Bat Tree Cottages

The cottage is amazing, the room was comfortable, nicely sized bathroom, open kitchen and living space with a comfortable hammock and cute cat.

Tiene unos jardines muy bonitos.

Hay mucho bichos.

Buena relación calidad-precio. Buena ubicación, cocina bien equipada. Agua caliente. Te ayudan con el alquiler de la moto y con el taxi para ir al puerto.

Atención buena, Buena ubicación, La cabaña es espaciosa. Facilidad para alquilar moto.

El baño tenía fugas por lo que siempre estaba mojado. El grifo siempre gotea, haciendo ruido por la noche. No suministran jabon de manos, gel de ducha, o toalla de manos. Al ser una cabaña es ruidosa, especialmente por los animales o la lluvia por la noche. No tiene aire acondicionado, solo ventilador, aunque la temperatura era agradable durante la noche.

Un dels millors llocs on estar-se a Camiguin. Els cottage són amplis, nets, amb cuina ben equipada, el jardí está super ben cuidat... Un plaer allotjar-s'hi. Al final vam estar-nos-hi una setmana i ens hi haguéssim quedat més temps si haguéssim pogut. La persona que ho porta, la Joan, és molt amable i resolutiva. Els cottage estan a Agoho, un poblet prop de Mambajao i del port de la White Island.

Loin d’une restauration normale . Ça tombe bien j’aime les restaurants de rue mais bon !! Pas de petit déjeuner meme en option

Lovely garden, peaceful, beautiful cottage, large room, large bathroom. Short walk to the beach. Steps from cheap, shared transport. Nice verandah to chill on. Friendly staff. Personal kitchen.

El personal es muy amable, nos recibieron con un coco recien cortado y estuvieron siempre atentos a ayudar. La habitación es grande, la cama es muy cómoda, el baño cuenta con ducha de agua caliente y buena presión, lo que es un plus luego de los días de playa. El sector de la galería esta muy bueno para relajar luego de un largo día. El jardín de la propiedad esta muy bien cuidado y es super lindo.

It is like you are living in a normal house. I fell safe in the area, there are CCTV everywhere. Cozy.

Joan was wonderful & very helpful! She reached out prior to our arrival and coordinated a ride for us from the ferry and a scooter. She was also very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The room was comfortable and we were a lovely temp with the fans. Bathroom was great and we enjoyed the outside porch area.

מאוד אהבנו את השהות והרגשנו בבית עם המטבח! מקום שקט ופסטורלי יש שם רק 2 בקתות, מיקום טוב ליד הwhite island ומחיר הוגן. החדר היה נקי, והיו מים חמים. ויש רק מאוורר בחדר אבל זה הספיק לנו.

הכלי בישול במטבח היו קצת קשים לתפעול כי האוכל ממש נדבק לסירים ולמחבתות שהיה קשה כל פעם לשטוף כלים. היינו ממליצים לחדש את הכלי מטבח

Si no te gustan los animales o los ruidos de los animales no te lo recomiendo ya que está en plena naturaleza y vas a ver y escuchar ruidos de animales a todas horas!!! Pero la habitación estaba limpia y dentro no hay ni un insecto ni nada...

Está cerca de todo sin estar expuesto, es amplio, limpio, y está muy cuidado. Joan es muy cercana y facilitadora. La verdad que hemos estado muy a gusto.

Beautiful place!!Comfortable big bed, mosquito screens on windows. Small little kitchen. Big bathroom with hot water!. The host was very attentive! She coordinated a scooter for me. Beautiful ride around the island.

Le wifi ne marche pas très bien

I appreciated the native design of the cottage and own kitchen for cooking or reheating food. Accommodations are walking distance to restaurants, massage, and White Island port. Thoughtful to have cold bottled water to welcome guests.

The TV signal wasn't clear so I am not sure if it is worth having a TV. Instead of watching TV, I just slept through the rain or entertainment myself with my personal device. Entrance was extremely muddy, flooded, and slippery for scooters during heavy rain. The concrete path is suitable on foot and for more experienced scooter riders especially that incline while exiting through slippery mud and narrow concrete path. Lack of toilet paper for longer stays.

Conformable, functional, and immaculately clean chalet in a peaceful location.

Ein Duschvorhang wäre sehr angenehm, so dass die Umgebung im Bad nicht nass wird und getrocknet werden muss

The room was clean. They offer breakfast. The beach was in front of the hotel, really good to have a swim and see some reef. The staff were the best, the two girls always try to help me watever I need.

Todo. El entorno, super bonito y bien cuidado. La casita es preciosa, con bastante espacio y una cocinita y una terracita para colgar cosas mojadas. Te dejan pasar la moto dentro al lado de la casita. Por la noche no se escucha ruido, probablemente las almohadas más comodas de mi viaje en filipinas. Por la noche se está super fresquito sin usar el ventilador. Agua caliente y baño separado de la ducha.

No hay nada que no me gustase.

La ragazza che gestisce i cottage in loco é stata disponibilissima per ogni nostra richiesta. La struttura è veramente pulitissima. Avevamo paura di avere caldo senza condizionatore ma i cottage sono molto areati per cui anche ad agosto si sta benissimo. C’è anche una cucina privata a disposizione e la verandina fuori.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy, it was a very pleasant stay. The woman who attended us was super attentive and pleasant with us. We really recommend it if you want to stay a few days in Camiguin.

