner, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
La literie pour un lit à deux places n'est pas très confortable du fait que ce sont deux petits lits d'une place rapprochés.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025Atención del personal nefasta, llame para pedir una cama de matrimonio ya que iba con una embarazada de 8 meses en la cual por teléfono me comentaron que la habitación seleccionada podía ser pero estaba sujeto a disponibilidad. Llego al alojamiento le comento a la chica de recepción y me dice que imposible que esa habitación seleccionada no se puede poner cama de matrimonio… total nos juntan dos camas pequeñas en la cual una se le notaban los muelles del colchón y nos lo clavábamos. En limpieza abro el armario y me encuentro unas arañas caminando por el estante….

Er was een koelkastje aanwezig maar daar stond niets in. Bed was comfortabel en de kamer was schoon. Ik kwam laat aan en de bar was al dicht, had fijn geweest als er iets te drinken had gestaan in de koelkast.

El buffet de la cena muy malo, no merece lo que cuesta. Además la bebida te la cobran a parte. En la habitación, la ventana del baño cuando la abres se medio cae un trozo que para poder cerrarla tiene que colocar el trozo de madera tú. La tele no funcionaba y nos la tuvieron que cambiar. El armario y las cortinas olían mal, solo 1 mesita de noche para una cama de matrimonio. No volveríamos ni aunque nos lo regalaran.

La habitación, era espaciosa pero la cama, para dos personas, pequeña. El somier era más grande que el colchón. Se escuchaba todo, todo el ruido de afuera. Aunque hayan dos puertas en la habitación se seguía escuchando. Para ser 4s, no lo parece mucho. Porque el inmobiliario era bastante viejo y poco cómodo.

This is NOT a four star hotel. The repairs that have been done to the rooms are very superficial and attack specific areas which gives you walls that are very uneven and yet the infiltration continues. Cork tiles were placed to hide the damage but you see the humidity coming through the cork. The radio on the wall is from 1930! The bathroom was okay but again outdated. The rooms look tired and old, not like the photos. The rooms on the ground floor have lovely patios that hadn’t seen maintenance for a long time. The hotel could place artificial grass to make the areas more beautiful and green instead of whats there. The hotel has air conditioning switched on all day but there is a door missing downstairs and the doors at the entrance are left open. Not environmentally concious at all! The matresses are terrible. We woke up every day with backache. Couches broken, door missing, the gym advertised could not be found.

Al hotel le falta una buena reforma. No hay secador de pelo en las habitaciones. Se podía solicitar en recepción pero ninguno de los dos días tuvimos suerte y ya se lo habían entregado a otros huespedes

La literie , nous avons voulu profiter de l extérieur pour le petit déjeuner et on nous a expliqué qu il fallait avoir un chien pour pouvoir profiter de la terrasse et que nous devions prendre le petit déjeuner dans le bruit à l intérieur , j ai jamais vu cela , c est vraiment dommage surtout qu il y avait beaucoup de table libre sur la terrasse. Du coup, nous avons accélérés le petit déjeuner et nous sommes parti . Les gens autour de nous était très surpris !!!
