EL DESAYUNO ES EXCELENTE. Lo mas importante es la atención de las personas en el mismo. Muy atentas y cordiales.

Hay un poco de ruido por los carros, las motos y motoratones que pasan frente al hotel a bastante velocidad. Algo habrá que hacer con la Unidad del Tránsito del Municipio.

El colchón estaba un poco duro, entonces no fue tan cómodo. No tenia aire acondicionado sino ventilador y prefiero el aire acondicionado, le falta una nevera mini bar.

Me encantó el hotel. Tiene muy buena ubicación, excelente servicio y excelentes instalaciones. Definitivamente volveremos.

El personal es super amable, atentos a los detalles. Los cocteles del bar estaban increibles, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. El desayuno delicioso. Sin duda fue una estancia muy especial. El sr. William, el dueño, es muy amable y cercano. El trato del personal y cada experiencia vivida fue de primera. Nos fuimos muy contentos y agradecidos.

JR Boutique Hotel in Jardín is an absolute gem and easily the finest place to stay in Colombia’s coffee region (maybe in all of South America!). It is also perfectly located just three blocks from the main square, close enough to walk anywhere in minutes but far enough away to feel peaceful and removed from the bustle of town. What truly elevates the experience is the hospitality. The owner, William, is one of the kindest and most gracious hosts you will ever meet. He goes out of his way to make every guest feel personally welcomed and well taken care of. His English is perfect (if that matters for international travelers), which makes communication effortless, and his warmth and attentiveness set the tone for the entire stay. The rooms are spectacular, with doors that open directly onto balconies overlooking the dramatic mountains of Colombia’s coffee country. Waking up to those sweeping views, the fresh mountain air, and the peaceful surroundings is unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, beauty, and exceptional hospitality, JR Boutique Hotel is truly top-tier. We were torn between two hotels when reviewing TripAdvisor, but when we arrived it was clear we made the right choice!

Los elementos para el aseo personal (jabones, champú, acondicionador y crema de manos) no van con la categoría boutique del hotel. Deben ser de mejor calidad.

El desayuno muy bien La ubicación un poco retirado del centro, y la vista de la montaña preciosa, aunque el estadio al frente la opaca un poco

Todo, el hotel está muy bien ubicado lejos del ruido pero como a 5 minutos de la plaza principal, es un hotel acogedor, el personal que te atiende es muy amable, las camas son muy cómodas y el desayuno muy completo y rico

Me encantó la hospitalidad del personal, la apertura a ayudarnos siempre. El hotel es hermoso y muestra el empuje de la región y la pertenencia que tienen por la misma.

Desgraciadamente si no se prende el regulador de olores del baño, se siente el olor a la cañeria, normal de un pueblo en desarrollo.

All of the staff were very friendly and professional, always willing to help and provide us with a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were excellent and the food very healthy and tasty. Any service that we needed staff were more than willing to provide!

At times, the Internet (WiFi) service was down and I had to use my iPhone for a Hotspot.

Isabella at the front desk was so helpful in booking tours, restaurants and other transportation. Nothing was too much for her. So very grateful. The hotel is on a busy road so traffic noise was was only minor complaint. The breakfast was also very good.

My west facing room on the 8th floor boasted a commanding view of the soccer stadium, the city, and the mountains beyond. This hotel for me will be a top choice should I ever return to this beautiful city.

check in was simple. The staff was friendly and helpful. The server at breakfast was also very pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience. We felt very comfortable at this hotel. It truly was a boutique experience and I would highly recommend this place.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights, and we absolutely loved it. The hotel feels fresh and impeccably clean, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond. They were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. And the breakfast was delicious with a elegant presentation. The location is ideal. Close enough to walk to the Central Park, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The hotel’s design reminded us of some of the more fancy hotels we’ve stayed in European, but with the charm of a mountain village. It was the perfect get-away for us.

Our WiFi was a little spotty in the room, but I think it was because where our room was and we were able to enjoy fast internet in lobby and also where they served our breakfast.

It was a perfect stay. The hotel are new, clean and the services were very personal and warm. The room is big and the location is nice. The owner speaks English which really helps. He arranged everything for us.

I have to start by saying how helpful was the staff and the team. They manage to get a room with a view for our last night. We enjoy the breakfast on the 3rd floor, and attention to details. Truly recommend. Small note : next to the hotel there is a nice shop where they sell the beer from a cute grand ma’- take a look ! :)

Our stay at this home was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, reflecting their attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. One of the highlights of our experience was their flexibility in allowing us to extend our check-out time free of charge—such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The free breakfast was outstanding! Freshly squeezed orange juice, strong coffee brewed perfectly (just how I like it), and the best calentao I've ever had in the Eje Cafetero. It was the perfect way to start our mornings. A special thanks to the manager/owner, William, and his amazing team for their exceptional hospitality. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Can't wait to return!

It’s probably the best hotel in Jardin with all the amenities you’d expect in a nice hotel by Western standards including bath robes, coffee, hair dryer, etc. We are glad we stayed here! Love that it’s pet friendly! The breakfast buffet was superb!

Would be nice if pets require a refundable deposit vs an additional fee! A mini fridge and safe in the rooms would be nice as well!

We met the owner (who grew up in Jardin) of the hotel and he was super helpful in organizing our next step with local insights and contacts. He recommended his favourites restaurants and things to do while in Jardin. We would definitely come back!

Lovely top notch spot to stay in Jardin. Perfectly located a few blocks from the plaza, so more quiet and intimate while being very easy to walk around town. The hotel is newer, lovely, with the details attended to in terms of style and decoration and very comfortable accommodations. The hotel team is exceptional—charming, attentive and professional.

Really can’t think of anything!

This was a genuine boutique hotel taken out of any major international city and dropped into the beautiful town of Jardin. Rose and William have created an absolute gem here. More impressive than the physical building was the sense of purpose and happiness in the staff. Check in was a joy. And when I went to park the car in the secure facility the reception team were already asking about our stay, how they can help, and proudly talking about the owners. We will go back!

There was nothing that we did not like about this location. We really could not fault it.
