Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Nowy i bardzo czysty obiekt. Dosc duzy basen, wygodny oarking, duzy pokoj, bardzo mily personel, pralki i suszarki z ktorych mozna skorzystac (my akurat nie potrzebowalismy, wiec nie ocenie tej uslugi, ale bylo chyba na kazdym pietrze specjalne pomieszczenie)
Jedyne co wymagaloby poprawy, to dodanie parasoli przy basenie. My bylismy tylko 1 noc przed zwiedzanie Kennedy Space Center, wiec malo korzystalismy, ale slonce mocno przygrzewalo i wlasciwie ciezko bylo wytrzymac przy basenie.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026We booked this hotel at the last minute after a change of plans, when the hotel we originally had booked at nearby did not meet our expectations. My daughter and I were very happy that they were able to accommodate us on such short notice. The staff were welcoming and made our stay a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to coming back in the future!

Was naar verwachting.

There was no coffee pot in the room, just the lid to the missing pot. There were no “hot” cups, just cold cups. There was no soap in the shower. The carpet in the hall near elevator (3rd floor) was very dirty. Seemed like the desk was not manned all the time either.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Not ready to accomodate many guests, 1 elevator broken, had to take the stairs, didn't have sheets for sofa bed, no more laundry soap to sell, was told to go to Walgreens, long lines for breakfast, if you are planning staying over before a cruise, this hotel can be fully booked and can't handle it.

La qualité du matelas du canapé lit pour nos enfants ( adolescents) était un peu juste.

The door to my room was so poorly hung that I found it difficult to unlatch the deadbolt or open the door, I had to shove it with my shoulder or pull hard from the inside. If the contractors could not even hang a door right, what else did they miss?

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Christian was so friendly and helpful. He was patient and listened. He actually wanted to interact with us and did it very professionally. The lady in the kitchen was smiling, saying hi, a ray of sunshine. She did such a good job presenting the foods and gave us many choices. She kept cleaning and interacting with the dinners.
My bathroom was not as clean as I would have wanted or expected. Toilet needed attention where the lid meets the porceline at the clamps. It had old dust too in areas that should have been dusted or at least cleaned each change over.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The property was nice and clean. We had an issue with our room when we first arrived. We spoke to the front desk person on duty and he was extremely helpful and switched our room for another that was clean.
We weren’t happy that only one of the two elevators were working. The elevators were slow and there were many people waiting at a time to use it.

Had 2 elevators but only one was working. Hotel was crowded and took forever to get an elevator. Took stairs every time as elevator was always packed and had to wait three or four times for the elevator to be empty enough to get on. Breakfast was a bad experience as food was gone as soon as as she put it out. Waffle batter was so thick it would not come out of the spout kept getting clogged Went to eat at McDonald’s instead. Needed more employees in breakfast area to help out.

The place is definitely overrated. This is not a 5 star place, rather a 3 to 4 star hotel. The blinds were damaged in our room in 6th floor, so we had to keep them down all the time.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026I would like to give employee Jenny a high five for customer service! My daughter was overjoyed by finding mini figures (turtle, duck, astronaut) hidden around the hotel. We saw Jenny adding a small mushroom figure and she admitted it was she who was hiding them because she enjoyed seeing the kids find them! The hot breakfast was very good each day! Thank you! Also loved that this was a new hotel and everything was fresh.
I didn’t like that they only clean your room if requested. Also, the bathroom floor was dirty when we checked in, especially behind the bathroom door. I threw my dirty towels behind the door so hopefully they will see the grunge when they clean the room. One elevator was broken so it took forever to get up and down.
