Comfy beds for Thailand, AC good and not too cold/powerful. Very friendly staff who will help you with transfers/motobikes etc. Water filter available.

Very noisy from the street and hard to sleep. Birds kept in cages should be freed :)

Great location, a close walk to lovely restaurants and cafes. Rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was super comfy. There was no noise from outside, the staff were lovely and there was a hairdryer which is a bonus. you can hire bikes here for a great price too! i got engaged to my girlfriend at koh lanta and this was a lovely hotel to stay in for this :)

Really brilliant place to stay and amazing value for money. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the lady at the front desk’s name but she was wonderful and so friendly! Everything was so clean and well organised Very close to long beach and a short drive from Saladan.

Ree was welcoming as soon as I arrived, always with a smile on her face. The room was a decent size and had a balcony. Location is right next to restaurants, clothes washing, 711 and a coworking space. Great value.

L’hôte est absolument adorable et très arrangeante ! Elle a su nous aider pour les excursions, les taxis et même m’accompagner dans une clinique après un petit souci de santé ! Elle parle très bien anglais et est vraiment à l’écoute. Nous sommes à 10 minutes de la plage à pieds ! De bon restos à côté, dédicace au resto Uncle O très bons ! La chambre est grande, le lit confortable vraiment très bien.

The special magic of this place is Ree, the receptionist- she helps you with everything, anything you need. And always with a big smile. The location is great, the rooms are very comfortable. The Wi-Fi works well. I highly recommend this place!

Loved the size of the rooms and cleanliness. Staff are amazing.

I had the room facing the main road so very noisy. But rooms further away from road would be great.

Шум с дороги автотранспорта ,но если день провел насыщено и нервная система в порядке то это не будет мешать крепкому сну))))

Staff were helpful and location was great for the beach and Lyms restaurant just 400m away. Rooms were clean when I arrived, good A/C and lady at front desk helpful. It was cheap and good value for money. Good shower pressure and comfy bed.

Spacious room, good location to Long beach, restaurants & shops. Short drive away to other parts of the Island. The bedroom and bathroom were both really clean. The hosts were very friendly & helped with onwards travel. We rented a scooter from them which was reasonably priced & a good rental bike. We had aircon, a fridge & kettle in our room which we liked. Would recommend staying here!

-My bed was supposed to be a double bed but instead it was 2 mattress put together. When there are 2 people sleeping, that ia inconvenient. -I had an ant invasion, I couldn't keep any food in the room. -The rooms don't have much natural light.

Incredible value for money, clean and you can get motorbike rentals and transit to your next destination all at reception.

We booked this room last minute to extend our stay in Koh Lanta by 1 day and they were very quick to confirm our reservation and allowed us to check in early <3 The owners are really friendly and nice, the room was clean and comfortable, with access to a balcony. For such a price it was fantastic. The AC was working well and the shower had hot water. There are many nice local restaurants around, as well as mini markets (not 7/11). The beach is around 10 mins walk.

Many small bugs/ants inside the room but understandable since it's an island.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic, they are soo cute and happy people! A couple of the ladies have zero English but they are such happy ladies an will do there best to help you with your questions! The wife and husband who run the hotel are so helpful! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Big room...close to beach and shops..very helpful staff

Clean rooms, just like the photos. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with cold aircon, good storage, a drying rack, fridge, kettle, coffee, a table and two chairs and some cutlery which is rare. The host is absolutely wonderful! She is so friendly and helpful. The nearest beach is a 5 min walk. The mini mart and 711 is a 10-15 min walk. Lots of places to eat around.

It’s close to the beach and great restaurants like Uncle-O. It’s a comfy bed. Mind your head going into the bathroom if you stay in number 7.

Really lovely owner and such good price, I extended my stay as it was perfect. I didn’t need the AC as the fan is enough to stay cool

everything is perfect ! i stop here for 5th time ,great for short and long stays ,close to long beach ,about 15 mins walking ,rooms are comfortable and has all necessary stuff ,a lot of cafes and restaurants around ,7-11 is about 15 mins but is not a big deal !

- lovely and helpful owners :) - spacious and clean room, there is small fridge, basic cutlery, glasses and bowl, small table, desk with big mirror and big wardrobe - king size bed :) - motorbike rental possible which is very convenient - few restaurants around and short distance walk to the beach - hairdryer at the reception, just ask for it - two small water bottles every day delivered to the room I stayed there one week and I highly recommend the place :)

Lovely clean room, had utensils as well which was great. The owner was so kind & always had a huge smile on her face. Outside reception is an ATM, as well as tickets for tours etc & motorbike rental. Pretty much everything you need is within this accommodation. Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely time in Koh Lanta.

