Poor cleanliness. The bathroom had lots of build up of dirt and poor maintenance There was a bad smell in the bathroom poor maintenance in the room and around the hotel

It was the worst hotel ever. Door would not lock told staff they said it would be fixed. It took 2 days during that time some of my gear was stolen. Toilet didn't work, shower didn't work properly. Staff put me in another room and it was equally bad. Horrible hotel. Horrible rooms. Should be minus - 5 stars DONT GO NEAR THE DUMP

Air conditioner and internet worked well, I liked the room in general.

door doesn't work well, I can't simply open the door with a white card, last few days it was completely stuck, people in reception didn't helped me well so I had to figure out by myself how to open this door. Also the hot and cold water in the shower doesn't have a stabilizer, so whether it's super cold or super hot, I couldn't take a shower properly, I struggled all the time.

Bref hotel vraiment à ne pas réserver sauve si il ya vraiment plus rien comme hotel à réserver et vaux mieux payé plus cher que donné 1 franc à ce genre de personne qui vous accueil même pas Avec un bienvenu par respect de leur donnée des sous qui feront avancer leur projet. C'est Personne mérite de faire faillite.

Singurul lucru care ne a plăcut a fost ca era destul de aproape de zona turistică. The only thing we like was, we had close to us the tourist spot.

Sunt multe lucruri. 1. Prețul prea mare pentru ce cameră am primit. 2. Mizerie și mucegai în cameră. 3. Nu se schimba prosoapele și lenjeria de pat niciodată. 4. Am primit un wc stricat, a trebuit să chem 3 zile la rând un om de a lor să ne repare wc. 5. Nu ai intimitate și siguranță, s au trezit sa schimbe toate ușile fără motiv și a trebuit sa ne luam toate lucrurile de valoare cu noi 4 zile la rând. 6. Pentru prețul plătit, am primit o cameră total diferită față de ce ni s a arătat pe booking. So, we have a lot of things. 1. The price is too high for what they give us. 2. Very dirty room, they have black spots on bathroom walls. 3. They never change bed linen and towels, if you don’t ask them, they don’t do it. 4. They give us a room with a broke wc, for 3 days we call one guy to fix it many times per day. 5. We don’t had intimacy and insurance, they think about to change all doors exactly when we arrive at hotel, for 4 days, we take all expensive things with us to be sure they don’t steal anything. 6. For the price we pay and what we see on booking, they give us a totally different room.

Att de tar inte hand om hotellet som man ska, ena rummet var ganska bra men den andra var helt möglig och de byte inte den men vi var tvungna att bo sådär. En annan sak var att sista två dagarna de byta alla dörrar och de brydde sig inte att vi var emot det.

Estaba sucísimo, parecía que no habían limpiado el suelo en años. La cadena rota, la manilla de la puerta rota.

Baia cu mucegai. Dușul nu funcționa. Becurile mergeau când și când. Dar cel mai nasol a fost faptul ca în penultima zi au venit să schimbe ușile de la intrare. Deși discutaserăm să aștepte să le schimbe când ajungem la cazare în aproximativ 30 minute și am căzut de acord cu asta. Când ne-am întors de la masă ei erau cu ușa deja spartă și montau alta. Au făcut mizerie ne-au umplut hainele și papucii de praf și moloz. Pe lângă asta au lăsat găuri mari la tocul ușii de putea vedea totul de afară înăuntru și invers. Iar când i-am rugat să astupe au făcut-o superficial. Pe lângă asta 3 seri continuu construiau ceva pe timp de noapte am auzit numa lovituri și bocaneli toată noaptea. Mai punem și faptul ca 2 zile a trebuit sa folosim geamul pe post de usa ca usa nu se prinsese inca bine. Deci 0 intimitate și confort. Clar nu mai revenim la această locație nici o dată în viața asta și nici nu o recomandăm la alții

I want to be clear and factual about my experience. When I arrived, I asked the staff immediately if it was possible to change rooms, specifically because of the visible humidity and mould traces throughout—on the AC, on the walls, and in the bathroom. The staff told me this wasn’t possible and that the hotel was fully booked. After that, I reached out to Booking’s support to initiate a formal process. By the time I was going through that, the air in the room became so difficult to breathe that I had to leave and find another solution. It was only when Booking got involved, and we were about to depart, that the property suddenly offered a new room, citing a last-minute cancellation. In my view, this is simply irresponsible. They shouldn’t list rooms on Booking when they have these issues. I was exhausted, and I had an early flight the next morning, so I spent a huge amount of time trying to fix this. The problem wasn’t just cleanliness—it was the mould, which can genuinely affect your lungs, as you can see in the photos. I strongly urge anyone considering this property to think twice.

