Staff are extremely flexible to allow early check-in and late checkout. In addition to regular breakfast, they also provide late super (congee, dumping,etc.). When we checked out, I received a small gift from the reception.

Not anything to complain really. Just for information - if coming from Europe, you might need electricity adapter in this hotel - at least I didn't find any suitable socket to plug in my camera's charger. No problems with charging the phone.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2025I started staying at Atour for this trip in China. Every atour’s service is exceptional! The facilities are nice and clean, very new, and they do pay a lot of attention to their customer service.
I wish Atour could start accepting international international cards such as American Express.