Tot! Tens tot el que necessites! Habitació ample, gran wc i cuina equipada amb els bàsics. Tot està molt nét i cuidat. Aprop de Mambajao si tens moto. A 5 min caminant del port per anar a White Island. Platja a 2 min per veure la posta de sol. No entenc la gent q es queixa del soroll dels animals, obviï!! Estem a un lloc natural!! Per mi és un encant sentir els ocellets. La carretera no se sent tant com la gent diu. Si necessites qualsevol cosa pots demanar-li a l amfitriona i t’ho facilita.

Each cottage has its own kitchenette , which is quite practical. They have a very nice garden and a cat that loves attention.

Beautiful cottages, the kitchen area was great for socialising, and inside very clean. Cottages very well netted against mosquitoes and we felt very safe from unwanted guests despite being amongst grass and trees. Owner immensely friendly and helpful - she really made our stay special

Location not great if you don't have a bike, but Mambajao easily accessible by tricicle

The outdoor sitting area, the trees and nature surrounding the place, the kitchen, big bathroom and the staff who did a late checkin for me even though I hadn't messaged and they give a cute gift at the end.

Wifi was in and out, lots of brownouts, easier refills of water. Not much in the immediate area.

Wow. What a beautifull setting. Garden is absolutely stunning. Very large bathroom. Hot and cold shower. Nice room. No aircon BUT no problem whatsoever withbthe fan. We sleep very good. Also there was a kitchen and a nice sittingarea with fan. Only 2 minutes walk from the beach. The host was superfriendly, kind and very informative if we had questions. The price was very cheap if you c what we got. We stayed in another room on the island before and we paid almost double. Maybe because there is no aircon.

good location. Close to the beach, to the main road of the island, to the airport and to the port to White island. Many restaurants and shops in the zone. The room had everything we needed (including private bathroom and kitchen) and the owner was always happy to help

Close to the main road, so from early morning you could listen the speakers from the sellers and, specially, the noises coming from a church that, still don't understand, was ringing the bells at 5am

The grounds are super quiet with beautiful gardens. There are just two detached bungalows in the grounds plus the owner's house. The bed was super comfortable. The bungalow was plenty big. The owner gave me some oil for cooking and was very kind and provided lots of helpful information. She organised an affordable scooter to rent and were at the end of whatsapp to answer any questions as I found my way! .

There was no aircon, however there were 2 fans and plenty of ventilation with mosquito nets all around the ventilation spaces in the bedroom and bathroom. The island is volcanic and very tropical and so the mosquitos were a cheeky challenge. The owner kindly gave me some mosquito repellant, however it is better to bring plenty with you in anticipation!!!

Very clean and comfortable, we had all we need for a perfect stay. The Kitchen its clean and equipetated. The Diana and Joanna are friendly and helpful. The garden it's gorgeous.

It didn't bother us, but sometimes you can hear the sounds of the town and the animals.

The place was great and the cottages were very comfortable. The woman who attended us helped us a lot!

They don't offer breakfast, which would have been great with such a terrace, but there are good options nearby.

The personal was amazing, the location was great and the room was so big and clean. Everything perfect.

realy nice build bungalows in a lovely garden. full equiped kitchen, where you can do your own cooking. everything is well maintained and relatively new. we felt very welcome

As it was raining every night during our stay, mosquitos have been an issue. Mosquito coils have been provided by the owner, but no mosquito net over the bed. If you have your own (as we did) this is no problem. The roof is made of metal and the fan cannot compensate the heating of the room totally. More shadow on the roof would help. The sound of the surrounding is hearable in the distance. You hear the rush of the main street, the megafones of the street sellers well before 6am and the announcements of the basketball court in the evening. We called it "village sound". So be aware, that it's not totally quiet. But overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

the cottages are super comfortable, with big bathroom and well equipped kitchen, beautiful surrounding with a lot of plants, flowers and green. the host is super friendly, helpfull and cares about that place, I highly recommend! :)

The accommodation is highly recommended! Everything is in good condition. Very spacious incl. covered outdoor area, small kitchen and large fridge. The two owners are extremely friendly and happy to help. You can even rent a scooter from a friend for a fair price. A guide to climb the Hibok-Hibok was also organised for me. The internet is above average compared to other places in the Philippines. The garden is beautiful. I felt very comfortable here and will definitely come back if I am drawn to Camiguin again.

The place was amazing with a really cute garden. The cottage is big with a great place to cook and have dinner or breakfast. The owner is really nice and welcomed us warmly. She also changed our dates as we were blocked in a storm and got there one day late. A scooter is necessary to visit the island, the owner found us one at a good price ! Thank you very much for having us at your cottages 😁 Best place we have been in the Philippines for the price !!

The property is separated from the community and within the walls the grounds are like a mini paradise. There were beautiful flowers and a nice koi pond. The cottages had hot showers, a fridge and a place to cook a meal if you’d like to. The host Deana was welcoming and very helpful.