Excellent location a short walk away from a stunning beach. Very clean, safe, joyful space. Wonderful lady who owns/runs it. Feels like home!

I hav stayed here before and would stay again. Very sweet host, rooms look nice and with new furniture, good location about 5 mins walking to amazing Long Beach, plenty of restaurants nearby. In deluxe room there is a fan that was very quiet and aircon. I don’t like to sleep with aircon, so with fan on it was perfect. Also it was very clean.

The guesthouse is located near the main road, which can be noisy. If you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs. Good value and would definetely stay again.

Staff was very warm and welcoming and gave us everything we needed.

Beds were slightly on the harder side for us personally but depends what kind of beds you like if it’s bad or not.

The owner is lovely, so friendly and helpful. The standard of cleaning was excellent. The property itself is close to the beach. We actually extended our trip by a night because we loved it

The staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. It's extremely clean and had the added bonus of plates, bowls and crockery in the room. There was also a kettle and fridge. We got bottles of water each day. They also organised our transport and ferry to our next destination. Would highly recommend.

Nice, basic accommodations centrally located in Lanta. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. Close walk to Long Beach, scooter rental and everything else available. Staff was very helpful and would stay again.

The host Ree was an absolute delight, always friendly & smiling and making us laugh and smile. She helped us book tours/transport and is knowledgeable about the area. Room is clean, AC works well, even a fridge and some cups etc! Also free drinkable water from a dispenser (no extra plastic bottles is a plus for me) is a very nice touch. Some nice restaurants within walking distance. Location is handy. We did not hear the road from our room. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

We felt that it was really good value for money. And very clean.

We had a few minor problems with ants and the bottoms of the doors aren’t properly sealed a few came in. On one of the days we had about 7 flying ants, we managed to get rid of them and we didn’t have the same problem again and this did not ruin our stay.

Ree is an absolute delight, she made us giggle every time we saw her. The accommodation is spotless and such amazingly good value. We had new bottles of water, toiletries and room cleaned everyday plus there were always clean beach towels and mats available. It’s on a busy road (where we enjoyed sitting watching the world go by) and only 5 minutes from Long Beach. We loved LYM bar there for sunset drinks at the start of our evenings. It was the perfect base for renting a moped from Ree and exploring the island!

Staff/gérant is friendly and helpful. Room is clean, lightning, comfortable enough for a short stay (1 night)... real life on Lanta is outside.

We cannot be angry because it is the high season and all the hotel are full full. Happy to find this pleasant and friendly same hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff! This small hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk across the street from Long & Phra Ae beaches, and is good value. The room was quiet, clean, comfy and had a fridge. There are plenty of very good restaurants nearby.

Everything was great

The location was great, as well as the host.

AC was right next to the bed. So we got sick, but without AC would have been too hot. The bathroom was really old.

Fantastic budget accommodation option just around the corner from Kohub Coworking! The host, Ree, is lovely, warm, and super helpful. I stayed for six weeks in November / December, so Ree gave me the best room in my price category, large enough to lay out my yoga mat, towards the back of the house without any traffic noise, and it even came with its own little balcony. The beach is 5 minutes across the road. Ree also helped me rent a reliable scooter and organized my transportation back to Krabi airport at the end of my stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay and making me feel at home, Ree! See you again next season. 😃

Our host, Ree, was delightful! She was always happy to help. Organised scooters and the transportation to our next destination for us. We had fresh towels, shampoo, coffee and a water boiler as well as a tv (which we didn’t use). There was also a water dispensier and we got little water bottles every morning.

There was no AC, only fan. But wasn’t too hot. Overall we had everything we needed. There was a bit few space to hang stuff though.

Well. My room didn’t look very much like the one in the photo. It was on the ground floor looking at the storage barn so no natural light. I suppose double check with the property if this matters to you

Good location: just a few minutes from the uncrowded Long Beach. If your rooms have a view of the mountains, you will sleep in silence. But the road is not noisy at all. Very kind people - the island girl at the reception and her friends and relatives. It's nice to be with them!

Had a great stay here. Wish we could have stayed longer. Ree was a fantastic host. Helped us with anything we needed, always with a smile. The whole place was clean and only a short walk to the beach, and a 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend.

We loved it so much we cancelled the rest of our plans in Krabi and just stayed here. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you could possibly need. We were able to rent motorbikes from her one day, but you don’t even need them. You can walk to the most beautiful beach and many different restaurants. This was the perfect place to slow down and soak up some sun.
