Room was large with beautiful decor Real Coffee Machine and real milk in a mini fridge Bedding top of the range Staff all very friendly and helpful. Evening meal and breakfast extremely good. Hotel looked after our bags while we went to Conwy Overall a fab place

No proper resident lounge. Very aware ward to open door to room. Shower door very stiff and heavy. Hotel looked tired in places. Rip in leather restaurant seat. Dirty stair well and carpet. No parking.

Very little to dislike- everything was perfect- just a little feedback. We stayed in the Beach room- a truly lovely room, just could do with a shelf of some sort in the bathroom by the sink. There is nowhere to put toothbrushes, etc… otherwise it’s is absolutely perfect. Breakfast great- but lots of people are very health conscious and want a better choice of yoghurt, nuts, seeds, dried fruits as well as fresh fruit, honey etc… Perhaps a slightly extended healthy choice options? We truly enjoyed our stay- you really have created a beautiful atmosphere in the hotel and we will definitely be back. Thank you to the wonderful staff on Tuesday evening- you coped very well with the very unruly members of our family party- on their behalf- I apologize!! You were all brilliant. Nice hotel , spacious bedroom and bathroom, good choice of menu in the restaurant with friendly staff.

There is no parking at the property and it is difficult loading and unloading the luggage. There is a car park near by.

Good location being in the centre of the village Light and spacious bedroom with comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom Good breakfast

Noisy position. My bedroom was right over the bar and next to the Main Street. The first night it was very noisy in the bar until 1145 pm. 5.30 in the morning bin lorry arrived tipping rubbish and lots of empty bottles into it. Very noisy. Step into bath shower was very slippy. Extractor fan didn’t work. No tissues provided, maybe a detail but should have been considering the room price Parking restricted

Food and staff were very good. Pleasant table service and exceptional breakfast with the same amount of excellent service from all the staff who care about the venue

The stairs to bedrooms are very narrow and steep. We have an old dog who found them hard to negotiate as we did! There are no ground floor bedrooms .

Beautiful hotel, amazing room but for the price we paid ( £532 for 2 nights) I would have expected some extra little touches like robes and slippers in our room. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious, a big downside of the hotel is that there is no onsite parking so we had to drive around the side roads to locate a space before carrying our luggage in.( when we checked in and mentioned this the guy on check in said “ no parking spaces because I had the last one “ - not helpful! There is a car park a few streets away at a charge of around £12 a day. The beach is beautiful and only a few minutes walk away but unbelievably dogs are allowed to roam free on there and we witnessed dogs not only urinating but also defecating on there which is absolutely disgusting! Breakfast was wonderful and the staff we interacted with were friendly and polite. On check out there was no one at the small check in/out area which seemed a shame, it would have been nice if someone had asked if we had enjoyed our stay.

No parking Maybe guests could have a small discount when dining in the restaurant Dogs in the bar, beer garden, even when people were eating in the bar area, hard luck if you’re not a dog lover !

Everything! Delightful well equipped rooms including the bed and bowls for the dog in our daughter’s room. We really appreciated the early morning “pre breakfast” left at our doors.

Great location and despite there being no on-site parking we found off road & car park parking no problem m. We had an ocean view from the top floor - very lovely room nicely appointed.

Our room was very noisy at night due to proximity to pub across the road which spilled out onto the street over the weekend. Also quite noisy early morning due to deliveries etc. Had to open windows due to heatwave. Consequently I didn't get a lot of sleep ... although my husband slept through it all. Also lack of parking needs some thought & forward planning using apps to pay car park at 8am each morning.

Dog friendly. Good vegan breakfast Loved the pre- breakfast coffee and croissants so you could have that, walk the dog then come back in time for a cooked breakfast. Nice seaside decor, pale wood and wicker. 5 minute walk down to the sea. Bar, postoffice and a couple of shops on the same road. Fish and chips and takeaway pizza places for cheaper evening meals Lovely!

The blinds weren't dark enough to shut out the early morning light so sleep mask essential.

Every member of staff was super attentive and pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, the room was wonderful. A really brilliant stay, thank you.

It's a great hotel . Clean and tidy shame there is no parking . We did know that but read the hotel can sort parking if you need it but they can't. It's either pay and display car park or park in a side street of you are lucky enough to get a spot . The breakfast was brilliant especially the granola. More than just full English on offer and excellent quality pastries. .

A great stay with a lovely room. Unfortunately, we were unable to make breakfast as we had to leave very early each morning. However, the staff kindly prepared a breakfast tray for our room the evening before, which worked extremely well and was very much appreciated. We were only disappointed to miss out on experiencing the hotel's breakfast offering, which looked excellent. If you are planning to stay, I would highly recommend booking a table in the restaurant before you arrive, as it is very popular and well worth a visit.

The only downside for us was the lack of free on-site parking. However, there is some adjacent on-street parking available, and a pay-and-display car park is just a couple of minutes' walk away, so it wasn't a major issue.

Loved the decor!! Beautiful nautical feel to the place. Little added touch of fresh coffee and croissants brought up to room at 8am followed by a gorgeous breakfast with no delay.

It’s a lovely hotel, the team were very welcoming, and went out of their way to help us with our dog which was lovely.

It doesn’t have any parking, but that can’t be helped! We had organised a breakfast tray for early morning so that we could get to our Ferry, but the coffees never arrived.

This is a beautiful place to stay, relax and enjoy. It is very tastefully decorated throughout which makes you want to spend time there. The location is also only a 5 min walk to the beach. The beach house room is big and gorgeous with a slight view of the sea.

This is being really picky...shower tray was very slippery when in use and also no shelves in bathroom to put belongings Also if you can't get parked on the street the only option is an expensive pay and display car park across the road

Absolutely great ,could not fault anything at all ,would highly recommend. Food was superb, great breakfast.

We had a problem checking in ,I booked through Booking.com ,but the hotel didn't have my correct email, This was not the hotel problem, for some reason booking.com had a scrambled email address!!! It was sorted eventually. Parking could be a problem after the 15th May outside the hotel, as its only one hour street parking. Luckily we were there before this date, there is a pay and display round the corner

The Staff are lovely. There is attention to every detail. Fresh milk & water daily. We love the quirky decor. Proximity to the ocean. Great local restaurants.

The Sandy Mount far exceeded our expectations. Absolutely stunning since it has been done up. The staff are lovely and we appreciated the extra little touches that made the stay feel special. The rooms are beautiful and the bath was stunning. We really enjoyed the vegetarian breakfast.

The room was sweltering hot as you couldn't turn the heating down. There was a fan provided and we opened the windows but it was still very warm. Otherwise everything was perfect.
