The pillows were a bit soft but could have probably asked for an extra or foam pillow. So this is more on me than the hotel.

no fridge in the suite (useful for baby food / milk) which I would have expected in a family centred hotel. no coffee in the room.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! It is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and looked exactly like the photos. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the hotel — everything felt comfortable, pleasant, and thoughtfully arranged. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would be very happy to stay again.
If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the location. However, since it was my first time in Munich, I think this may have been more about my own confusion than the hotel itself, as I couldn’t quite figure out how to reach it using public transportation.

La stanza é pensata come un ostello quindi con stanze condivise con armadietti singoli chiusi. Nel caso di utilizzo familiare questo é piuttosto scomodo perché mancano mensole per appoggiare oggetti vari e veri armadi dove appendere bene i vestiti. La colazione é valida tuttavia non ha molta scelta per quanto riguarda i cibi dolci: potrebbero aggiungere i pancakes che invece sono a pagamento

The location was excellent, right on the subway and attached to congress centre we wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly.
No chance for a late evening drink, the bar is closed.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Grote ruime luxe kamer gehad. Wij zijn met een gezin van twee volwassenen en vier kinderen. Allemaal sliepen we in onze eigen badstee wat een leuke ervaring was. Het lag comfortabel en ook iedereen bij elkaar mooi uitzicht over het park. Het ontbijt was goed en compleet het personeel zeer vriendelijk behulpzaam en sprak prima Engels. wij verbleven een nacht in dit hotel, want wij waren op doorreis.
De parkeergarage is erg krap en klein. Ook het avondeten was zeer beperkt omdat wij op een maandagavond waren.

La colazione molto buona, la sala sempre ordinata e le pietanze continuamente rifornire. Il quartiere tranquillo, comodo sia per prendere i mezzi pubblici che per cenare.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026We only booked one night as we were passing thru. Location is ok, there is a subway station 10 min walk that can take you to the train station and city center. No buses to center unfortunately. The room looked great, we had all the comfort we wanted for a short 1 day stay. At the end of the room there is a separate corner with a sofa and some tea/coffee/water tools. It feels like a nice relaxing corner and has a separate closing door for more privacy. Breakfast was nice too. The children also liked the car playground at the entrance, unfortunately i did not make a photo .Overall, a great experience, i would definitely stay again here and would recommend for families with children.
We had to pay a 100E warranty tax at check in by credit card and we were told at check out that it was returned...Still after 10 days when i checked accidentally, i saw the money never returned on the card but thankfully after a few messages with the host, we managed to make the banks to act in our favor and the money went back where they belong. Did not bothered me much because I barely noticed it. And I did not mind paying up the tax, i can understand that some of our fellow country citizens can make a bad reputation but still, what happened with the benefit of the doubt? It is not necessarily someone's fault but it did not feel nice to feel being categorized. I have over 30 booking reservations in the past 12 years and never had an issue anywhere in Europe with anyone. Maybe it would be good for booking to implement a system where both properties but also visitors can grade and send feedback...that way, everyone can have a historic and such situations can be avoided more elegantly. But then again, using the dislike box more to provide feedback for Booking that no one reads because i had no real complains. The place is still a 10 though.

Något långt att gå från tågstationen, annars inget stt klaga på.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Die Lage zwischen alten, großen Bäumen am Rande eines Parks war uns ein Segen bei dieser Hitze von über 35°C. Die Klimaanlage sorgte nachts für einen ruhigen Schlaf. Die schalldichten Fenster ließen selbst den Autoverkehr während der rush hour nicht hinein. Das vielseitige Frühstück - ob draußen auf der Terrasse genossen oder drinnen - ließ uns in einen unbeschwerten Arbeitstag starten; die U-Bahn startet nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfbereit. Dieses Hotel steht auf unserer First-to-book-Liste.

It’s not right in the old city but the subway into the city is a quick 5 minute walk. It was not a problem at all with 3 kids.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026וואו איזה מלון מושלם! שידרגו לנו לסוויטה והיה מעולה !!!! חדר שירותים ומקלחת ענקיים. יש חדר שירותים נוסף וזה מושלם עם ילדים. החדרים גדולים. יש חניה מקורה צמוד למלון ואפשר לעלות יש מהחניה במעלית שזה יתרון . האזור ירוק ויפה. יש ממש מתחת למלון מוזיאון וגם פארק ומקום לאכול ולשתות בירה. ארוחת בוקר בדיוק כמו שאנחנו אוהבים עם מבחר ירקטת פירות הכל טרי וטעים.
אהבנו הכל חבל שלא היה לנו יותר זמן

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Utmärkt standard och snygg inredning. Vi hade ett familjerum där man kunde dela av rummet i två rum så barnen fick ett ”eget” rum. Bra läge - nära till tunnelbana så att man snabbt tar sig in till stans centrum och nära en lummig park. Ca 1,5 km promenad från tågstationen.

$14/night parking isn’t great. There really wasn’t anything bad about this place, though. Highly recommend!

When we arrived after being outside in the terrible heat, it was such a pleasant surprise that our room was already cool and comfortable. It made us feel welcome right away. Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Hotel bastante funcional e muito alinhado à descrição. Quartos limpos, novos e o hotel em si é muito agradável. Funcionários bastante prestativos e o café da manhã é espetacular. A localização é OK, porém fica a 5 minutos da estação de metrô, o que facilita muito.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Excellent accomodation, very clean. The bathroom fixtures were of very high quality, and bathroom was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Car Parking was available at a fee. Lots of games for families and children were available in the reception area. My family enjoyed staying at this place with bunk beds. Perfect accomodation for visiting the October Fest.

I would love to see some allergen signs at the breakfast buffet and a lactose free cow milk. Thank you!

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Absolutely beautiful and wonderful hotel. It seemed brand new like we were the first people to ever stay there. Everything was so clean and well kept. I loved the design of the room and it was very well lit and serene. It felt like we were in a tree house. We had a family room and it was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids.

es war am Abend etwas laut mit der Musik im Garten. Uns persönlich hat es nicht gestört, allerdings könnte es für Familien mit Kindern ein wichtiger Hinweis sein.

La colazione si paga a parte, potrebbe essere interessante proporre anche il prezzo da B&B

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Ottimo hotel consigliato, 2 passi dalla metro che ti porta diretto in centro, parcheggio sotterraneo costo €14 al giorno, ci stà, oppure ci sono diversi parcheggi intorno a 10€ al giorno, stanze belle spaziose e moderne, nulla da dire, personale molto professionale, colazione top.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Struttura con bellissimo e confortevole design. La zona è comoda e a portata di Metro. Noi ci siamo stati a Giugno, ma immagino che durante l'Oktoberfest sia affollato e rumoroso, perché proprio di fronte allo spiazzo interessato dalla festa. Comodissimo se si vuole andare alla festa! Siamo stati bene.
Abbiamo trovato della spazzatura non nostra nei cestini del bagno. I materassi un po' morbidi, ma abbiamo comunque dormito bene.

Dass mir die Gebühren für die Tiefgarage erst beim Checkout bekannt gegeben wurden. Beim Einchecken und bei der Reservierung wurden keine anfallende Gebühren angesprochen.

Reviewed May 14, 2026The location was perfect if you are visiting the Octoberfest or Spring festival. We booked the family room that had 6 single beds in bunk bed arrangement. Plenty of power points and USB points. A separate toilet to the bathroom was good. Great value for money.
The room wasnt big and didn't have a separate space with a table.