They have a really good sitting area in the courtyard. I think that’s the only bit I liked about the hotel.

The toiletries provided were very limited. Water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low. Location-wise, there’s not a lot of restaurants nearby, and it’s a bit of a walk from the city center.

Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich zentral gelegen. Die Altstadt ist in 20 geh Minuten aber auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell erreicht. Wer keine hohen Ansprüche hat und das Hotel wie ich wirklich nur zum schlafen bucht, ist hier preisgünstig aufgehoben. Das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück oder sonstiges zum verzehren an. Allerdings ist gleich im gleichen Gebäude ein Sandwich laden und auch in der Nähe Einkaufsläden und Restaurants.

Renovierungen nach Wasserschaden nur notdürftig durchgeführt worden.

Broken toilet. First room very dirty with mould on walls. Second room no kettle. In the garden space broken water features with no water. A walk way doer full of rubbish that the pile just kept getting bigger as the cleaners would dump bags of rubbish there and it never got entire hole time we were the on arrival. Smashed mirrors all the way into Hotel. Toilet rolls were not topped up once and only one on arrival had to go to shop asked for clean towels twice was not given any hard to each hotel and take some of a clothes rail positions outside. Seems all bedding and towels ar hand washed and left to dry outside in the. Customers. Smoking area

It was calm and nice place

I wasn’t happy with the hygiène they didn’t come For clean up or towels change even after we’ve requested it we stayed for 3 days

* Not a bad location, close to nice sea views (but not very well maintained area around) *For the most part very nice hotel stuff (helped with my suitcase, were polite and friendly) * Affordable price

Dirty, the shower wasn't working properly. I asked to change the room or fix it. I was told around 6pm that someone will come in 1 hour and someone came knocking around 10.30 - 11pm when I was asleep (and not showered after swimming and having an early flight in the morning). Shower room was the dirtiest, with dirty taps and toilet. The bedding was also not very clean with some small hair bits here and there and very old as well. No windows (but you can expect that from an ad). Though, mine had a window to the corridor that was covered with a curtain. But it was not big enough so there was a gap and anyone can look into the room easily 😂 I had to improvise and cover it somehow.

We had a wonderful stay at Mi Boutique Hotel in Antalya. The customer service was excellent and truly made our experience special. We arrived at the hotel at 00:20, and there was a young man at the reception who was extremely friendly and helpful. He even helped us order food through Yemeksepeti, which was very kind and appreciated after our late arrival. The next morning, another staff member was also very helpful. He showed us great hospitality and even took us to a restaurant next door. Our checkout time was at 12:00, but we had some difficulties and asked if it was possible to stay an extra 1–2 hours. We were ready to pay, but he kindly told us that of course we could stay since the room was not booked. We were able to stay two extra hours without any problem. Thank you, Mi Boutique Hotel, for your kindness, great service, and welcoming atmosphere. We really appreciated everything you did for us and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Die sanitären Anlagen könnten mal auf Zack gebracht werden. Dusche könnte mal überarbeitet werden das auch das Wasser aus dem duschkopf kommt und klospühlung ging nicht.

MOLD. Toilet kept running, showers holding on for dear life same with the sink. Most disappointing bathroom I've been in. So much potential. Disappointing.

Staff was extremely nice. The rooms were clean, the common areas were very comfortable. The location was amazing with parking space.

Very thin walls, I could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, the toilet was leaking all the time and there was a humidity issue in one of the rooms.

The place looks alright but once we step our foot to the room there was a stinky smell coming out from the room and couldn't sleep the whole night so decided to move to another hotel

Absolutely nothing. Apart from the staff members. The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. There was mould all over the bathrooms, limescale. The room were contaminated with so much dust.

