The decor was nice, and the stuff were very nice and welcoming.

The price is too high for what you get. The beach is muddy and not inviting

Sehr modernes, absolut sauberes Resort mit äußerst aufmerksamen, überaus freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Sehr ruhig und wunderschön gelegen mit direktem Strandzugang. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Abends wurde am Strand ein Lagerfeuer vorbereitet. Dieses konnte man sich auf Anfrage wünschen, was sehr besonders schön war! Wichtig zu wissen: - Die Kaution ist bar zu hinterlegen - Die Schlafcouch ist nicht ausziehbar, bei Bedarf kann ein weiteres Bett gegen Gebühr angefragt werden

Für unsere Kinder musste das Frühstück separat bezahlt werden

We celebrated my wife’s birthday and they accomodated all of my requests. Staffs are friendly and very welcoming. The food is great!

There were a lot of road works and it was very narrow.

We were treated well by the staff, the villa was spacious enough for us, and the overall vibe of the place made our mini vacation a memorable one. We found our go-to place to decompress and relax for a bit. Definitely not our last. 😉

Great place, super new and modern! Villas are spacious and well apportioned. Wifi connectivity can be improved and noting that the sand is dark/blackish but clean.

Very peaceful and relaxing, loved the vibe and the food was great. Loved the massage by their therapist.

Overall, it was relatively good, with a comfortable and pleasant room.

· Access to the hotel turned out to be more difficult than expected due to the lack of proper roads in the region. • The beach has black volcanic sand and dark water. For those who enjoy this, it might be a plus, but it’s not for everyone. • The level of professionalism among the staff, particularly the bar employees, could be improved. • The kitchen and bar frequently ran out of items on the menu, indicating an issue with restocking supplies.

The place was very new so everything was top quality. We stayed at the villas and they were very well organized and clean. The pool was a good size and the beach access was the best part even though the weather wasn't the best for a beach vacation for our group but the manager & staff were very accommodating and kind of spoiled us during our little break. The food was sooo good! Had the best food we've had during our visit to the Philipines! And the hotel was very secure we felt very safe and comfortable (we were a girl of girls only)

Nothing, this was a very good place.

The location was great. The restaurant was surprisingly good, the tapa and the sugba items were particularly enjoyable for eating by the sea but they also had a diverse menu. The staff were really friendly, they helped us out when we pulled up onto the property with a flat tire. The room was huge. They have sunset music and a live singer on saturdays. The pool is clean and we had it to ourselves most of the day. Many of the other guests emerged closer to sunset. The beach is wide and clean. It's a brown sand beach but the architecture of the resort suits it quite well. We had a relaxing weekend and will return, maybe on a weekday so we feel like we have the place to ourselves.

The location is excellent with a beautiful view of the sunset . The villas are elegantly designed and since there are only a few villas, it feels very private and exclusive. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous . Mr Allen, the manager was very attentive and was constantly available for guests needs. We travelled with elderly relatives, one of whom was in a wheelchair I was impressed with the arrangements for wheelchair access including ramps . All in all it was a great holiday and I shall certainly return

More than I could imagine about the qualities of what the villa has, it comes with the wonderful ownership and helpers working for customers to be as VVIP. It was so happy to stay in the villa. I strongly recommend this villa.

Nothing disappointing only one thing the variety of breakfast needs to be little developed comes with providing fruits or vegetables to serve for every different customers needs. ^^

Food taste so good. The location is really like a private function for a family. Quite and a safe location, we really enjoy our stay.

If you are just looking for an aesthetic place, then this is ok.

Customer service is below par, for a so called luxury resort.

The entire experience was extremely satisfactory. The villas were luxuriously and comfortably appointed, the food was consistently delicious and well-prepared, the staff were attentive and courteous, and standard of service was consistently high.

There was nothing not to like in the entire property. The property’s beachfront was always kept clean. However the beach on either side of Tana was littered with trash. This put us off from swimming at the beach. Considering that we were made to pay an environmental usage fee per head upon entering the barangay where the resort was located, where do they possibly use the fees they collect?

The beauty of the place is beyond expectation

F&B needs a lot of improvement. But given that they just opened it was okay. But for the price per night we would have expected at par f&b service.

The service was top of the line which made our experience really exceptional. The manager was very hands on from the time we arrived till the very last minute before we left, and the staff are very friendly and courteous and they knew what we needed before we even asked for it. Superb service!

There was nothing to not like about the property — the place is awesome, its looking luxurious and really pretty on every corner. I love the open space and how airy the place is. Currently, there’s less food option since they just opened recently but hoping to see a wider selection very soon.
