Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Great apartment hotel. Really great, I have stayed here for the umpteenth time and always maximum satisfaction. The price is a bit higher, but you get above-standard accommodation of 180 m2. Many rooms, many beds, bathrooms, dining room, equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, TV..... Everything functional, clean, well-maintained. Beds comfortable, clean, beautiful. The kitchen is also clean, everything functional, nice dishes, sufficient quantity for cooking and serving. Large and beautiful dining room. The refrigerator is really big, freezer too. A big bonus is the microwave for quick heating of food. I also tried the washing machine, it works, it washes well. There is enough storage space everywhere even for a really big family. WiFi is strong even for playing movies. Each room has its own router. It had no outages. What is breathtaking and absolutely beautiful is the balcony and the view from the balcony. The sunset from this balcony is one of the most beautiful in the world. I didn't mind the traffic on the nearby main road at all, on the contrary, I enjoyed watching it. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. They go out of their way to accommodate their guests in everything, are interested in their satisfaction, respond immediately and solve any problems. There was no kitchen necessary supply like, drinking water, coffee, tea bags, tissue .. etc.

I would especially like to thank Aya at the reception for her professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome. She was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. A very special thanks also goes to Saber, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Whenever I needed anything, he was always quick to assist with a positive attitude and genuine willingness to help. His excellent service truly made my stay even more comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again!

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026الفندق جميل جدًا، ويتمتع بموقع رائع. منظر غروب الشمس من الشرفة لا يُنسى. لقد أقمت هنا عدة مرات، ودائمًا ما أختار هذا الفندق المميز. الغرف واسعة ونظيفة ومجهزة بأحدث التجهيزات. كل شيء عملي. المطبخ مجهز بالكامل، ويحتوي على موقد، وثلاجة كبيرة مع فريزر، وأطباق، وأدوات مائدة، وقدور، وميكروويف، وغلاية. حتى أن هناك غسالة ملابس ولوح كي. كما يوجد مجفف ملابس في الشرفة. الموظفون لطفاء ومتعاونون للغاية. يتواجد الأمن باستمرار أمام المبنى. مهما احتجت، يلبي الموظفون طلبك فورًا. أفضل الموظفين هي الآنسة آيات، سيدة لطيفة ومتعاونة. تجد حلًا فوريًا لأي مشكلة. تسعى جاهدة لإرضاء النزلاء في كل شيء. سأقيم هنا مرة أخرى بالتأكيد. شكرًا لكم على كل شيء

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Very beautiful hotel. I have stayed here for the several times. And always completely satisfied. The apartment is really very big, spacious. The equipment of the apartment is great, everything works, the furniture is like new, not damaged. The kitchen is equipped with basic equipment, everything is clean. The whole apartment is very beautiful and clean. The building is guarded by security outside, so you have a great feeling of safety. This time I was accommodated on the 4th floor and from the balcony there was a really beautiful view of the city. I am very, very satisfied, I am not looking for other accommodation in Cairo and I will not look for it. I would like to mention the manager Ayat. She is an amazing woman, very helpful. She tries to accommodate in everything, she fulfills every request. She is very nice, really. Her care takes this amazing hotel to another level. Thank you, Ayat and thank you to all the staff. If you are looking for beautiful accommodation at a high level and in a nice location, definitely try the Lotus Hotel. You will definitely not regret it.

I booked this property assuming it was a 3-bedroom flat, but upon arrival I was given a ground-floor studio located at the back of the building. During 3 of the 6 nights I stayed there, the doorbell rang at around 1 am, leading to interrupted, anxious, and uncomfortable sleep throughout most of my stay. I texted the owner but received no response. When I spoke to security, I was given a different excuse each time. Very disappointing experience overall, and I would not recommend staying there.

Poor location, no Wi-Fi at all , only half roll of toilet paper in the entire apartment , not enough towel , no, welcome drink only small bottle of water, no Wi-Fi definitely no TV.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Velice krásný hotel a velmi krásné ubytování. Veliké pokoje, opravdu nadstandardní. Čisté, vybavené kuchyní a pračkou. Vše v naprostém pořádku. Pan Marco, který mě ubytoval byl velice milý a ochotný. Během pobytu se opakovaně informoval přes WhatsApp, jak jsem s ubytováním spokojená, ihned reagoval. Před hotelem je trvale sluzby security, která zajišťuje bezpečnost. Byla jsem naprosto nadšená a spokojená. Určitě se ještě moc ráda vrátím.

En Booking.com ponia que se podia elegir entre 1 o 2 camas y cuando ya habiamos hecho la reserva poniendo 1 cama y pagado Sin derecho a rembolso, dijeron que 2 camas. No sabemos si eso es un error de booking o del propietario. No estaba muy limpio, tuvimos que pedir que nos trajeran toallas y hasta papel higiénico que no había. No había ni un poco de lavavajillas. El sofá bastante sucio Un bajo sin ninguna luz

El apartamento está muy bien, es muy amplio (ya me gustaría que mi casa fuese así 😅) y está muy bien situado, la zona es muy tranquila, alejada del bullicio de El Cairo. Las dos veces que hemos estado en El Cairo nos hemos alojado aquí.
Que no tenga número en la puerta (pero vamos, como todas las casa de Egipto, pero Marco salió nada más decirle que habíamos llegado y nos guío rápidamente al apartamento.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2025The Property is really clean and Spacious, it has everything you need for your stay, with each apartment having it’s own Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi is great. It has a balcony for each apartments.The staff are very welcoming from security to everyone involved. Rehab city is just 8 minutes away. Lulu hyper market is 6 minutes away, you have Maxim Mall 5 minutes. Opposite the apartment you have Pharmacy, Grocery shop, Crepe cafe, Coffe shop, and Mahmout Mandi. Overall I will go back again and again.
It’s on the bypass road therefore busy road at night, but quieter during mornings.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2025The first of all the existing pictures are identical to reality 😊The apartment is very clean, beautiful and spacious 😊 It has 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a large balcony and a large balcony and it's hugh the spirit 😊 The building and the elevator have a security system and entry chip and they gave me 2 keys to the apartment which facilitated the process of entry and exit and plenty of parking and nearby a mosque in addition to the proximity of marketing places and supermarkets 😊 The apartment is in the Lotus district and the area is very quiet. 👍 The mattresses are comfortable and smell fragrant and there are small heaters in each room 😊 As for the hosts, brother, a word of honey 😍 I swear by God I felt like I was among my family and the forgetfulness of Madame Ines and her son Ammar Yabrother at the top of the summit in sophistication, handling and sophisticated taste ِThey contacted me almost daily through Whatsapp and asked me if I needed anything or needed anything. For sure i will come again. Special thanks for mr ( Waleed )