I certainly wouldn’t call it a boutique hotel. The cleaning wasn’t great - had to clean the skirting boards and edges/corners of the bathroom myself 🥴 The ground floor rooms I looked in all smelt of sewage (including my own) which was very off putting - reception just said to open a window, but clearly there is a problem with the drains as this has been mentioned by previous guests! I even bought bleach for the drains to try mask the smell. Hotel generally tired - works being carried out in the internal outside seating area and tools left on the tables, including a sharp kitchen knife and Stanley blade etc 😳 Not very health & safety!! During the 5 days I was there, I don’t think my room was cleaned once, nor towels or anything else replenished. Had to ask for everything, including drinking water.

I have stayed before and loved it so much it's why I booked again. I just love the uniqueness of the building as the 'garden' rooms around the terrace look and feel like lite self-contained chalets. The interior design of the place amd rooms is exceptional and very arty. Above all, what makes thos place so superior is the amazing owner Suleyman and his remarkable staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are all so kind and helpful. The location is great with stunning views at the end of the road. It is peaceful and quiet. The historic tram.is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel entrance and takes you into town very cheeply. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and market stores close by. I have been coming to Antalya for 13 years now and stayed in many hotels and this is by far the best one I have ever stayed in. You have total privacy and peace at this hotel and noone bothers you, it's perfect for solo travellers like myself or couples The cleaners are exceptional and so helpful, they move around quietly and discretely and will help with anything you need. I can't fault this hotel. Just wonderful.

When I booked the hotel, I was given a visibly unclean room with mosquitoes and other bugs in it. The bathroom was mouldy and smelly. The next day the room was changed by a helpful member of staff.

I had a wonderful stay at Mi hotel. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms are spotless, well designed, and very cozy, which made my stay really relaxing.The staff are extremely kind, respectful, and helpful,always smiling and ready to assist with anything you need.You truly feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. The location is also great, close to cafés, restaurants, and everything you might need. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel is calm and quiet, perfect for resting. Overall, MI Hotel exceeded my expectations. Amazing service, great cleanliness, and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya 🌴✨

Отель расположен ниже уровня грунта под многоэтажным домом. Технические элементы в номере просят хорошего мастера. Болтающийся в раковине водопроводный кран, атпадающая панель спуска унитаза и тд.

Рядом остановка исторического трамвая, который двинется в сторону большого пляжа с остановками в старом городе Анталии и торговых бутиках. В шаговой доступности большой прогулочный парк с прекрасным видом на море, хорошие кафе и рестораны для всех уровней финансовых возможностей. Очень удобно, что в шаговой доступности остановки всех маршрутов городского транспорта, которые позволяют поехать в любой район города.

1. В описании не указано, что отель является больше пансионом (не имеет сертификата как hotel) 2. Не указано, что отель расположен на минус первом этаже, что часть номеров имеют окна не на улицу, а в общий закрытый коридор (!) 3. В рукомойнике не предусмотрена горячая вода. В душе вода еле тёплая, напор воды не большой. Требуется ремонт переключателя воды с душа на шланг лейки, т.к. вола идёт сразу с этих двух точек. Т.е. просто ополоснуть себя не получится - душ намочит тебя с головы до ног… 4. Необходимо обратить внимание на то, что если вы выбрали номер для не курящих, то смог от сигарет курящих в соседнем номере будет заполнять весь ваш номер (система вентиляции сквозная на все номера…). В номерах разрешено курить !!! 5. Зимой и когда не слишком жарко, в номерах очень холодно . В каждом номере кондиционер. Но в какой-то момент он перестаёт удерживать поставленную температуру. Кроме этого, от сухого воздуха могут быть проблемы с дыханием . 6. Необходимо быть крайне аккуратными при выходе из номера на открытую общую территорию застеленную гладкой скользкой плиткой: при попадании воды, большая опасность поскользнуться и получить травму !!!! ( это и когда моют полы, и когда дождь, или когда вы будите в мокром купальнике… детей надо держать за руку). Это опасно как зимой так и летом. Резиновые коврики для безопасности не расселены. 6. Необходимо учесть, что если у вас проблемы с переносом тяжелых вещей, то в отеле не предусмотрены спуски для чемоданов и нет лифта (вход/выход только по крутым скользким ступенькам, и достаточно высок). 6. Воду (2 бутылочки) ставят в номер Только при заселении, при том что кулера с питьевой водой на общей территории нет - это нарушение требований турецкого законодательства . (Мне давали воду при просьбе , но один раз отказали, сказали оплачивать….) 7. В номерах есть или комары или что то ещё (появились следы укусов как укусы комора - на лице и руках) 8.
