HOSTAL SyR Calama

Saludos.

La atención de quienes trabajan allí. Amables y receptivos

Cost-effective. Comfortable bed. Clean.

Sad breakfast.

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by the girl at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. She not only helped us find an adapter we needed but also took the time to move our suitcases and demonstrate how to use the shower in our room. Her kindness and willingness to assist with every detail made our experience truly enjoyable.

Clean room, effective bathroom, comfortable beds, working AC, good laundry service

Breakfast very basic, walls and doors somewhat thin,

I had a pretty basic room, but the attention to detail was much better than I've seen in other hotels. There is a lot of storage in the bathroom, hooks for my coats, the AC unit was quiet, and the staff was friendly.

The stairs are a bit steep to carry up a big suitcase

The ladies went out of their way to help with a very specific (and difficult) request I had. Truly appreciate their help.

Room was very clean, spacious.
