Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und hatte eine gute Lage um am nächsten Morgen die Fähre nach Phu Quy fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Bett war leider extrem hart und es hat im Bad ein bisschen unangenehm gerochen.

But, be careful if you forget something there, the owner will just throw it away. So make sure you pack all your clothes and don't forget anything there. I had to leave early in the morning for the ferry and forgot something and they just threw it way...

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Die Lage war perfekt. Das Zimmer sauber,.Die Besitzerin sehr freundlich. Leider kein Englis, wir haben uns via Handy Translator unterhalb . Haben zusammen am Abend Bier getrunken und Früchte gegessen. Sie hat für mich den Bus nach Da Lat via Telefon gebucht und mich am nächsten Morgen zur Bushaltestelle mit dem Moped gebracht ! Würde wieder kommen.
Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber einfach eingerichtet, Bett gut. Für mich hats gepasst. Einzig was stört ist das Hupen der Autos bzw Mopeds das zu hören ist, aber da kann die Betreiberin nichts dafür.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025We rented two rooms for a few days, we got the top floor practically to ourselves. Rooms have AC, and a small shower. The common spaces include a kitchen, fridge and a very nice rooftop terrace. The location is excellent in Phan Tiet, with plenty of restaurants and the beach close by. Prepare to eat good seafood. Our host was extremely helpful at every point, helping us book services, finding laundry, etc... Overall the house is spotless clean, and you get to experience some of Vietnam with Phan Tiet mostly catering to local tourism from Saigon, and few foreigners. You can still visit e.g. sand dunes from there, but it's not the vibe of the coastal stretch from Phan Tiet to Mui Ne that is very touristic.
The place is a gem, no issues to mention. It is a homestay with simple amenities, don't expect a resort.

Room in 3rd floor and doesn't have elevator - just an accessibility consideration if you aren't good with stairs.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2025The room is simple, but very clean, and has a desk. The common areas have comfortable seating, there's a pretty rooftop garden, the location is in the old neighbourhood, near the river harbour, restaurants, and beach. The landlady is extremely kind and helpful.
If you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to carry your bags upstairs.

Toilet didn't function when we arrived. However, once we reported it to staff, they quickly fixed it and we had no problems after that.
